GBV-C antibodies were detected in blood doners retrospectively by antigen derived from E.HS3 and NS5 region of GBV-C.Positive rates of anti GBV-C were 5.4% in blood doners and 9.5% in post transfusion hepatitis.The result showed that it was very important to develop a kit of reagents for scanning GBV-C blood doners.
