  湖南省: 2013年4月全省报告1048例,死亡3例。报告病例数较上月上升19.50%,较2012年同期增加1032例。报告病例数居前5位的地市为怀化、邵阳、长沙、郴州和岳阳。职业以散居儿童为主,占80.44%;年龄以0~2岁为主,占73.95%;男女性别比为1.60 ∶ 1。2013年截至4月底,全省累计报告2757例,死亡4例。
  安徽省: 2013年4月全省报告749例。报告病例数较上月上升4.32%,较2012年同期增加725例。报病数居前5位的地市为蚌埠、阜阳、淮南、合肥和滁州。
浙江省: 2013年4月全省报告451例。报告病例数较上月上升130.10%,较2012年同期增加447例。报告病例数居前3位的地市为绍兴、杭州和金华。职业以散居儿童和农民为主,共占61.86%;年龄以0~1岁和20岁以上为主,共占90.47%。
  云南省: 2013年4月全省报告132例,发病率为0.29/10万。 报告病例数较2012年同期增加110例。 报告病例数居前5位的地市为文山、大理、普洱、临沧和昭通。职业以儿童和学生为主,共占64.39%;年龄以0~5岁为主;男女性别比为2.07 ∶ 1。
   青海省: 2013年4月全省报告106例,发病率为1.87/10万。报告病例数较上月上升35.90%, 较2012年同期增加103例。年龄以0~6岁为主,占88.68%。

  安徽省: 2013年4月全省报告3353例。报告病例数较上月上升76.01%,较2012年同期上升0.09%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为安庆、滁州、合肥、蚌埠和阜阳。
  湖南省: 2013年4月全省报告1637例。报告病例数较上月上升90.35%,较2012年同期下降13.20%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为长沙、娄底、郴州、邵阳和岳阳。职业以学生、幼托及散居儿童为主,共占92.85%;年龄以3~14岁为主,占84.91%;男女性别比为1.50 ∶ 1。2013年截至4月底,全省累计报告5053例,较2012年同期上升14.24%。
  河北省: 2013年4月全省报告1397例,发病率为1.93/10万。报告病例数较上月上升49.89%,较2012年同期下降43.65%。报告发病率居前5位的地市为廊坊、沧州、秦皇岛、石家庄和保定。职业以学生为主,占56.98%;年龄以3~19岁为主,占87.26%;男女性别比为1.64 ∶ 1。
  江西省: 2013年4月全省报告1046例。报告病例数较上月上升77.89%,较2012年同期下降44.71%。职业以学生、幼托和散居儿童为主,共占94.26%;年龄以20岁以下为主,占94.46%;男女性别比为1.81 ∶ 1。

   安徽省: 2013年4月全省报告13 539例,重症82例,死亡4例。报告病例数较上月上升28.42%,较2012年同期下降27.81%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为阜阳、宿州、合肥、滁州和蚌埠。报告病例中,实验室诊断病例117例(EV71阳性72例,Cox A16阳性5例,其他肠道病毒感染40例)。2013年截至4月底,全省累计报告33 877例,死亡7例。
   江苏省: 2013年4月全省报告13 371例,发病率为16.93/10万,重症87例,无死亡。报告病例数较上月上升68.46%,较2012年同期上升14.32%。报告病例数居前3位的地市为苏州、南京和无锡;报告发病率居前3位的地市为宿迁、无锡和南京。2013年截至4月底,全省累计报告29 014例,重症175例,无死亡;其中实验室诊断846例(EV71、Cox A16和其他肠道病毒感染分别占实验室诊断病例的26.83%、15.84%和57.33%)。
  湖南省: 2013年4月全省报告11 946例,重症59例,死亡4例。报告病例数较上月上升184.36%,较2012年同期下降38.19%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为长沙、邵阳、岳阳、郴州和湘西。职业以散居及幼托儿童为主,分别占86.98%和11.08%;年龄以0~5岁为主,占97.30%,其中0~3岁占88.44%;男女性别比为1.60 ∶ 1。2013年截至4月底,全省累计报告22 431例,死亡7例。
   贵州省: 2013年4月全省报告11 288例,死亡3例。报告病例数较上月上升60.89%,较2012年同期上升117.70%。
  浙江省: 2013年4月全省报告10 877例,重症2例。报告病例数较上月上升78.28%,较2012年同期下降39.74%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为温州、宁波、台州、嘉兴和丽水;报告发病率居前5位的地市为丽水、衢州、温州、台州和嘉兴。职业以散居儿童和幼托儿童为主,共占97.45%;年龄以0~5岁为主,占95.21%,其中1岁和2岁组分别占29.62%和23.66%。报告病例中,实验室诊断病例155例(EV71阳性43例,Cox A16阳性13例,其他肠道病毒阳性99例)。
  云南省: 2013年4月全省报告8114例,发病率为17.52/10万,死亡4例。报告病例数较2012年同期上升105.78%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为昆明、曲靖、红河、大理和玉溪。职业以散居及幼托儿童为主,共占95.98%;年龄以0~5岁为主;男女性别比为1.48 ∶ 1。
   陕西省: 2013年4月全省报告6134例,发病率为16.39/10万,无死亡。报告病例数较上月上升305.15%,较2012年同期上升90.97%。报告病例数居前2位的地市为西安和渭南。职业以散居和幼托儿童为主,共占97.08%;年龄以0~4岁为主,占92.45%;男女性别比为1.44 ∶ 1。
  河北省: 2013年4月全省报告3828例,发病率为5.29/10万,死亡3例。报告病例数较上月上升575.13%,较2012年同期下降36.80%。报告发病率居前5位的地市为石家庄、沧州、保定、邢台和廊坊。职业以散居儿童为主,占80.67%;年龄以0~6岁为主,占96.16%;男女性别比为1.58 ∶ 1。
人感染H7N9禽流感
   江苏省: 2013年4月全省报告28例,死亡5例。报告病例数居前3位的地市为南京、苏州和无锡。职业以离退人员为主,占35.71%;年龄均在20岁以上;男女性别比为2.50 ∶ 1。
  江西省: 2013年4月全省报告5例,无死亡。病例分布于南昌和宜春。职业为农民(4例)及商业服务(1例);年龄为50岁以上(4例)及30岁(1例);男女性别比为1.50 ∶ 1。
  湖南省: 2013年4月全省报告1例本地病例,收治1例外省病例。

Measles
  Hunan province: In April 2013, a total of 1048 cases were reported, including 3 deaths. The reported case number increased by 19.50% and 1032 respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2012. The first 5 municipalities reporting high case numbers were Huaihua, Shaoyang, Changsha, Chenzhou and Yueyang. The cases were mainly distributed in children outside child care settings (80.44%) and in age group 0-2 years (73.95%). By the end of April 2013, 2757 cases had been reported cumulatively, including 4 deaths.
