　　河北省： 2012年12月全省报告2815例，发病率3.92/10万。报告病例数较上月上升27.90%，较2011年同期上升19.94%。报告发病率居前5位的地市为邯郸、张家口、石家庄、承德和沧州。职业以农民为主，占79.72%；年龄以20~64岁为主，占76.55%；男女性别比为1.82 ∶ 1。
　　山西省： 2012年12月全省报告1170例。报告病例数较上月上升52.74%，较2011年同期上升135.41%。报告病例数居前5位的区(县)为尧都区、泽州县、阳泉市城区、离石区和盂县。2012年截至12月底，全省累计报告6155例。
　　陕西省： 2012年12月全省报告1105例，发病率为2.96/10万。报告病例数较上月上升191.56%，较2011年同期上升247.48%。报告病例数居前3位的地市为西安市、咸阳市和榆林市，居前2位的区(县)为长安区和雁塔区。职业以学生和农民为主，占72.22%；男女性别比为1.47 ∶ 1。
　　江西省： 2012年12月全省报告477例。报告病例数较上月上升22.94%，较2011年同期下降14.21%。报告病例数居前5位的区(县)为鄱阳县、龙南县、会昌县、上饶县和寻乌县。职业分布以农民、散居儿童、学生和幼托儿童为主，占90.78%；男女性别比为1.62 ∶ 1。
流行性腮腺炎
　　安徽省： 2012年12月全省报告2163例。报告病例数较上月上升55.05%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为滁州、安庆、黄山、合肥市和蚌埠，居前5位的区(县)为琅琊区、歙县、潜山县、南谯区和岳西县。
　　广西壮族自治区： 2012年12月全省报告1622例。报告病例数较上月上升7.35%，较2011年同期下降48.15%。报告病例数居前5位的区(县)为鹿寨县、马山县、西乡塘区、柳州市柳东新区和宾阳县。职业以学生、幼托儿童及散居儿童为主，分别占63.01%、16.46%和10.91%；年龄以3~10岁组为主，占81.50%。
　　湖南省： 2012年12月全省报告1514例。报告病例数较上月上升27.76%，较2011年同期上升17.09%。报告病例数居前5位的地市州为怀化、郴州、长沙、娄底和衡阳，居前5位的区(县)为沅陵县、新化县、娄星区、珠晖区和耒阳市。职业以学生、散居儿童和幼托儿童为主，共占93.33%；年龄以3~14岁组为主，占86.86%；男女性别比为1.9 ∶ 1。2012年截至12月底，全省累计报告18 769例。
　　河北省： 2012年12月全省报告982例，发病率为1.37/10万。报告病例数较上月上升7.09%，较2011年同期下降77.26%。报告发病率居前5位的地市为石家庄、张家口、沧州、衡水和廊坊。职业以学生为主，占57.23%；年龄以3~19岁组为主，占87.58%；男女性别比为1.82 ∶ 1。
　　重庆市： 2012年12月全省报告791例。报告病例数较上月上升10.47%，较2011年同期下降7.69%。
　　 新疆生产建设兵团： 2012年12月全省报告373例。报告病例数较上月上升130%，较2011年同期下降144%。病例主要分布于农八师石河子市。职业以学生为主，占80.43%；年龄以6~10岁组为主，占 83.11%。2012年截至12月底，全省累计报告1901例。
手足口病
　　广西壮族自治区： 2012年12月全省报告13 380例，重症22例，无死亡，其中实验室诊断91例(其中EV71型27例)。报告病例数较上月下降25.95%，较2011年同期上升71.71%。报告病例数居前5位的区(县)为全州县、隆林县、来宾市兴宾区、兴安县和灵川县。职业以散居儿童为主，占80.34%，其次为幼托儿童，占16.85%；年龄以0~4岁组为主，占93.42%。
　　湖南省： 2012年12月全省报告11 437例，重症49例，死亡2例。报告病例数较上月下降20.96%，较2011年同期上升25.19%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为长沙、娄底、邵阳、永州和益阳，居前5位的区(县)为涟源市、长沙县、娄星区、浏阳市和桃江县。职业以散居儿童和幼托儿童为主，分别占88.71%和8.30%；年龄以0~5岁组为主，占96.41%，其中≤3岁年龄组占88.77%；男女性别比为1.70 ∶ 1。2012年截至12月底，全省累计报告189 551例。
　　江苏省： 2012年12月全省报告8892例，发病率为11.30/10万，重症53例，无死亡。报告病例数较上月上升16.05%，较2011年同期下降31.21%。报告病例数居前3位的地市为南京、苏州和无锡，居前5位的区(县)为江宁区、仪征市、六合区、金坛市和张家港市；报告发病率居前3位的地市为泰州、无锡和南京。2012年至本月累计报告病例数115 700例，重症1468例，死亡9例，其中实验室诊断4831例(EV71、Cox A16和其他肠道病毒感染分别占41.28%、41.92%和16.81%)。
　　安徽省： 2012年12月全省报告8839例，重症14例，死亡1例，其中实验室诊断病例146例(EV71、Cox A16及其他肠道病毒分别64、28和54例)。报告病例数较上月上升33.96%，较2011年同期下降1.89%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为阜阳市、合肥市、六安市、滁州市和宿州市，居前5位的区(县)为临泉县、颍州区、颍上县、霍邱县和颍东区。
　　云南省： 2012年12月全省报告5779例，发病率为12.53/10万，死亡1例。报告病例数较2011年同期上升165.95%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为昆明市、玉溪市、保山市、红河州和普洱市；报告发病率居前5位的地市为保山市、红河州、昆明市、普洱市和玉溪市。职业分布以散居儿童及幼托儿童为主，占99.62%；年龄以0~5岁组为主；男女性别比为1.51 ∶ 1。
　　贵州省： 2012年12月全省报告4711例，死亡1人。报告病例数较上月下降20.30%，较2011年同期上升28.30%。
　　重庆市： 2012年12月全省报告3166例，无死亡。报告病例数较上月下降33.15%，较2011年同期上升26.44%。
　　江西省： 2012年12月全省报告2745例，重症4例，无死亡。报告病例数较上月下降18.21%，较2011年同月下降12.55%。报告病例数居前5位的区(县)为章贡区、莲花县、鄱阳县、南康市和安源区。职业分布以散居儿童、幼托儿童及学生为主，共占99.82%；年龄以0~5岁组为主，占95.48%；男女性别比为2.02 ∶ 1。


Influenza
