　　湖南省： 2013年2月全省报告684例。报告病例数较上月上升187.39%，较2012年同期增加679例。报告病例数居前5位的地市为邵阳、永州、长沙、怀化和衡阳，居前5位的区(县)为隆回县、零陵区、麻阳县、宁远县和祁阳县。以散居儿童为主，占89.77%；年龄以0～15岁为主，占93.42%；男女性别比为2.2 ∶ 1。
　　安徽省： 2013年2月全省报告400例。报告病例数较上月增加353例，较2012年同期增加390例。报告病例数居前5位的地市为阜阳、蚌埠、合肥、淮南和滁州，居前5位的区(县)为颍东区、颍泉区、蚌山区、太和县和淮上区。
　　云南省： 2013年2月全省报告336例，发病率为0.73/10万。报告病例数较2012年同期增加326例。报告病例数居前5位的地市为曲靖、普洱、昆明、昭通和玉溪。以学生和儿童为主，共占66.67%；年龄以0～5岁组为主；男女性别比为1.35 ∶ 1。
　　青海省： 2013年2月全省报告40例，发病率为0.70/10万，报告病例数较上月增加32例，较2012年同期增加23例。报告发病率较高的地区为久治县和同仁县。年龄以0～5岁为主，占92.50%。
　　重庆市： 2013年2月全省报告18例。报告病例数较上月增加10例，较2012年同期增加8例，病例分布于7个区(县)。
流行性腮腺炎
　　安徽省： 2013年2月全省报告1909例。报告病例数较上月下降32.95%，较2012年同期上升92.25%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为安庆、滁州、黄山、合肥和蚌埠，居前5位的区(县)为琅琊区、潜山县、岳西县、枞阳县和凤阳县。2013年截至2月底，全省累计报告4742例。
　　湖南省： 2013年2月全省报告989例。报告病例数较上月下降37.37%，较2012年同期上升81.14%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为长沙、郴州、邵阳、衡阳和岳阳，居前5位的区(县)为沅陵县、北湖区、耒阳市、雨花区和娄星区。以学生、散居儿童和幼托儿童为主，共占76.44%；年龄以3～14 岁为主，占75.53%；男女性别比为1.6 ∶ 1。2013年截至2月底，全省累计报告2562例。
风疹
　　湖南省： 2013年2月全省报告115例。报告病例数较上月下降25.81%，较2012年同期上升116.98%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为永州、娄底、衡阳、长沙和郴州，居前5位的区(县)为祁阳县、常宁市、宁远县、涟源市和冷水江市。以散居儿童为主，占55.65%；年龄以0～3岁组为主，占51.30%；男女性别比为1.9 ∶ 1。2013年截至2月底，全省累计报告263例。
　　吉林省： 2013年2月全省报告51例，发病率为0.19/10万，发病数较上月下降28.17%，较2012年同期上升27.14%。报告发病率居前3位的地市为四平市、白城市和通化市，居前3位的区(县)为二道江区、通榆县和伊通县。
手足口病
　　云南省： 2013年2月全省报告2415例，发病率为5.21/10万，死亡1例。报告病例数较2012年同期上升126.97%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为昆明、玉溪、红河、保山和曲靖。以散居儿童和幼托儿童为主，占95.03%；年龄以0～5岁组为主；男女性别比为1.36 ∶ 1。
　　湖南省： 2013年2月全省报告2221例，重症20例，死亡1例。报告病例数较上月下降46.61%，较2012年同期上升32.12%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为长沙、邵阳、永州、娄底和湘西自治州，居前5位的区(县)为涟源市、长沙县、宁乡县、邵阳县和安仁县。以散居儿童为主，占95.18%；年龄以0～5岁组为主，占96.35%，其中0～3岁组占92.03%；男女性别比为1.6 ∶ 1。2013年截至2月底，全省累计报告6366例。


Measles
　　Hunan province: In February 2013, a total of 684 cases were reported. The case number increased by 187.39% and 679 respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2012. The first 5 municipalities reporting high case numbers were Shaoyang, Yongzhou, Changsha, Huaihua and Hengyang, the first 5 counties (district) were Longhui, Lingling, Mayang, Ningyuan and Qiyang. The cases were mainly distributed in children outside child care settings (89.77%) and in age group 0-15 years (93.42%). The male to female ratio of the cases was 2.2 ∶ 1.
