成年人乙型病毒性肝炎疫苗三种免疫策略比较分析

Three adult immunization schedules of hepatitis B vaccine

  • 摘要: 目的 评价不同免疫程序对成年人乙型病毒性肝炎(乙肝)疫苗接种效果的影响,为指导防控成年人乙肝工作提供科学依据。 方法 运用整群随机抽样方法,将入选研究对象随机分成3组,免疫前检测血液HBsAg、抗-HBs、抗-HBc均为阴性,研究对象按0,1,3、 0,1,6、 0,1,123种乙肝免疫程序接种乙肝疫苗。 结果 3组免疫组间的性别、年龄差异均无统计学意义(均P0.05),3组每个年龄组的性别间差异均无统计学意义 (均P0.05), 0,1,3、 0,1,6、 0,1,123种免疫程序的免疫成功率分别为76.76%、86.21%和89.17%。0,1,12免疫程序的免疫成功率高于其他两种免疫程序。 结论 成年人乙肝疫苗接种,采用0,1,12的免疫接种程序有助于提高接种成功率。

     

    Abstract: Objective To evaluate the effect of 3 adult immunization schedules of hepatitis B vaccine and provide evidence for the prevention and control of hepatitis B in adults. Methods The study subjects who were HBsAg, anti-HBs and anti-HBe negative were selected by cluster random sampling and divided into 3 groups to receive hepatitis B vaccination at 0,1,3 month, 0,1,6 month and 0,1,12 month respectively. Results The differences on gender and age among three groups had no statistical significance (P0.05), and the differences on gender in each age group among three groups had no statistical significance (P0.05). The effective rates of hepatitis B vaccination at 0,1,3 month, 0,1,6 month and 0,1,12 month were 76.76%, 86.21% and 89.17% respectively. The effective rate of the vaccination at 0,1,12 month was highest. Conclusion It is appropriate to conduct adult hepatitis B immunization scheduled at 0,1,12 month to increase the effective rate.
