　　湖南省： 2013年6月全省报告365例，死亡1例。报告病例数较上月下降56.50%，较2012年同期增加354例。报告病例数居前5位的地市为长沙、邵阳、衡阳、郴州和岳阳，居前5位的区(县)为耒阳市、桂阳县、雨花区、天心区和望城区。职业以散居儿童为主，占82.47%；年龄以0~2岁为主，占74.79%；男女性别比为1.80 ∶ 1。2013年截至6月底，全省累计报告3880例，死亡5例。
　　云南省： 2013年6月全省报告91例，发病率为0.20/10万，死亡1例。报告病例数较2012年同期增加79例。报告病例数居前5位的地市为文山、昆明、临沧、德宏和保山。职业以学生和儿童为主，占75.82%；年龄以0~5岁为主；男女性别比为1.33 ∶ 1。
　　青海省： 2013年6月全省报告66例，发病率为1.16/10万，无死亡。报告病例数较上月下降46.34%，较2012年同期增加54例。发病率居前2位的区(县)为达日县和玛多县。年龄以0~6岁为主，占81.82%。
　　山西省： 2013年6月全省报告60例，无死亡。报告病例数较上月下降3.23%，较2012年同期上升106.90%。报告病例数居前3位的地市为太原、朔州和阳泉，居前3位的区为万柏林、朔城和杏花岭。2013年截至6月底，全省累计报告283例，无死亡。
　　甘肃省： 2013年6月全省报告48例，发病率为0.19/10万，无死亡。报告病例数较上月下降 40.00%，较2012年同期增加42例。报告病例数居前3位的地市为陇南、天水和兰州。职业以散居儿童为主，占60.42%。
　　重庆市： 2013年6月全省报告35例，无死亡。报告病例数与上月持平，较2012年同期增加22例。

　　河北省： 2013年6月全省报告5276例，发病率为7.29/10万。报告病例数较上月上升23.33%，较2012年同期下降2.84%。报告发病率居前5位的地市为石家庄、邯郸、承德、唐山和保定。职业以农民和散居儿童为主，分别占51.91%和28.58%；年龄以0~1岁和20~64岁为主，分别占24.13%和55.52%；男女性别比为1.37 ∶ 1。
　　安徽省： 2013年6月全省报告8616例。报告病例数较上月上升39.80%，较2012年下降0.03%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为合肥、宿州、马鞍山、阜阳和六安，居前5位的区(县)为萧县、蜀山区、裕安区、铜官山区和包河区。
　　山西省： 2013年6月全省报告1650例。报告病例数较上月上升16.03%，较2012年同期上升3.97%。报告病例数居前5位的区(县)为泽州县、平陆县、晋城市城区、阳泉市城区和阳泉市矿区。2013年截至6月底，全省累计报告7200例。
手足口病
　　 浙江省： 2013年6月全省报告19 458例，重症10例。其中实验室诊断病例490例(EV71阳性133例，Cox A16阳性31例，其他肠道病毒阳性326例)。报告病例数较上月上升43.90%，较2012年同期下降30.16%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为温州、台州、宁波、嘉兴和丽水；报告发病率居前5位的地市为丽水、温州、台州、衢州和宁波。职业以散居儿童和幼托儿童为主，共占97.09%；年龄0~5岁为主，占94.31%，其中0~1岁和1~2岁组分别占32.60%和20.94%。2013年截至6月底，全省累计报告57 257例，重症26例；其中实验室诊断病例2043例(EV71阳性527例，Cox A16阳性215例，其他肠道病毒阳性1301例)。
　　河北省： 2013年6月全省报告15 866例，发病率为21.91/10万，死亡4例。报告病例数较上月上升38.88%，较2012年同期下降23.65%。报告发病率居前5位的地市为廊坊、沧州、保定、衡水和承德。职业以散居儿童为主，占78.99%；年龄以0~5岁组为主，占93.36%；男女性别比为1.57 ∶ 1。
　　江苏省 ∶ 2013年6月全省报告14 633例，发病率为18.53/10万，重症154例，死亡1例。报告病例数较上月上升20.64%，较2012年同期下降37.83%。报告病例数居前3位的地市为南京、苏州和无锡，居前5位的区(市)为吴江区、江宁区、宜兴市、宿豫区和常熟市；报告发病率居前3位的地市为南京、无锡和苏州。2013年截至6月底，全省累计报告55 626例，重症496例，死亡2例；其中实验室诊断1736例(EV71、Cox A16和其他肠道病毒感染分别占37.56%、11.98%和50.46%)。
　　湖南省： 2013年6月全省报告13 834例，重症64例，死亡2例。报告病例数较上月下降19.32%，较2012年同期下降59.62%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为长沙、岳阳、郴州、衡阳和益阳，居前5位的区(县)为宁乡县、平江县、岳阳楼区、桃江县和长沙县。职业以散居儿童、幼托儿童为主，分别占90.28%和7.25%；年龄以0~5岁为主，占96.34%，其中0~3岁占89.60%；男女性别比为1.7 ∶ 1。2013年截至6月底，全省累计报告53 239例，死亡15例。
　　安徽省： 2013年6月全省报告12 238例，重症121例，死亡6例。其中实验室诊断病例100例(EV71感染68例，Cox A16感染3例，其他肠道病毒感染29例)。报告病例数较上月上升4.40%，较2012年同期下降12.06%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为阜阳、合肥、宿州、宣城和蚌埠，居前5位的区(县)为阜南县、蜀山区、颍州区、萧县和瑶海区。2013年截至6月底，全省累计报告57 509例，死亡18例。
　　江西省： 2013年6月全省报告3984例，重症31例，死亡1例。报告病例数较上月上升16.22%，较2012年同期下降35.24%。报告病例数居前5位的区(县)为瑞金市、安源区、浔阳区、湘东区和新建县。职业分布为散居儿童、幼托儿童和学生为主，占99.77%；年龄以0~5岁为主，占95.13%；男女性别比为1.80 ∶ 1。

　　 Hunan province: In June 2013, a total of 365 cases were reported, including 1 death. The reported case number declined by 56.50% and increased by 354 respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2012. The first 5 municipalities reporting high case numbers were Changsha, Shaoyang, Hengyang, Chenzhou and Yueyang, and the first 5 counties (district) were Leiyang, Guiyang, Yuhua, Tianxin and Wangcheng. The cases were mainly distributed in children outside child care settings (82.47%) and in age group 0-2 years (74.79%). The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.80 ∶ 1. By the end of June, 3880 cases had been reported cumulatively, including 5 deaths.