　　Anhui province: In February 2013, a total of 400 cases were reported. The case number increased by 353 and 390 respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2012. The first 5 municipalities reporting high case numbers were Fuyang, Bengbu, Hefei, Huainan and Chuzhou, the first 5 counties (district) were Yingdong, Yingquan, Bengshan, Taihe and Huaishang.
　　Yunnan province: In February 2013, a total of 336 cases were reported with the incidence of 0.73/lakh.The case number increased by 326 compared with the same period in 2012. The first 5 municipalities reporting high case numbers were Qujing, Puer, Kunming, Zhaotong and Yuxi. The cases were mainly distributed in students and children (66.67%) and in age group 0-5 years. The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.35 ∶ 1.
　　Qinghai province: In February 2013, a total of 40 cases were reported with the incidence of 0.70/lakh. The case number increased by 32 and 23 respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2012. The counties reporting high incidences were Jiuzhi and Tongren. The cases were mainly distributed in age group 0-5 years, accounting for 92.50%.
　　Chongqing municipality: In February 2013, a total of 18 cases were reported. The case number increased by 10 and 8 respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2012. The cases were distributed in 7 districts (county).
Mumps
　　Anhui province: In February 2013, a total of 1909 cases were reported, which declined by 32.95% and increased by 92.25% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2012. The first 5 municipalities reporting high case numbers were Anqing, Chuzhou, Huangshan, Hefei and Bengbu, the first 5 counties (district) were Langya, Qianshan, Yuexi, Zongyang and Fengyang. By the end of February, 4742 cases had been reported cumulatively.
　　Hunan province: In February 2013, a total of 989 cases were reported, which declined by 37.37% and increased by 81.14% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2012. The first 5 municipalities reporting high case numbers were Changsha, Chenzhou, Shaoyang, Hengyang and Yueyang, the first 5 counties (district) were Yuanling, Beihu, Leiyang, Yuhua and Louxing. The cases were mainly distributed in students and children in and outside child care settings (76.44%) and in age group 3-14 years (75.53%). The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.6 ∶ 1. By the end of February, 2562 cases had been reported cumulatively.
Rubella
　　Hunan province: In February 2013, a total of 115 cases were reported, which declined by 25.81% and increased by 116.98% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2012. The first 5 municipalities reporting high case numbers were Yongzhou, Loudi, Hengyang, Changsha and Chenzhou, the first 5 counties (district) were Qiyang, Changning, Ningyuan, Lianyuan and Lengshuijiang. The cases were mainly distributed in children outside child care settings (55.65%) and in age group 0-3 years (51.30%). The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.9 ∶ 1. By the end of February, 263 cases had been reported cumulatively.
　　Jilin province: In February 2013, a total of 51 cases were reported with the incidence of 0.19/lakh. The reported cases declined by 28.17% and increased by 27.14% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2012. The first 3 municipalities reporting high incidences were Siping, Baicheng and Tonghua, the first 3 counties (district) were Erdaojiang, Tongyu and Yitong.
Hand foot and mouth disease
　　Yunnan province: In February 2013, a total of 2415 cases, including 1 death, were reported, the incidence was 5.21/lakh. The reported cases increased by 126.97% compared with the same period in 2012. The first 5 municipalities reporting high case numbers were Kunming, Yuxi, Honghe, Baoshan and Qujing. The cases were mainly distributed in children in and outside child care settings (95.03%) ands in age group 0-5 years. The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.36 ∶ 1.
　　Hunan province: In February 2013, a total of 2221 cases, including 20 severe cases and 1 death, were reported. The reported cases declined by 46.61% and increased by 32.12% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2012. The first 5 municipalities (prefecture) reporting high case numbers were Changsha, Shaoyang, Yongzhou, Loudi and Xiangxi, the first 5 counties (district) were Lianyuan, Changsha, Ningxiang, Shaoyang and Anren. The cases were mainly distributed in children outside child care settings (95.18%) and in age groups 0-5 and 0-3 years (96.35%, 92.03%). The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.6 ∶ 1. By the end of February, 6366 cases had been reported cumulatively.
