麻疹

河北省：2014年5月报告麻疹1131例，死亡1例，报告发病率1.552/10万，死亡率0.001/10万。发病数与上月相比下降24.25%，与2013年同期相比上升1919.64%。报告发病率居前5位地区依次为承德、秦皇岛、廊坊、唐山和沧州。职业分布以散居儿童为主；年龄集中在0～1岁和20～44岁组(43.94%和37.58%)；男女性别比为1.40 ∶ 1。

安徽省： 2014年5月报告麻疹167 例，上月 187 例，环比下降 10.70%，2013年同期 427 例，同比下降 60.89%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为亳州、阜阳、合肥、六安和滁州。

青海省： 2014年5月报告麻疹134例，无死亡。报告发病率为2.33/10万，发病数较上月下降12.99%，较2013年同期上升9.84%。发病人群主要以6岁以下儿童(占66.42%)及20～55岁农、牧民(占29.10%)为主，发病率较高的地区为天峻县和达日县。

手足口病

湖南省： 2014年5月报告手足口病41 811例，重症病例388例，死亡11例。报告病例数比上月减少9%，比2013年同期增加146%。本月报告发病数居前5位的地市为长沙、娄底、岳阳、邵阳和益阳。以散居儿童和幼托儿童为主，分别占报告病例总数的84%和14%；5岁及以下年龄组占病例总数的96%；男女性别比为1.5 ∶ 1。

浙江省： 2014年5月报告手足口病33 093 例，重症病例20 例，死亡4例。实验室诊断2223例(病原构成：EV71为908例，Cox A16为616 例，其他肠道病毒699例)。报告病例数较上月下降 0.83%，较2013年同期上升 147.15%。本月全省 11 个市均有病例报告，报告病例数居前5位的地市为温州、宁波、台州、绍兴和嘉兴。散居儿童和幼托儿童居多，共占 96.60%；发病年龄集中在 5 岁及以下年龄组，占 92.33%，其中1 岁和 2 岁组分别占总病例数的 25.28%和 22.56%。

安徽省： 2014年5月报告手足口病26 018例，重症病例115例，死亡3例。实验室诊断病例199例(病原构成： EV71为117 例，Cox A16为41例，其他肠道病毒41例)。病例数较上月下降6.71%，比2013年同期上升 125.13%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为阜阳、合肥、宿州、滁州和蚌埠。

布鲁氏菌病

宁夏回族自治区： 2014年5月报告布鲁氏菌病209 例，报告发病率为3.23/10 万，较上月上升14.21%，较2013年同期上升54.81%。除泾源县外，其他县(市、区)均有病例报告，报告发病率居前3位的县(市、区)依次为盐池县、红寺堡区和同心县。

新疆生产建设兵团： 2014年5月报告布鲁氏菌病149 例，比上月增加 106.9%，比2013年同期增加67.4%；病例数前3位的是六师芳草湖农场、九师 161 团、八师 142 团。

Measles

Hebei province: In May 2014, a total of 1131 cases were reported, including 1 death. The reported incidence was 1.552/lakh and the death rate was 0.001/lakh. The reported cases declined by 24.25% and increased by 1919.64% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. The first 5 cities reporting high incidences were Chengde, Qinhuangdao, Langfang, Tangshan and Cangzhou. The cases were mainly distributed in children outside child care settings and in age groups 0-1 year (43.94%) and 20-44 years (37.58%). The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.40 ∶ 1.

Anhui province: In May 2014, a total of 167 cases were reported, which declined by 10.70% and 60.89% respectively compared with last month (187 cases) and the same period in 2013 (427 cases). The first 5 cities reporting high case numbers were Bozhou, Fuyang, Hefei, Lu’an and Chuzhou.

Qinghai province: In May 2014, a total of 134 cases were reported without death. The reported incidence was 2.33/lakh. The reported cases declined by 12.99% and increased by 9.84% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. The cases were mainly distributed in children aged > 6 years (66.42%) and farmers/herdsmen aged 20-55 years (29.10%). The areas with high incidences were Tianjun and Dari counties.

Hand foot and mouth disease

Hunan province: In May 2014, a total of 41 811 cases were reported, including 388 severe cases and 11 deaths. The reported cases declined by 9% and increased by 146% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. The first 5 cities reporting high case umbers were Changsha, Loudi, Yueyang, Shaoyang and Yiyang. The cases were mainly distributed in children outside child care settings (84%) and children in child care settings (14%). The cases in age group  ≤ 5 years accounted for 96% of the total. The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.5 ∶ 1.

Zhejiang province: In May 2014, a total of 33 093 cases were reported, including 20 severe cases and 4 deaths. Among the reported cases, 2223 were laboratory confirmed, i.e. 908 EV71 infections, 616 Cox A16 infections and 699 other enterovirus infections. The reported cases declined by 0.83% and increased by 147.15% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. The cases were reported in all 11 cities in the province. The first 5 cities reporting high case numbers were Wenzhou, Ningbo, Taizhou, Shaoxing and Jiaxing. The cases were mainly distributed in children in and outside child care settings (96.60%) and in age group  ≤ 5 years (92.33%). The cases in age groups 1 year and 2 years accounted for 25.28% and 22.56% of the total respectively.

Anhui province: In May 2014, a total of 26 018 cases were reported, including 115 severe cases and 3 deaths. Among the reported cases, 199 were laboratory confirmed, i.e. 117 EV71 infections, 41 Cox A16 infections and 41 other enterovirus infections. The reported cases declined by 6.71% and increased by 125.13% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. The first 5 cities reporting high case numbers were Fuyang, Hefei, Suzhou, Chuzhou and Bengbu.

Brucellosis

Ningxia hui autonomous region: In May 2014, a total of 209 cases were reported with the incidence of 3.23/lakh. The reported cases increased by 14.21% and 54.81% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. The cases were reported in all counties except Jingyuan county. The first 3 counties reporting high incidences were Yanchi, Hongsibao and Tongxin.

Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps: In May 2014, a total of 149 cases were reported, which increased by 106.9% and 67.4% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. The first 3 agricultural divisions were 6th division (Fangcaohu farm), 9th division (161 regiment) and 8th division (142 regiment).
