2005-2009年四川省内江市93例HIV抗体阳性患者监测情况分析

Analysis of 93 HIV infection cases in Neijiang city of Sichuan province,2005 - 2009

  • 摘要: 目的 分析艾滋病患者的发病情况以及分布,加深临床医生对艾滋病分布状态的了解。 方法 对2005 - 2009年来四川省内江市第二人民医院门诊和住院患者进行抗-HIV抗体检测,男性16 212例,占60.4%;女性10 617例,占39.6%。平均年龄34岁(15~78岁)。采用ELISA法初筛,对抗-HIV抗体初筛阳性者的血清送四川省内江市疾病预防控制中心确诊。 结果 对26 829例进行抗-HIV筛查,确诊阳性者93例,其中男性49例,占52.7%;女性44例,占47.3%。抗-HIV阳性的检出率在手术前艾滋病检查、输血前艾滋病检查、产前检查、普通体检中分别为0.29%、0.27%、0.28%、0.28%,均低于高危人群(1.4%)。从HIV阳性科室分布分析,普通科门诊11/1542(0.36%)低于性病门诊13/3578(0.71%),内科住院患者18/6364(0.28%)、外科住院患者37/13 330(0.28%)低于感染科住院患者14/2015(0.69%),但抗-HIV阳性检出的总人数相近。 结论 艾滋病的发病由高危人群向普通人群转变明显,对普通人群常规进行抗-HIV检测很有必要。

     

    Abstract: Objective To analyze the incidence and distribution of AIDS cases, and improve the clinicians' understanding of AIDS. Methods HIV antibody screening was performed among 26829 outpatients and inpatients aged 15-78 years (16 212 males,60.4%; 10 617 females,39.6%) in our hospital from 2005 to 2009, the positive serum samples were sent to Neijiang Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention for confirmation. Results Ninety three cases were detected to be HIV antibody positive, including 49 male cases (52.7%); and 44 female cases (47.3%). The HIV-positive detection rates before surgery, blood transfusion and prenatal examinations and in general physical examination were 0.29%,0.27%,0.28%,0.28% respectively, which were lower than those in high-risk group (1.4%). As the distribution of HIV positive cases in the hospital, the HIV positive detection rate in general outpatient department (11/1542,0.36%) was lower than that in sexually transmitted disease clinic (13/3578,0.71%), and the HIV positive detection rate in internal medicine inpatient department (18/6364,0.28%) and surgical inpatient department (37/13 330,0.28%) were lower than that in inpatients department of infectious diseases (14/2015,0.69%). However, the total numbers of HIV positive cases were similar. Conclusion It is necessary to conduct HIV antibody test in general population owing to the risk of HIV spread from high risk population to general population
