湖南省： 2014年4月共报告病例45 713例，重症429例，死亡7例。报告病例数比上月上升245%，死亡数比上月增加4例；报告病例数比2013年同期上升286%，死亡数比2013年同期增加3例；2014年至本期累计报告病例68 720例，比2013年同期累计上升209%；2014年累计死亡10例，比2013年同期增加3例。2014年累计报告实验室诊断病例1788例，其中EV71阳性707例，Cox A16阳性644例和其他肠道病毒阳性437例。本月报告发病数居前5位的市(州)依次为：娄底(9364例)、长沙(6954例)、湘西自治州(4621例)、岳阳(3779例)和益阳(3195例)；居前5位的县(市、区)依次为：新化县(3880例)、涟源市(1914例)、娄星区(1799例)、吉首市(1687例)和浏阳市(1544例)。散居儿童(37 669例)和幼托儿童(6883例)分别占报告病例总数的82%和15%；≤5岁年龄组(43 998例)占病例总数的96%，其中≤3岁年龄组(37 911例)占病例总数的83%；男女性别比为1.5 ∶ 1。

浙江省： 2014年4月共报告手足口病33 370例，报告重症病例33 例，死亡2例。报告病例数较上月上升163%，较2013年同期上升211%。本月全省11 个市均有病例报告，报告病例数居前5 位的市为：温州(9993例)、宁波(6968例)、台州(4818例)、金华(2572例)和衢州(1914 例)。散居儿童(20 463例)和幼托儿童(12 120 例)居多，共占98%；发病年龄集中在≤5岁年龄组，共报告病例31 438例，占94%。截至本月全省累计报告手足口病51 388 例，重症病例41例，死亡2例。实验室诊断1339例(519例为EV71，330例为Cox A16，490例为其他肠道病毒)。

安徽省： 2014年4月共报告发病27 888例，较上月上升104%，比2013年同期上升108%；死亡5例。报告病例分布在16 个市105 个县(区)，报告病例数居前5位的市分别为：阜阳(6277例)、合肥(3922 例)、宿州(3771例)、亳州(2100例)和滁州(1860例)，占全省总报病数的64%。本月重症病例120例。在300 例实验室诊断病例中，EV71感染211例(70%)，Cox A16感染59 例(20%)，其他肠道病毒感染30例(10%)。

布鲁氏菌病

山西省： 2014年4月共报告布鲁氏菌病1005例，较上月上升22%，较2013年同期上升43%，无死亡病例报告。分布于全省11个地市，报告病例数居前5位的县(区)为：大同市灵丘县(66例)、大同市天镇县(42例)、大同市大同县(42例)、大同市左云县(35例)、朔州市平鲁区 (30例)。2014年1 4月累计报告2597例。

宁夏回族自治区： 2014年4月共报告183例，报告发病率2.83/10 万，较上月上升16%，较2013年同期上升210%。全区19 个县(市、区)有病例报告，报告发病率居前3位的县依次为盐池、同心和永宁。

Hunan province: In April 2014, a total of 45 713 cases were reported, including 429 severe cases and 7 deaths. Among the reported case in 2014, 1788 were laboratory confirmed, i.e. 707 EV71 infections, 644 Cox A16 infections and 437 other enterovirus infections. The first 5 cities (prefecture) reporting high case numbers were Loudi (9364), Changsha (6954), Xiangxi (4621), Yueyang (3779) and Yiyang (3195), and the first 5 counties (district) were Xinhua (3880), Lianyuan (1914), Louxing (1799), Jishou (1687) and Liuyang (1544). The cases in children outside child care settings (37 669) and in children in child care settings (6883) accounted for 82% and 15% of the total respectively. The cases in age group ≤5 years (43 998) and in age group ≤3 years (37 911) accounted for 96% and 83% of the total respectively. The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.5 ∶ 1.

Zhejiang province: In April 2014, a total of 33 370 cases were reported, including 33 severe cases and 2 deaths. The reported cases increased by 163% and 211% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. The cases were reported in all 11 cities, the first 5 cities reporting high case numbers were Wenzhou (9993), Ningbo (6968), Taizhou (4818), Jinhua (2572) and Quzhou (1914). The cases were mainly distributed in children outside child care settings (20 463) and in children in child care settings (12 120), accounting for 98% of the total. In age group ≤5 years, 31 438 cases were reported, accounting for 94% of the total. By the end of April, 51 388 cases had been reported accumulatively, including 41 severe cases and 2 deaths, among this cases, 1339 were laboratory confirmed, i.e. 519 EV71 infections, 330 Cox A16 infections and 490 other enterovirus infections.

Anhui province: In April 2014, a total of 27 888 cases were reported, including 120 severe cases and 5 deaths. The reported cases increased by 104% and 108% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. The cases were distributed in 105 counties (district) in 16 cities. The first 5 cities reporting high case numbers were Fuyang (6277), Hefei (3922), Suzhou (3771), Bozhou (2100) and Chuzhou (1860). The cases reported in these 5 cities accounted for 64% of the total. Among these cases, 300 were laboratory confirmed, i.e. 211 EV71 infections (70%), 59 Cox A16 infections (20%) and 30 other enterovirus infections (10%).

Brucellosis

Shanxi province: In April 2014, a total of 1005 cases were reported without death. The cases increased by 22% and 43% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. The cases were distributed in 11 cities (prefecture), The first 5 counties (district) reporting high case numbers were Lingqiu in Datong (66), Tianzheng in Datong (42), Datong in Datong (42), Zuoyun in Datong (35) and Pinglu in Shuozhou (30). By the end of April, 2597 cases had been reported accumulatively.

Ningxia hui autonomous region: In April 2014, a total of 183 cases were reported, and the reported incidence was 2.83/lakh, an increase of 16% and 210% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. The cases were reported in all 19 counties (district). The first 3 counties reporting high incidences were Yanchi, Tongxin and Yongning.
