流行性感冒
  陕西省: 2013年1月全省报告2233例,发病率5.97/10万。报告病例数较上月上升102.08%,较2012年同期上升694.66%。报告病例数较多的地市为西安市,居前2位的区(县)为长安区和雁塔区。职业以学生、农民和散居儿童为主,占72.95%;年龄分布无明显特点;男女性别比为1.15 ∶ 1。
  湖南省: 2013年1月全省报告627例。报告病例数较上月上升21.04%,较2012年同期下降9.00%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为岳阳、邵阳、永州、怀化和株洲,居前6位的区(县)为汨罗市、绥宁县、江华县、芦淞区、新宁县和桂阳县。职业以农民、散居儿童和学生为主,共占77.19%;年龄分布无明显特点;男女性别比为1.20 ∶ 1。
流行性腮腺炎
   湖南省: 2013年1月全省报告1579例。报告病例数较上月上升4.29%,较2012年同期上升64.82%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为怀化、郴州、长沙、邵阳和娄底,居前5位的区(县)为沅陵县、北湖区、娄星区、大祥区和岳麓区。职业以学生、散居儿童和幼托儿童为主,共占91.64%;年龄以3~14 岁组为主,占84.36%;男女性别比为1.70 ∶ 1。
   重庆市: 2013年1月全省报告911例。报告病例数较上月上升15.17%,较2012年同期上升26.88%。
手足口病
   浙江省: 2013年1月全省报告5249例,无重症及死亡。报告病例数较上月下降50.27%,较2012年同期上升34.87%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为温州、宁波、金华、台州和衢州;报告发病率居前5位的地市为衢州、丽水、温州、金华和宁波,居前5位的区(县)为江山市、平阳县、莲都区、龙游县和文成县。职业以散居儿童和幼托儿童为主,共占96.72%;年龄以0~5岁组为主,占95.08%,其中1岁和2岁组分别占29.02%和23.26%。报告病例中实验室诊断病例115例,其中EV71阳性19例、Cox A16阳性12例、其他肠道病毒阳性84例。
  云南省: 2013年1月全省报告4620例,发病率9.98/10万,无死亡。报告病例数较2012年同期上升149.86%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为昆明、玉溪、保山、红河和普洱。职业以散居儿童和幼托儿童为主,占96.49%;年龄以0~5岁组为主;男女性别比为1.31 ∶ 1。
   湖南省: 2013年1月全省报告4160例,重症25例,死亡1例。报告病例数较上月下降63.63%,较2012年同期上升46.84%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为长沙、娄底、益阳、邵阳和湘西自治州,居前5位的区(县)为涟源市、桃江县、娄星区、浏阳市和长沙县。职业以散居儿童为主,占90.12%;年龄以0~5岁组为主,占96.32%,其中0~3岁组占89.45%;男女性别比为1.40 ∶ 1。
   重庆市: 2013年1月全省报告1201例,无死亡。报告病例数较上月下降62.07%,较2012年同期上升23.94%。


Influenza
  Shaanxi province: In January 2013, a total of 2233 cases were reported with the incidence of 5.97/lakh. The reported cases increased by 102.08% and 694.66% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2012. Xi’an reported highest case number among municipalities, and the first 2 districts (county level) reporting high case numbers were Chang’an and Yanta. The cases were mainly distributed in students, farmers and children outside child care settings, accounting for 72.95%. The age distribution of the cases was not obvious. The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.15 ∶ 1.
  Hunan province: In January 2013, a total of 627 cases were reported, which increased by 21.04% and declined by 9.00% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2012. The first 5 municipalities reporting high case numbers were Yueyang, Shaoyang, Yongzhou, Huaihua and Zhuzhou, the first 6 counties (district) were Miluo, Suining, Jianghua, Lusong, Xinning and Guiyang. The cases were mainly distributed in farmers, children outside child care settings and students, accounting for 77.19%. The age distribution of the cases was not obvious. The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.20 ∶ 1.
Mumps
   Hunan province: In January 2013, a total of 1579 cases were reported, which increased by 4.29% and 64.82% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2012. The first 5 municipalities reporting high case numbers were Huaihua, Chenzhou, Changsha, Shaoyang and Loudi, the first 5 counties (district) were Yuanling, Beihu, Louxing, Daxiang and Yuelu. The cases were mainly distributed in children in and outside child care settings (91.64%) and in age group 3-14 years (84.36%). The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.70 ∶ 1.
  Chongqing municipality: In January 2013, a total of 911 cases were reported. The reported cases increased by 15.17% and 26.88% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2012.
Hand foot and mouth disease
   Zhejiang province: In January 2013, a total of 5249 cases were reported without severe case and death. The reported cases declined by 50.27% and increased by 34.87% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2012. The first 5 municipalities reporting high case numbers were Wenzhou, Ningbo, Jinhua, Taizhou and Quzhou. The first 5 municipalities reporting high incidences were Quzhou, Lishui, Wenzhou, Jinhua and Ningbo, and the first 5 counties (district) were Jiangshan, Pingyang, Liandu, Longyou and Wencheng. The cases were mainly distributed in children in and outside child care settings (96.72%) and in age group 0-5 years (95.08%), including 29.02% of the cases in children aged 1 year and 23.26% of the cases in children aged 2 years. Among the reported cases, 115 were laboratory confirmed, including 19 EV71 infections, 12 Cox A16 infections and 84 other enteric virus infections.
  Yunnan province: In January 2013, a total of 4620 cases were reported without death. The reported incidence was 9.98/lakh. The reported cases increased by 149.86% compared with the same period in 2012. The first 5 municipalities (prefecture) reporting high case numbers were Kunming, Yuxi, Baoshan, Honghe and Puer. The cases were mainly distributed in children in and outside child care settings (96.49%) and in age group 0-5 years. The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.31 ∶ 1.
   Hunan province: In January 2013, a total of 4160 cases were reported, including 25 severe cases and 1 death. The reported cases declined by 63.63% and increased by 46.84% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2012. The first 5 municipalities (prefecture) reporting high case numbers were Changsha, Loudi, Yiyang, Shaoyang and Xiangxi, the first 5 counties (district) were Lianyuan, Taojiang, Louxing, Liuyang and Changsha. The cases were mainly distributed in children outside child care settings (90.12%) and in age group 0-5 years (96.32%), including 89.45% of the cases in children aged 0-3 years. The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.40 ∶ 1.
  Chongqing municipality: In January 2013, a total of 1201 cases were reported without death. The reported cases declined by 62.07% and increased by 23.94% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2012.