　　Hebei province: In December 2012, a total of 2815 cases were reported with the incidence of 3.92/lakh. The reported cases increased by 27.90% and 19.94% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2011. The first 5 municipalities reporting high incidences were Handan, Zhangjiakou, Shijiazhuang, Chengde and Cangzhou. Most cases were distributed in farmers (79.72%) and in people aged 20-64 years (76.55%). The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.82 ∶ 1.
　　Shanxi province: In December 2012, a total of 1170 cases were reported, which increased by 52.74% and 135.41% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2011. The first 5 counties (district) reporting high case numbers were Yaodu, Zezhou, Chengqu of Yangquan, Lishi and Yuxian. By the end of December 2012, 6155 cases had been reported cumulatively.
　　Shaanxi province: In December 2012, a total of 1105 cases were reported with the incidence of 2.96/lakh. The reported cases increased by 191.56% and 247.48% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2011. The first 3 municipalities reporting high case numbers were Xian, Xianyang and Yulin, the first 2 districts were Changan and Yanta. Most cases were distributed in students and farmers (72.22%). The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.47 ∶ 1.
　　Jiangxi province: In December 2012, a total of 477 cases were reported, which increased by 22.94% and declined by 14.21% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2011. The first 5 counties reporting high case numbers were Boyang, Longnan, Huichang, Shangrao and Xunwu. Most cases were distributed in farmers, children outside child care settings, students and children in child care settings (90.78%). The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.62 ∶ 1.
Mumps
　　Anhui province: In December 2012, a total of 2163 cases were reported, an increase of 55.05% compared with last month. The first 5 municipalities reporting high case numbers were Chuzhou, Anqing, Huangshan, Hefei and Bengbu, the first 5 counties (district) were Langya, Shexian, Qianshan, Nanqiao and Yuexi.
　　Guangxi zhuang autonomous region: In December 2012, a total of 1622 cases were reported, which increased by 7.35% and declined by 48.15% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2011. The first 5 counties (district) reporting high case numbers were Luzhai, Mashan, Xixiangtang, Liudong new district of Liuzhou and Binyang. The cases were mainly distributed in students, children in child care settings and children outside child care settings, accounting 63.01%, 16.46% and 10.91% respectively. The cases in age group 3-10 years accounted for 81.50%.
　　Hunan province: In December 2012, a total of 1514 cases were reported. The reported cases increased by 27.76% and 17.09% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2011. The first 5 municipalities reporting high case numbers were Huaihua, Chenzhou, Changsha, Loudi and Hengyang, the first 5 counties (district) were Yuanling, Xinhua, Louxing, Zhuhui and Leiyang. The cases were mainly distributed in students, children in and outside child care settings (93.33%) and in age group 3-14 years (86.86%). The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.9 ∶ 1. By the end of December 2012, 18 769 cases had been reported cumulatively.
