湖南省： 2014年8月全省报告165例，无死亡。报告病例数较上月下降46.60%，较2013年同期上升108.86%。报告病例数居前3位的地市为邵阳、长沙和岳阳；居前2位的县(区)为平江县和双清区。职业以散居儿童为主，占78.18%；2岁以下年龄组占69.09%；男女性别比为1.60 ∶ 1。2014年截至8月底，全省累计报告1174例，较2013年同期下降71.48%。

四川省： 2014年8月全省报告90例，较上月下降12.62%，较2013年同期上升350.00%。报告发病率居前4位的地市为广安、达州、南充和巴中。
流行性感冒

浙江省： 2014年8月全省报告1236例，较上月上升97.13%，较2013年同期上升14.26倍。报告病例数居前5位的地市为宁波、台州、金华、绍兴和丽水；报告病例数居前5位的市(区)为鄞州区、椒江区、莲都区、黄岩区和永康市。职业以散居儿童居多，占28.64%。

安徽省： 2014年8月全省报告1055例，较上月上升110.58%，较2013年同期上升370.98%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为马鞍山、池州、阜阳、合肥和黄山；报告病例数居前5位的县(区)为贵池区、花山区、当涂县、瑶海区和阜南县。2014年截至8月底，全省累计报告6879例，较2013年同期上升135.10%。

河南省： 2014年8月全省报告857例，较上月上升16.76%，较2013年同期上升24.38%。2014年截至8月底，全省累计报告9742例，较2013年同期上升18.16%。

江苏省： 2014年8月全省报告9340例，重症104例，无死亡。报告病例数较上月下降52.88%，较2013年同期上升118.94%。报告发病率居前3位的地市为苏州、无锡和南京。报告病例数居前5位的市(区)为靖江市、吴江区、江宁区、苏州工业园和亭湖区。2014年截至8月底，全省累计报告114 081例，较2013年同期上升60.23%。

浙江省： 2014年8月全省报告9137例，重症4例，无死亡。报告病例数较上月下降57.43%，较2013年同期上升57.97%。报告病例数及发病率居前4位的地市为宁波、温州、台州和嘉兴；报告发病率居前5位的县(区)为庆元县、三门县、北仑区、南湖区和莲都区。职业以散居儿童、幼托儿童为主，占95.49%；年龄以5岁及以下为主，占96.80%。2014年截至8月底，全省累计报告147 229例，重症141例，死亡13例；报告病例中实验室诊断4501例，其中EV71 1847例、Cox A16 1150例、其他肠道病毒1504例。

湖南省： 2014年8月全省报告7745例，重症71例，死亡2例。报告病例数较上月下降61.07%，较2013年同期上升96.92%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为长沙、娄底、邵阳、永州和衡阳；报告病例数居前5位的县(市)区为新化县、双峰县、桃江县、冷水江市和浏阳市。职业以散居儿童为主，占94.06%；男女性别比为1.50 ∶ 1。2014年截至8月底，全省累计报告176 090例，较2013年同期上升161.10%；累计报告实验室诊断病例4460例，其中EV71阳性2126例、Cox A16阳性1397例、其他肠道病毒阳性937例。

安徽省： 2014年8月全省报告6615例，重症32例，无死亡。报告病例数较上月下降42.09%，2013年同期上升41.95%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为阜阳、合肥、蚌埠、宿州和滁州；报告病例数居前5位的县(区)为蜀山区、颍州区、怀远县、瑶海区及颍上县。

云南省： 2014年8月全省报告4562例，无死亡。报告病例数较2013年同期上升64.04%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为昆明、玉溪、大理、西双版纳和红河。职业以散居儿童为主，占84.92%；男女性别比为1.37 ∶ 1。

河南省： 2014年8月全省报告4277例，死亡2例。报告病例数较上月下降50.61%，较2013年同期上升45.28%。2014年截至8月底，全省累计报告115 152例，较2013年同期上升140.26%。

福建省： 2014年8月全省报告3857例，无死亡。报告病例数较上月下降42.30%。2014年截至8月底，全省累计报告77 590例，较2013年同期上升34.98%。

江西省： 2014年8月全省报告3254例，重症11例，无死亡。报告病例数较上月下降16.18%，较2013年同期上升49.20%。报告病例数居前5位的县(区)为渝水区、章贡区、安源区、新建县和贵溪市。职业以散居儿童为主，占93.92%；男女性别比为1.70 ∶ 1。

内蒙古自治区： 2014年8月全区报告1455例，无死亡。报告病例数较上月下降70.38%，较2013年同期下降4.84%。报告病例数居前2位的地市为赤峰和呼伦贝尔。职业以散居儿童为主，占70.79%。2014年截至8月底，全区累计报告13 023例，较2013年同期上升15.55%。

重庆市： 2014年8月全市报告1118例，死亡1例。报告病例数较上月下降65.65%，较2013年同期上升9.61%。2014年截至8月底，全市累计报告26 459例，较2013年同期上升68.84%。

Measles

Chongqing municipality: In August 2014, a total of 446 cases were reported, which increased by 35.98% and 374.47% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. By the end of August, 1105 cases had been reported cumulatively in 2014, an increase of 234.85% over the same period in 2013.

Hunan province: In August 2014, a total of 165 cases were reported without death. The reported cases declined by 46.60% and increased by 108.86% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. The first 3 prefectures (municipality) reporting high case number were Shaoyang, Changsha and Yueyang, and the first 2 counties (district) were Pingjiang and Shuangqing. Most cases were children outside child care setting (78.18%), and the cases in age group ＜2 years accounted for 69.09%. The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.60 ∶ 1. By the end of August, 1174 cases had been reported cumulatively in 2014, a decline of 71.48% compared with the same period in 2013.

