流行性感冒
  陕西省: 2012年11月全省报告392例,发病率为1.05/10万。报告病例数较上月上升38.03%,较2011年同期上升73.45%,较2011年累计上升200.59%。报告病例数居前4位的地市为咸阳市、汉中市、榆林市和西安市;发病率居前的县(区)为兴平市、汉台区、榆阳区和长安区。职业以农民为主,占52.81%;无明显年龄分布特点;男女性别比为1.48 ∶ 1。
  云南省: 2012年11月全省报告302例,发病率为0.657/10万。报告病例数较2011年同期上升153.78%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为文山州、昆明市、德宏州、红河州和昭通市;发病率居前5位的地市为文山州、昆明市、昭通市、红河州和丽江市。职业以学生为主,占63.58%;年龄以0~10岁为主;男女性别比为1.34 ∶ 1。

  河北省: 2012年11月全省报告6414例,发病率为8.93/10万。报告发病数较上月上升32.30%,较2011年同期上升49.16%。报告发病率居前5位的地市为石家庄、邯郸、承德、唐山和保定。职业以散居儿童和农民为主,分别占65.45%和24.56%;年龄以0~2岁和20~69岁组为主,分别占63.33%和26.60%;男女性别比为1.89 ∶ 1。
  山西省: 2012年11月全省报告2259例。报告病例数较上月上升68.21%,较2011年同期上升116.79%。报告病例数居前5位的县(区)为晋城市城区、襄汾县、阳泉市城区、榆次区和高平市。2012年截至11月底,全省累计报告15 010例。
  青海省: 2012年11月全省报告540例,发病率为9.59/10万。报告发病数较上月上升9.98%,较2011年同期上升70.89%。报告发病率居前2位的县(区)为贵南县和城北区。职业以散居儿童为主;年龄以6岁以下为主,占89.26%。
手足口病
  广西壮族自治区: 2012年11月全省报告18 228例,其中重症42例,死亡2例,实验室诊断病例138例(其中肠道病毒EV71阳性49例)。报告病例数较上月下降5.89%,较2011年同期上升63.89%。报告病例数居前5位的县(区)为西乡塘区、全州县、兴宾区、兴安县和灵川县。职业以散居儿童、幼托儿童为主,分别占79.82%和17.70%;年龄以0~4岁组为主,占94.57%。
  江苏省: 2012年11月全省报告7741例,其中重症57例,死亡1例,发病率为9.84/10万。报告病例数较上月上升60.87%,较2011年同期下降42.18%。报告病例数居前3位的市为南京、无锡和苏州,居前5位的县(区)为苏州江宁区、金坛市、仪征市、张家港市和吴江市。2012年截至10月底累计报告病例106 802例,其中重症1414例,死亡9例。
  安徽省: 2012年11月全省报告6633例,其中重症15例,死亡1例,实验室诊断病例115例(其中肠道病毒EV71阳性85例、Cox A16 感染19例、其他肠道病毒11例)。报告发病数较上月上升97.41%,较2011年同期下降27.11%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为阜阳市、六安市、合肥市、滁州市和宣城市,居前5位的县(区)为霍邱县、颍州区、临泉县、阜南县和颍泉区。
  云南省: 2012年11月全省报告5927例,死亡1例,发病率为12.89/10万。报告病例数较2011年同期上升233.92%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为昆明市、红河州、保山市、玉溪市和西双版纳州。职业以散居儿童和幼托儿童主,占96.42%;年龄以0~5岁为主;男女性别比为1.57 ∶ 1。
  陕西省: 2012年11月全省报告4946例,死亡1例,发病率为12.45/10万。报告病例数较上月下降20.04%,较2011年同期上升89.37%。报告病例数居前3位的地市为西安市、渭南市和咸阳市,居前3位的县(区)为蒲城县、雁塔区和长安区。职业以散居儿童和幼托儿童为主,占95.68%;男女性别比为1.44 ∶ 1。