　　Yunnan province: In June 2013, a total of 91 cases were reported, including 1 death. The incidence was 0.20/lakh. The reported case number increased by 79 compared with the same period in 2012. The first 5 municipalities (prefecture) reporting high case numbers were Wenshan, Kunming, Lincang, Dehong and Baoshan. The cases were mainly distributed in students and pre school aged children (75.82%) and in age group 0-5 years. The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.33 ∶ 1.
　　Qinghai province: In June 2013, a total of 66 cases were reported without death. The incidence was 1.16/lakh. The reported case number declined by 46.34% and increased by 54 respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2012. The first 2 counties reporting high incidences were Dari and Maduo. The cases were mainly distributed in age group 0-6 years, accounting for 81.82%.
　　Shanxi province: In June 2013, a total of 60 cases were reported without death. The reported cases declined by 3.23% and increased by 106.90% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2012. The first 3 municipalities reporting high case numbers were Taiyuan, Shuozhou and Ynagquan, and the first 3 districts were Bolin, Shuochneg and Xinghualing. By the end of June, 283 cases had been reported cumulatively without death.
　　Gansu province: In June 2013, a total of 48 cases were reported without death. The incidence was 0.19/lakh. The reported case number declined by 40.00% and increased by 42 respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2012. The first 3 municipalities reporting high case numbers were Longnan, Tianshui and Lanzhou. The cases were mainly distributed in children outside child care settings, accounting for 60.42%.
　　Chongqing municipality: In June 2013, a total of 35 cases were reported without death. The reported case number was same as last month and increased by 22 over the same period in 2012.
Other infectious diarrheal diseases
　　Hebei province: In June 2013, a total of 5276 cases were reported with the incidence of 7.29/lakh. The reported cases increased by 23.33% and declined by 2.84% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2012. The first 5 municipalities reporting high incidences were Shijiazhuang, Handan, Chengde, Tangshan and Baoding. The cases were mainly distributed in farmers (51.91%) and children outside child care settings (28.58%) and in age group 0-1 year (24.13%) and age group 20-64 years (55.52%). The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.37 ∶ 1.
　　Anhui province: In June 2013, a total of 8616 cases were reported. The reported cases increased by 39.80% and declined by 0.03% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2012. The first 5 municipalities reporting high case numbers were Hefei, Suzhou, Maanshan, Fuyang and Luan, and the first 5 districts (county) were Xiaoxian, Shushan, Yuan, Tongguanshan and Baohe.