Sichuan province: In August 2014, a total of 90 cases were reported, a decline of 12.62% and an increase of 350.00% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. The first 4 prefectures reporting high incidences were Guangan, Dazhou, Nanchong and Bazhong.

Influenza

Zhejiang province: In August 2014, a total of 1236 cases were reported, which increased by 97.13% and 14.26 times respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. The first 5 prefectures reporting high case numbers were Ningbo, Taizhou, Jinhua, Shaoxing, and Lishui, and the first 5 counties (district) were Yinzhou, Jiaojiang, Liandu, Huangyan and Yongkang. The cases were mainly distributed in children outside child care settings (28.64%).

Anhui province: In August 2014, a total of 1055 cases were reported, which increased by 110.58% and 370.98% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. The first 5 prefectures (municipality) reporting high case numbers were Maanshan, Chizhou, Fuyang, Hefei and Huangshan, and the first 5 counties (district) were Guichi, Huashan, Dangtu, Yaohai and Funan. By the end of August, 6879 cases had been reported cumulatively in 2014, an increase of 135.10% over the same period in 2013.

Henan province: In August 2014, a total of 857 cases were reported, which increased by 16.76% and 24.38% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. By the end of August, 9742 cases had been reported cumulatively in 2014, an increase of 18.16% over the same period in 2013.

Hand foot and mouth disease

Jiangsu province: In August 2014, a total of 9340 cases, including 104 severe cases, were reported without death. The reported cases declined by 52.88% and increased by 118.94% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. The first 3 prefectures (municipality) reporting high incidences were Suzhou, Wuxi and Nanjing, and the first 5 counties (district) reporting high case umbers were Jingjiang, Wujiang, Jiangning, Suzhou Industrial Zone and Tinghu. By the end of August, 114 081 cases had been reported cumulatively in 2014, an increase of 60.23% over the same period in 2013.

Zhejiang province: In August 2014, a total of 9137 cases, including 4 severe cases, were reported without death. The reported cases declined by 57.43% and increase by 57.97% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. The first 4 prefectures reporting high case numbers and high incidences were Ningbo, Wenzhou, Taizhou and Jiaxing, and the first 5 counties (district) reporting high incidences were Qingyuan, Sanmen, Beilun, Nanhu and Liandu. The cases were mainly distributed in children in and outside child care settings (95.49%) and in age group ≤5 years (96.80%). By the end of August, 147 229 cases, including 141 severe cases and 13 deaths, had been reported cumulatively in 2014. Among the reported cases, 4501 were laboratory confirmed, i.e. 1847 EV71 infections, 1150 Cox A16 infections and 1504 other enterovirus infections.

Hunan province: In August 2014, a total of 7745 cases were reported, including 71 severe cases and 2 deaths. The reported cases declined by 61.07% and increased by 96.92% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. The first 5 prefectures (municipality) reporting high case numbers were Changsha, Loudi, Shaoyang, Yongzhou and Hengyang, and the first 5 counties (city) were Xinhua, Shuangfeng, Taojiang, Lengshuijiang and Liuyang. Most cases were children outside child care settings (94.06%). The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.50 ∶ 1. By the end of August, 176 090 cases had been reported cumulatively in 2014, an increase of 161.10% over the same period in 2013. Among the reported cases, 4460 were laboratory confirmed, i.e. 2126 EV71 infections, 1397 Cox A16 infections and 937 other enterovirus infections.

Anhui province: In August 2014, a total of 6615 cases, including 32 severe cases, were reported without death. The reported cases declined by 42.09% and increased by 41.95% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. The first 5 prefectures (municipality) reporting high case numbers were Fuyang, Hefei, Bengbu, Suzhou and Chuzhou, and the first 5 counties (district) were Shushan, Yingzhou, Huaiyuan, Yaohai and Yingshang.

Yunnan province: In August 2014, a total of 4562 cases were reported without death. The reported cases increased by 64.04% compared with the same period in 2013. The first 5 prefectures (municipality) reporting high case numbers were Kunming, Yuxi, Dali, Xishuangbanna and Honghe. Most cases were children outside child care settings (84.92%). The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.37 ∶ 1.

Henan province: In August 2014, a total of 4277 cases were reported, including 2 deaths. The reported cases declined by 50.61% and increased by 45.28% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. By the end of August, 115 152 cases had been reported cumulatively, an increase of 140.26% over the same period in 2013.

Fujian province: In August 2014, a total of 3857 cases were reported without death. The reported cases declined by 42.30% compared with last month. By the end of August, 77 590 cases had been reported cumulatively in 2014, an increase of 34.98% over the same period in 2013.

Jiangxi province: In August 2014, a total of 3254 cases, including 11 severe cases, were reported without death. The reported cases declined by 16.18% and increased by 49.20% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. The first 5 counties (district) reporting high case numbers were Yushui, Zhanggong, Anyuan, Xinjian and Guixi. Most cases were children outside child care settings (93.92%). The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.70 ∶ 1.

Inner Mongolia autonomous region: In August 2014, a total of 1455 cases were reported without death. The reported cases declined by 70.38% and 4.84% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. The first 2 prefectures reporting high case numbers were Chifeng and Hulunbeier. Most cases were children outside child care settings (70.79%). By the end of August, 13 023 cases had been reported cumulatively in 2014, an increase of 15.55% over the same period in 2013.

Chongqing municipality: In August 2014, a total of 1118 cases were reported, including 1 death. The reported cases declined by 65.65% and increased by 9.61% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. By the end of August, 26 459 cases had been reported cumulatively in 2014, an increase of 68.84% over the same period in 2013.