Influenza
  Shaanxi province: In November 2012, a total of 392 cases were reported with the incidence of 1.05/lakh. The reported cases increased by 38.03% and 73.45% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2011. The cumulative cases increased by 200.59% compared with 2011. The first 4 municipalities reporting high case numbers were Xianyang, Hanzhong, Yulin and Xi’an. The first 4 counties (district) reporting high incidences were Xingping, Hantai, Yuyang and Chang’an. The majority of cases were farmers (52.81%). The age specific distribution of the cases was not obvious. The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.48 ∶ 1.
  Yunnan province: In November 2012, a total of 302 cases were reported with the incidence of 0.657/lakh. The reported cases increased by 153.78% compared with the same period in 2011. The first 5 municipalities (prefecture) reporting high case numbers were Wenshan, Kunming, Dehong, Honghe and Zhaotong. The first 5 municipalities (prefecture) reporting high incidences were Wenshan, Kunming, Zhaotong, Honghe and Lijiang. The cases were mainly distributed in students (63.58%) and in age group 0-10 years. The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.34 ∶ 1.
Other infectious diarrheal diseases
  Hebei province: In November 2012, a total of 6414 cases were reported with the incidence of 8.93/lakh. The reported cases increased by 32.30% and 49.16% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2011. The first 5 municipalities reporting high incidences were Shijiazhuang, Handan, Chengde, Tangshan and Baoding. Most cases were distributed in children outside child care settings and farmers (65.45%, 24.56%) and in age group 0-2 years and 20-69 years (63.33%, 26.60%). The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.89 ∶ 1.
  Shanxi province: In November 2012, a total of 2259 cases were reported. The reported cases increased by 68.21% and 116.79% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2011. The first 5 counties (district) reporting high case numbers were Chengqu of Jincheng, Xiangfen, Chengqu of Yangquan, Yuci and Gaoping. By the end of November 2012, 15 010 cases had been reported cumulatively.
  Qinghai province: In November 2012, a total of 540 cases were reported with the incidence of 9.59/lakh. The reported cases increased by 9.98% and 70.89% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2011. The first 2 counties (district) reporting high incidences were Guinan and Chengbei. The cases were mainly distributed in children outside child care settings and in age group <6 years (89.26%).
Hand foot and mouth disease
  Guangxi zhuang autonomous region: In November 2012, a total of 18 228 cases were reported, including 42 severe cases and 2 deaths. Among these cases, 138 were laboratory confirmed, including 49 EV71 infections. The reported cases declined by 5.89% and increased by 63.89% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2011.The first 5 counties (district) reporting high case numbers were Xixiangtang, Quanzhou, Xingbin, Xing’an and Lingchuan. Most cases were distributed in children outside child care settings (79.82%) and in children in child care settings (17.70%), and the cases in age group 0-4 years accounted for 94.57%.
  Jiangsu province: In November 2012, a total of 7741 cases were reported, including 57 severe cases and 1 death. The incidence was 9.84/lakh. The reported cases increased by 60.87% and declined by 42.18% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2011. The first 3 municipalities reporting high case numbers were Nanjing, Wuxi and Suzhou, the first 5 counties were Jiangning of Suzhou, Jintan, Yizheng, Zhangjiagang and Wujiang. By the end of October 2012, 106 802 cases had been reported cumulatively, including 1414 severe cases and 9 deaths.
  Anhui province: In November 2012, a total of 6633 cases were reported, including 15 severe cases and 1 death. Among these cases, 115 were laboratory confirmed, including 85 EV71, 19 Cox A16 and 11 other entericvirus infections. The reported cases increased by 97.41% and declined by 27.11% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2011. The first 5 municipalities reporting high case numbers were Fuyang, Lu’an, Hefei, Chuzhou and Xuancheng, the first 5 counties (district) were Huoqiu, Yingzhou, Linquan, Funan and Yingquan.
  Yunnan province: In November 2012, a total of 5927 cases were reported, including 1 death. The incidence was 12.89/lakh. The reported cases increased by 233.92% compared with the same period in 2011. The first 5 municipalities (prefecture) reporting high case numbers were Kunming, Honghe, Baoshan, Yuxi and Xishuangbanna. Most cases were distributed in children in and outside child care settings (96.42%) and in age group 0-5 years. The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.57 ∶ 1.

The reported cases declined by 20.04% and increased by 89.37% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2011. The first 3 municipalities reporting high case numbers were Xi’an, Weinan and Xianyang, the first 3 counties (district) were Pucheng, Yanta and Chang’an. Most cases were distributed in children in and outside child care settings, accounting for 95.68%. The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.44 ∶ 1.
