麻疹

四川省： 2014年7月全省共报告麻疹103例，无死亡。发病数较2014年同期上升347.83%。报告病例数较多的地区为广安市、南充市和达州市。

山西省： 2014年7月共报告14 例麻疹病例。病例分布在吕梁市、太原市、长治市、大同市、朔州市、运城市和忻州市。

安徽省： 2014年7月报告发病64例，上月90例，环比下降28.89%，2013年同期63例，同比上升1.59%。

流行性感冒

浙江省： 2014年7月，全省报告流行性感冒627例，较上月上升195.75%，较2013年同期上升6.21 倍，无死亡病例报告。本月全省11个市均有病例报告，其中报告病例数居前5位的市为台州、金华、宁波、温州和丽水；报告病例较多的为椒江区、永康市、鄞州 区和义乌市等。职业分布以散居儿童居多，占24.72%，其次为农民、家务及待业和学生等。

其他感染性腹泻病

安徽省： 2014年7月，报告发病9376例，环比上升8.72%，较2013年同期下降7.35%。报告病例分布在16市105 区，报告病例数前5位的市为合肥、宿州、阜阳、马鞍山和安庆，占全省报告病例总数的66.62%，前5位的县(区)为蜀山区、包河区、灵璧县、瑶海区和阜 南县，占全省报告病例总数的21.01%。总体以散发为主。

河北省： 2014年7月，报告6499例，死亡1例。发病数与上月相比上升3.47%，与2013年同期相比下降2.55%。报告发病率居前5位地区依次为石家 庄，唐山，邯郸，承德和保定。职业分布以农民和散居儿童为主；年龄集中在0～2和20～64岁组；男女性别比为1.28 ∶ 1。

手足口病

安徽省： 2014年7月报告11 422 例病例，重症病例59例，死亡3例。报告病例较上月下降39.54%。本月报告病例数居前5 位的市分别为：合肥、阜阳、蚌埠、宿州和滁州。报告病例数居前5位的县(区)分别是蜀山区、固镇县、萧县、怀远县和颍州区。在 95例实验室诊断的病例中，EV71 感染46例(48.42%)，Cox A16 感染33例(34.74%)，其他肠道病毒感染16例(16.84%)。

浙江省： 2014年7月报告病例21 463 例，重症病例17 例，5 例死亡。报告病例数较上月下降34.92%。本月全省11个市均有病例报告，报告病例数居前5位的市为宁波、温州、台州、嘉兴和绍兴，发病数居前5 位的市(区)为鄞州区、温岭市、余姚市、临海市、慈溪市。以散居儿童(16 681 例)和幼托儿童(3903 例)居多，共占95.90%；发病年龄集中在5 岁及以下年龄组，共报告病例19 816 例，占92.33%，其中以1 岁和2 岁组发病数较多，分别占总病例数的30.16%和23.66%。

河北省： 2014年7月报告15 722例，死亡5例。发病数与上月相比下降24.18%，与2013年同期相比上升30.08%。报告发病率居前5位地区依次为承德、秦皇岛、廊坊、沧州 和保定。职业分布以散居儿童为主(78.88%)，高发年龄集中在0~6组 (94.49%)，男女性别比为1.52 ∶ 1。

Measles

Sichuan province: In July 2014,a total of 103 cases were reported without death. The reported cases increased by 347.83% compared with the same period in 2013. The cities reporting high case numbers were Guang'an,Nanchong and Dazhou.

Shanxi province: In July 2014,14 cases were reported. The cases were distributed in Lüliang,Taiyuan,Changzhi,Datong,Shuozhou,Yuncheng and Xinzhou.

Anhui province: In July 2014,64 cases were reported,which declined by 28.89% and increased by 1.59% respectively compared with last month (90 cases) and the same period in 2013 (63 cases).

Influenza

Zhejiang province: In July 2014,a total of 627 cases were reported without death. The reported cases increased by 195.75% and 6.21 times respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. The cases were reported in all 11 cities in the province. The first 5 cities reporting high case numbers were Taizhou,Jinhua,Ningbo,Wenzhou and Lishui,and the first 4 counties (district) were Jiaojiang,Yongkang,Yinzhou and Yiwu. The cases were mainly distributed in children outside child care settings (24.72%),followed by farmers,household servants/the unemployed and students.

Other infectious diarrheal diseases

Anhui province: In July 2014,a total of 9376 cases were reported,which increased by 8.72% and declined by 7.35% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. The cases were distributed in 105 districts in 16 cities. The first 5 cities reporting high case numbers were Hefei,Suzhou,Fuyang,Maanshan and Anqing,their cases accounted for 66.62% of the total. And the first 5 counties (district) were Shushan. Baohe,Lingbi,Yaohai and Funan,their cases accounted for 21.01% of the total. The cases occurred sporadically.

Hebei province: In July 2014,a total of 6499 cases were reported,including 1 death. The reported cases increased by 3.47% and declined by 2.55% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. The first 5 cities reporting high incidences were Shijiazhuang,Tangshan,Handan,Chengde and Baoding. The cases were mainly distributed in farmers and children outside child care settings and in age groups 0-2 years and 20-64 years. The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.28 ∶ 1.

Hand foot and mouth disease

Anhui province: In July 2014,a total of 11 422 cases were reported,including 59 severe cases and 3 deaths. The reported cases declined by 39.54% compared with last month. The first 5 cities reporting high case numbers were Hefei,Fuyang,Bengbu,Suzhou and Chuzhou,and the first 5 counties (district) were Shushan,Zhouzheng,Xiaoxian,Huaiyuan and Yingzhou. Among the reported cases,95 were laboratory confirmed,i.e. 46 EV71 infections (48.42%),33 Cox A16 infections (34.74%) and 16 other enteroviurs infections (16.84%).

Zhejiang province: In July 2014,a total of 21 463 cases were reported,including 17 severe cases and 5 deaths. The reported cases declined by 34.92% compared with last month. The cases were reported in all 11 cities in the province. The first 5 cities reporting high cases numbers were Ningbo,Wenzhou,Taizhou,Jiaxing and Shaoxing,and the first 5 counties (district) were Yinzhou,Wenling,Yuyao,Linhai and Cixi. The cases in children outside child care settings (16 681) and in children in child care settings (3903) accounted for 95.90% of the total. Totally 19 816 cases were distributed in age group ≤5 years,accounting for 92.33% of the total. The cases in age groups 1 year and 2 years accounted for 30.16% and 23.66% respectively.

Hebei province: In July 2014,a total of 15 722 cases were reported,including 5 deaths. The reported cases declined by 24.18% and increased by 30.08% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. The first 5 cities reporting high incidences were Chengde,Qinhuangdao,Langfang,Cangzhou and Baoding. The cases were mainly distributed in children outside child care settings (78.88%) and in age group 0-6 years (94.49%). The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.52 ∶ 1.