　　Hebei province: In December 2012, a total of 982 cases were reported with the incidence of 1.37/lakh. The reported cases increased by 7.09% and declined by 77.26% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2011. The first 5 municipalities reporting high incidences were Shijiazhuang, Zhangjiakou, Cangzhou, Hengshui and Langfang. The cases were mainly distributed in students (57.23%) and in age group 3-19 years (87.58%). The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.82 ∶ 1.
　　Chongqing municipality: In December 2012, a total of 791 cases were reported. The reported cases increased by 10.47% and declined by 7.69% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2011.
　　Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps: In December 2012, a total of 373 cases were reported, which increased by 130% and declined by 144% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2011. The cases were reported in Shihezi. Most cases were distributed in students (80.43%) and in age group 6-11 years (83.11%). By the end of December 2012, 1901 cases had been reported cumulatively.
Hand foot and mouth disease
　　Guangxi zhuang autonomous region: In December 2012, a total of 13 380 cases were reported, including 22 severe cases. No death was reported. Among the reported cases, 91 were laboratory confirmed, including 27 EV71 infections. The reported cases declined by 25.95% and increased by 71.71% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2011. The first 5 counties (district) reporting high case numbers were Quanzhou, Longlin, Xingbin of Laibin, Xingan and Lingchuan. The cases were mainly distributed in children outside child care settings (80.34%), followed by children in child care settings (16.85%). The cases in age group 0-4 years accounted for 93.42%.
　　Hunan province: In December 2012, a total of 11 437 cases were reported, including 49 severe cases and 2 deaths. The reported cases declined by 20.96% and increased by 25.19% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2011. The first 5 municipalities reporting high case numbers were Changsha, Loudi, Shaoyang, Yongzhou and Yiyang, the first 5 counties (district) were Lianyuan, Changsha, Louxing, Liuyang and Taojiang. The cases were mainly distributed in children outside child care settings (88.71%) and children in child care settings (8.30%). The cases in age groups 0-5 years and ≤3 years accounted for 96.41% and 88.77% respectively. The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.70 ∶ 1. By the end of December 2012, 189 551 cases had been reported cumulatively.
　　Jiangsu province: In December 2012, a total of 8892 cases were reported (11.30/lakh), including 53 severe cases. No death was reported. The reported cases increased by 16.05% and declined by 31.21% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2011. The first 3 municipalities reporting high case numbers were Nanjing, Suzhou and Wuxi, the first 5 counties were Jiangning, Yizheng, Liuhe, Jintan and Zhangjiagang. The first 3 municipalities reporting high incidences were Taizhou, Wuxi and Nanjing. By the end of December 2012, 115 700 cases had been reported cumulatively, including 1468 severe cases and 9 deaths. Among these cases, 4831 were laboratory confirmed, in which EV71, Cox A16 and other enteric virus infections accounted for 41.28%, 41.92% and 16.81% respectively.
　　Anhui province: In December 2012, a total of 8839 cases were reported, including 14 severe cases and 1 death. Among these cases, 146 were laboratory confirmed, including 64 EV71 infections, 28 Cox A16 infections and 54 other enteric virus infections. The reported cases increased by 33.96% and declined by 1.89% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2011. The first 5 municipalities reporting high case numbers were Fuyang, Hefei, Luan, Chuzhou and Suzhou, the first 5 counties (district) were Linquan, Yingzhou, Yingshang, Huoqiu and Yingdong.
　　Yunnan province: In December 2012, a total of 5779 cases were reported, including 1 death. The incidence was 12.53/lakh. The reported cases increased by 165.95% compared with the same period in 2011.The first 5 municipalities (prefecture) reporting high case numbers were Kunming, Yuxi, Baoshan, Honghe and Puer. The first 5 municipalities (prefecture) reporting high incidences were Baoshan, Honghe, Kunming, Puer and Yuxi. The cases were mainly distributed in children in and outside child care settings (99.62%). And in age group 0-5 years. The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.51 ∶ 1.
　　Guizhou province: In December 2012, a total of 4711 cases were reported, including 1 death. The reported cases declined by 20.30% and increased by 28.30% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2011.
　　Chongqing municipality: In December 2012, a total of 3166 cases were reported without death. The reported cases declined by 33.15% and increased by 26.44% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2011.
　　Jiangxi province: In December 2012, a total of 2745 cases were reported, including 4 severe cases. No death was reported. The reported cases declined by 18.21% and 12.55% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2011. The first 5 counties (district) reporting high case numbers were Zhanggong, Lianhua, Boyang, Nankang and Anyuan. The cases were mainly distributed in children in and outside child care settings and in students (99.82%). The cases in age group 0-5 years accounted for 95.48%. The male to female ratio of the cases was 2.02 ∶ 1.