　　Shanxi province: In June 2013, a total of 1650 cases were reported. The reported cases increased by 16.03% and 3.97% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2012. The first 5 counties (district) reporting high case numbers were Zezhou, Pinglu, Chengqu of Jincheng, Chengqu of Yagquan and Kuangqu of Yangquan. By the end of June, 7200 cases had been reported cumulatively.
Hand foot and mouth disease
　　Zhejiang province: In June 2013, a total of 19 458 cases were reported, including 10 severe cases. Among these cases, 490 were laboratory confirmed, including 133 EV71 infections, 31 Cox A16 infections and 326 other enteric virus infections. The reported cases increased by 43.90% and declined by 30.16% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2012. The first 5 municipalities reporting high case numbers were Wenzhou, Taizhou, Ningbo, Jiaxing and Lishui, and the first 5 municipalities reporting high incidences were Lishui, Wenzhou, Taizhou, Quzhou and Ningbo. The cases were mainly distributed in children in and outside child care settings (97.09%) and in age group 0-5 years (94.31%). The cases in age groups 0-1 and 1-2 years accounted for 32.60% and 20.94% of the total respectively. By the end of June, 57 257 cases had been reported cumulatively, including 26 severe cases. Among these cases, 2043 were laboratory confirmed, including 527 EV71 infections, 215 Cox A16 infections and 1301 other enteric virus infections.
　　Hebei province: In June 2013, a total of 15 866 cases were reported, including 4 deaths. The incidence was 21.91/lakh. The reported cases increased by 38.88% and declined by 23.65% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2012. The first 5 municipalities reporting high incidences were Langfang, Cangzhou, Baoding, Hengshui and Chengde. The cases were mainly distributed in children outside child care settings (78.99%) and in age group 0-5 years (93.36%). The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.57 ∶ 1.
　　Jiangsu province: In June 2013, a total of 14 633 cases were reported, including 154 severe cases and 1 death. The incidence was 18.53/lakh. The reported cases increased by 20.64% and declined by 37.83% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2012. The first 3 municipalities reporting high case numbers were Nanjing, Suzhou and Wuxi, and the first 5 districts (county) were Wujiang, Jiangning, Yixing, Suyu and Changshu. The first 3 municipalities reporting high incidences were Nanjing, Wuxi and Suzhou. By the end of June, 55 626 cases had been reported cumulatively, including 496 severe cases and 2 deaths. Among these cases, 1736 were laboratory confirmed, in which EV71, Cox A16 and other enteric virus infections accounted for 37.56%, 11.98% and 50.46% respectively.
　　Hunan province: In June 2013, a total of 13 834 cases were reported, including 64 severe cases and 2 deaths. The reported cases declined by 19.32% and 59.62% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2012. The first 5 municipalities reporting high case numbers were Changsha, Yueyang, Chenzhou, Hengyang and Yiyang, and the first 5 counties (district) were Ningxiang, Pingjiang, Yueyanglou, Taojiang and Changsha. The cases were mainly distributed in children outside child care settings (90.28%) and children in child care settings (7.25%). Most cases were in age group 0-5 years (96.34%), and the cases in age group 0-3 years accounted for 89.60%. The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.7 ∶ 1. By the end of June, 53 293 cases had been reported cumulatively, including 15 deaths.
　　Anhui province: In June 2013, a total of 12 238 cases were reported, including 121 severe cases and 6 deaths. Among these cases, 100 were laboratory confirmed, including 68 EV71 infections, 3 Cox A16 infections and 29 other enteric virus infections. The reported cases increased by 4.40% and declined by 12.06% respectively compared with Last month and the same period in 2012. The first 5 municipalities reporting high case numbers were Fuyang, Hefei, Suzhou, Xuancheng and Bengbu, and the first 5 counties (district) were Funan, Shushan, Yingzhou, Xiaoxian and Yaohai. By the end of June, 57 509 cases had been reported cumulatively, including 18 deaths.
　　Jiangxi province: In June 2013, a total of 3984 cases were reported, including 31 severe cases and 1 death. The reported cases increased by 16.22% and declined by 35.24% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2012. The first 5 counties (district) reporting high case numbers were Ruijin, Anyuan, Xunyang, Xiangdong and Xinjian. The cases were mainly distributed in children in and outside child care settings and in students, accounting for 99.77%. The cases in age group 0-5 years accounted for the largest proportion (95.13%). The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.80 ∶ 1.