  Anhui province: In April 2013, a total of 749 cases were reported. The reported case number increased by 4.32% and 725 respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2012. The first 5 municipalities reporting high case numbers were Bengbu, Fuyang, Huainan, Hefei and Chuzhou.
  Zhejiang province: In April 2013, a total of 451 cases were reported. The reported case number increased by 130.10% and 447 respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2012. The first 3 municipalities reporting high case numbers were Shaoxing, Hangzhou and Jinhua. The cases were mainly distributed in children outside child care settings and farmers (61.86%) and in age groups 0-1 year and >20 years (90.47%).
  Yunnan province: In April 2013, a total of 132 cases were reported with the incidence of 0.29/lakh. The reported case number increased by 110 compared with the same period in 2012. The first 5 municipalities reporting high case numbers were Wenshan, Dali, Puer, Lincang and Zhaotong. The cases were mainly distributed in children and students (64.39%) and in age group 0-5 years. The male to female ratio of the cases was 2.07 ∶ 1.
  Qinghai province: In April 2013, a total of 106 cases were reported with the incidence of 1.87/lakh. The reported case number increased by 35.90% and 103 respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2012. Most cases were distributed in age group 0-6 years, accounting for 88.68%.
Mumps
  Anhui province: In April 2013, a total of 3353 cases were reported, which increased by 76.01% and 0.09% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2012. The first 5 municipalities reporting high case numbers were Anqing, Chuzhou, Hefei, Bengbu and Fuyang.
  Hunan province: In April 2013, a total of 1637 cases were reported, which increased by 90.35% and declined by 13.20% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2012. The first 5 municipalities reporting high case numbers were Changsha, Loudi, Chenzhou, Shaoyang and Yueyang. The cases were mainly distributed in students and children in/ outside child care settings (92.85%) and in age group 3-14 years (84.91%). The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.50 ∶ 1. By the end of April 2013, 5053 cases had been reported cumulatively, an increase of 14.24% over 2012.
  Hebei province: In April 2013, a total of 1397 cases were reported with the incidence of 1.93/lakh. The reported cases increased by 49.89% and declined by 43.65% respectively compare with last month and the same period in 2012. The first 5 municipalities reporting high incidences were Langfang, Cangzhou, Qinhuangdao, Shijiazhuang and Baoding. The cases were mainly distributed in students (56.98%) and in age group 3-19 years (87.26%). The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.64 ∶ 1.
  Jiangxi province: In April 2013, a total of 1046 cases were reported, which increased by 77.89% and declined by 44.71% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2012. The cases were mainly distributed in students and children in/outside child care settings (94.26%) and in age group <20 years (94.46%). The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.81 ∶ 1.
