浙江省： 2014年9月全省报告93例，较上月上升57.63%，较2013年同期上升86.00%。报告病例数居前3位的地市为绍兴、台州和杭州。

湖南省： 2014年9月全省报告81例，无死亡。报告病例数较上月下降50.91%，较2013年同期上升161.29%。报告病例数居前3位的地市为邵阳、张家界和长沙；居前2位的县(区)为永定区和桑植县。职业以散居儿童为主，占66.67%；2岁以下年龄组占55.56%；男女性别比为1.10 ∶ 1。2014年截至9月底，全省累计报告1242例，较2013年同期下降70.05%。

四川省： 2014年9月全省报告53例，较2013年同期上升211.76%。报告病例数居前4位的地市为达州、遂宁、南充和广安，占全省报告病例总数的58.49%。

河南省： 2014年9月全省报告37例，较上月下降21.28%，较2013年同期上升105.56%。报告病例数居前3位的地市为商丘、平顶山和驻马店。2014年截至9月底，全省累计报告992例，较2013年同期上升31.57%。

流行性感冒

河南省： 2014年9月全省报告1092例，较上月上升27.42%，较2013年同期上升15.68%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为周口、商丘、信阳、驻马店和南阳。2014年截至9月底，全省累计报告10 831例，较2013年同期上升17.87%。

安徽省： 2014年9月全省报告821例，较上月下降22.18%，较2013年同期上升236.48%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为马鞍山、池州、阜阳、合肥和黄山；报告病例数居前5位的县(区)为贵池区、花山区、当涂县、瑶海区和阜南县。2014年截至9月底，全省累计报告7696例，较2013年同期上升142.78%。

云南省： 2014年9月全省报告2592例，较2013年同期上升1957.14%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为德宏、临沧、红河、保山和文山，占全省报告病例总数的97.26%。

重庆市： 2014年9月全市报告866例，较上月上升609.84%，较2013年同期上升687.27%。2014年截至9月底，全市累计报告2028例，较2013年同期上升71.43%。

湖南省： 2014年9月全省报告493例，较上月上升325.00%，较2013年同期上升235.37%。2014年截至9月底，全省累计报告1379例，较2013年同期上升8.41%。

浙江省： 2014年9月全省报告22 276例，重症3例，无死亡。报告病例数较上月上升143.80%，较2013年同期上升197.57%。报告病例数及发病率居前3位的地市为温州、台州和宁波；报告发病率居前5位的县(市、区)为三门县、瓯海区、庆元县、温岭市和文成县。职业以散居儿童、幼托儿童为主，占97.23%；年龄以5岁及以下为主，占96.33%。2014年截至9月底，全省累计报告169 210例，重症144例，死亡13例；报告病例中实验室诊断5109例，其中EV71 1944例、Cox A16 1224例、其他肠道病毒1941例。

江苏省： 2014年9月全省报告12 814例，重症72例，无死亡。报告病例数较上月上升37.19%，较2013年同期上升152.94%。报告病例数和发病率居前3位的地市均为苏州、南京和无锡。报告病例数居前5位的市(区)为吴江区、江宁区、宜兴市、亭湖区和吴中区。2014年截至9月底，全省累计报告126 580例，较2013年同期上升65.98%。

湖南省： 2014年9月全省报告11 911例，重症86例，死亡4例。报告病例数较上月上升53.79%，较2013年同期上升53.75%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为长沙、娄底、邵阳、衡阳和永州；报告病例数居前5位的县(区)为新化县、长沙县、雨花区、桃江县和双峰县。职业以散居儿童为主，占88.73%；年龄以5岁及以下为主，占97.20%；男女性别比为1.60 ∶ 1。2014年截至9月底，全省累计报告187 871例，较2013年同期上升149.87%；累计报告实验室诊断病例4915例，其中EV71阳性2254例、Cox A16阳性1468例、其他肠道病毒阳性1193例。

安徽省： 2014年9月全省报告9710例，重症31例，死亡1例。报告病例数较上月上升46.79%，较2013年同期上升89.57%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为合肥、阜阳、滁州、芜湖和蚌埠；报告病例数居前5位的市(区)为蜀山区、瑶海区、颍州区、包河区和天长市。2014年截至9月底，全省累计报告122 397例，较2013年同期上升60.49%。

江西省： 2014年9月全省报告8506例，重症19例，无死亡。报告病例数较上月上升161.40%，较2013年同期上升107.77%。报告病例数居前5位的县(市、区)为章贡区、乐平市、渝水区、贵溪市及新建县。职业以散居儿童为主，占85.89%；年龄以5岁及以下为主，占96.87%；男女性别比为1.75 ∶ 1。2014年截至9月底，全省累计报告51 441例，较2013年同期上升122.11%。

Measles

Chongqing municipality： In September 2014, a total of 320 cases were reported, which declined by 28.25% and increased by 515.38% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. By the end of September 2014, 1394 cases had been reported cumulatively, an increase of 264.92% over the same period in 2013.

Zhejiang province： In September 2014, 93 cases were reported, which increased by 57.63% and 86.00% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. At municipality (prefecture) level, Shaoxing Taizhou and Hangzhou ranked 1st-3rd in reporting high case number.

Hunan province： In September 2014, 81 cases were reported without death. The reported cases declined by 50.91% and increased by 161.29% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. At municipality (prefecture) level, Shaoyang, Zhangjiajie and Changsha ranked 1st-3rd in reporting high case number, and at county (district) level, Yongding and Sangzhi ranked 1st-2nd in reporting high case number. The cases were mainly distributed in children outside child care settings (66.67%) and in age group ≤2 years (55.56%). The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.01 ∶ 1. By the end of September 2014, 1242 cases had been reported cumulatively, a decline of 70.05% compared with the same period in 2013.

Sichuan province： In September 2014, 53 cases were reported, an increase of 211.76% over the same period in 2013. At municipality (prefecture) level, Dazhou, Suining, Nanchong and Guangan ranked 1st-4th in reporting high case number, their cases accounted for 58.49% of the total.

Henan province： In September 2014, 37 cases were reported, which declined by 21.28% and increased by 105.56% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. At municipality (prefecture) level, Shangqiu, Pingdingshan and Zhumadian ranked 1st-3rd in reporting high case number. By the end of September 2014, 992 cases had been reported cumulatively, an increase of 31.57% over the same period in 2013.

Influenza

Henan province： In September 2014, a total of 1092 cases were reported, which increased by 27.42% and 15.68% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. At municipality (prefecture) level, Zhoukou, Shangqiu, Xinyang, Zhumadian and Nanyang ranked 1st-5th in reporting high case umber. By the end of September 2014, 10 831 cases had been reported cumulatively, an increase of 17.87% over the same period in 2013.

Anhui province： In September 2014, a total of 821 cases were reported, which declined by 22.18% and increased by 236.48% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. At municipality (prefecture) level, Maanshan, Chizhou, Fuyang, Hefei and Huangshan ranked 1st-5th in reporting high case umber, and at county (district) level, Guichi, Huashan, Dangtu, Yaohai and Funan ranked 1st-5th in reporting high case number. By the end of September in 2014, 7696 cases had been reported cumulatively, an increase of 142.78% over the same period in 2013.

Yunnan province： In September 2014, a total of 2592 cases were reported, an increase of 1957.14% over the same period in 2013. At municipality (prefecture) level, Dehong, Lincang, Honghe, Baoshan and Wenshan ranked 1st-5th in reporting high case number, their cases accounted for 97.26% of the total.

Chongqing municipality： In September 2014, a total of 866 cases were reported, which increased by 609.84% and 687.27% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. By the end of September 2014, 2028 cases had been reported cumulatively, an increase of 71.43% over the same period in 2013.

Hunan province： In September 2014, a total of 493 cases were reported, which increased by 325.00% and 235.37% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. By the end of September in 2014, 1379 cases had been reported cumulatively, an increase of 8.41% over the same period in 2013.

Hand foot and mouth disease

Zhejiang province：In September 2014, a total of 22 276 cases, including 3 severe cases, were reported without death. The reported cases increased by 143.80% and 197.57% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. At municipality (prefecture) level, Wenzhou, Taizhou and Ningbo ranked 1st-3rd in reporting high case number and high incidence, and at county (district) level, Shanmen, Ouhai, Qingyuan, Wenling and Wencheng ranked 1st-5th in reporting high incidence. The cases were mainly distributed in children in and outside child care settings (97.23%) and in age group ≤5 years (96.33%). By the end of September in 2014, 169 210 cases had been reported cumulatively, including 144 severe cases and 13 deaths. Among the reported cases, 5109 were laboratory confirmed, i.e. 1944 EV71 infections, 1224 Cox A16 infections and 1941 other enterovirus infections.

Jiangsu province： In September 2014, a total of 12 814 cases, including 72 severe cases, were reported without death. The reported cases increased by 37.19% and 152.94% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. At municipality (prefecture) level, Suzhou, Nanjing and Wuxi ranked 1st-3rd in reporting high case number and high incidence, and at county (district) level, Wujiang, Jiangning, Yixing, Tinghu and Wuzhong ranked 1st-5th in reporting high case number. By the end of September 2014, 126 580 cases had been reported cumulatively, an increase of 65.98% over the same period in 2013.

Hunan province： In September 2014, a total of 11 911 cases were reported, including 86 severe cases and 4 deaths. The reported cases increased by 53.79% and 53.75% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. At municipality (prefecture) level, Changsha, Loudi, Shaoyang, Hengyang and Yongzhou ranked 1st-5th in reporting high case number, and at county (district) level, Xinhua, Changsha, Yuhua, Taojiang and Shuangfeng ranked 1st-5th in reporting high case number. The cases were mainly distributed in children outside child care settings (88.73%) and in age group ≤5 years (97.20%). The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.60 ∶ 1. By the end of September 2014, 187 871 cases had been reported cumulatively, an increase of 149.87% over the same period in 2013. Among the reported cases, 4915 were laboratory confirmed, i.e. 2254 EV71 infections, 1468 Cox A16 infections and 1193 other enterovirus infections.

Anhui province： In September 2014, a total of 9710 cases were reported, including 31 severe cases and 1 death. The reported cases increased by 46.79% and 89.57% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. At municipality (prefecture) level, Hefei, Fuyang, Chuzhou, Wuhu and Bengbu ranked 1st-5th in reporting high case number, and at county (district) level, Sushan, Yaohai, Yingzhou, Baohe and Tianchang ranked 1st-5th in reporting high case number. By the end of September 2014, 122 397 cases had been reported cumulatively, an increase of 60.49% over the same period in 2013.

Jiangxi province： In September 2014, a total of 8506 cases, including 19 severe cases, were reported without death. The reported cases increased by 161.40% and 107.77% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. At county (district) level, Zhanggong, Leping, Yushui, Guixi and Xinjiian ranked 1st-5th in reporting high case number. The cases were mainly distributed in children outside child care settings (85.89%) and in age group ≤5 years (96.87%). The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.75 ∶ 1. By the end of September 2014, 51 441 cases had been reported cumulatively, an increase of 122.11% over the same period in 2013.