Hand foot and mouth disease
  Anhui province: In April 2013, a total of 13 539 cases were reported, including 82 severe cases and 4 deaths. The reported cases increased by 28.42% and declined by 27.81% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2012. The first 5 municipalities reporting high case numbers were Fuyang, Suzhou, Hefei, Chuzhou and Bengbo. Among the reported cases, 117 were laboratory confirmed, including 72 EV71 infections, 5 Cox A16 infections and 40 other enteric virus infections. By the end of April 2013, 33 877 cases had been reported cumulatively, including 7 deaths.
  Jiangsu province: In April 2013, a total of 13 371 cases, including 87 severe cases, were reported with the incidence of 16.93/lakh. No death was reported. The reported cases increased by 68.46% and 14.32% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2012. The first 3 municipalities reporting high case numbers were Suzhou, Nanjing and Wuxi, the first 3 municipalities reporting high incidences were Suqian, Wuxi and Nanjing. By the end of April 2013, 29 014 cases had been reported cumulatively, including 175 severe cases. Among these cases, 846 were laboratory confirmed, in which EV71, Cox A16 and other enteric virus infections accounted for 26.83%, 15.84% and 57.33% respectively. No death had been reported.
  Hunan province: In April 2013, a total of 11 946 cases were reported, including 59 severe cases and 4 deaths. The reported cases increased by 184.36% and declined by 38.19% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2012. The first 5 municipalities reporting high case numbers were Changsha, Shaoyang, Yueyang, Chenzhou and Xiangxi. The cases in children outside child care settings and children in child care settings accounted for 86.98% and 11.08% respectively. The cases in age group 0-5 years and age group 0-3 years accounted for 97.30% and 88.44% respectively. The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.60 ∶ 1. By the end of April 2013, 22 431 cases hand been reported cumulatively, including 7 deaths.
  Guizhou province: In April 2013, a total of 11 288 cases were reported, including 3 deaths. The reported cases increased by 60.89% and 117.70% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2012.
  Zhejiang province: In April 2013, a total of 10 877 cases were reported, including 2 severe cases. The reported cases increased by 78.28% and declined by 39.74% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2012. The first 5 municipalities reporting high case numbers were Wenzhou, Ningbo, Taizhou, Jiaxing and Lishui. The first 5 municipalities reporting high incidences were Lishui, Quzhou, Wenzhou, Taizhou and Jiaxing. The cases were mainly distributed in children in/outside child care settings (97.45%) and in age group 0-5 years (95.21%), including 29.62% in age group 1 year and 23.66% in age group 2 years. Among the reported cases, 155 were laboratory confirmed, including 43 EV71 infections, 13 Cox A16 infections and 99 other enteric virus infections.
  Yunnan province: In April 2013, a total of 8114 cases, including 4 deaths, were reported with the incidence of 17.52/lakh. The reported cases increased by 105.78% compared with same period in 2012. The first 5 municipalities reporting high case numbers were Kunming, Qujing, Honghe, Dali and Yuxi. The cases were mainly distributed in children in/outside child care settings (95.98%) and in age group 0-5 years. The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.48 ∶ 1.
  Shaanxi province: In April 2013, a total of 6134 cases were reported without death. The incidence was 16.39/lakh. The reported cases increased by 305.15% and 90.97% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2012. The first 2 municipalities reporting high case numbers were Xi'an and Weinan. The cases were mainly distributed in children in/outside child care settings (97.08%) and in age group 0-4 years (92.45%). The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.44 ∶ 1.
  Hebei province: In April 2013, a total of 3828 cases were reported, including 3 deaths. The incidence was 5.29/lakh. The reported cases increased by 575.13% and declined by 36.80% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2012. The first 5 municipalities reporting high incidences were Shijiazhuang, Cangzhou, Baoding, Xingtai and Langfang. The cases were mainly distributed in children outside child care settings (80.67%) and in age group 0-6 years (96.16%). The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.58 ∶ 1.
Human infection with influenza A (H7N9) virus
  Jiangsu province: In April 2013, a total of 28 cases were reported, including 5 deaths. The first 3 municipalities reporting high case numbers were Nanjing, Suzhou and Wuxi. The cases were mainly distributed in the retired (35.71%) and in age group >20 years. The male to female ratio of the cases was 2.50 ∶ 1.
  Jiangxi province: In April 2013, 5 cases were reported without death. The disease occurred in Nanchang and Yichun. Four cases were farmers aged >50 years and 1 case was greengrocer aged 30 years. The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.50 ∶ 1.
  Hunan province: In April 2013, 1 case was reported and 1 case from other province was admitted to hospital.
