山西省： 2014年10月全省报告217例，病例主要分布在吕梁市，2014年截至10月累计报告448例。

湖南省： 2014年10月全省报告34例，无死亡。报告病例数较上月下降58%，报告病例数较2013年同期上升240%(2013年同期10例)，报告病例数居前4位的地市为邵阳、长沙、岳阳、张家界。职业以散居儿童为主；男女性别比为0.79 ∶ 1。2014年截至9月底，全省累计报告1242例，较2013年同期下降70.05%。

手足口病

浙江省： 2014年10月全省报告23 426例，重症4例，死亡1例。报告病例数较上月上升5.16%，较2013年同期上升203.33%。报告病例数和发病率居前6位的市为温州市、宁波市、台州市、绍兴市、杭州市和丽水市；报告病例数居前5位的市(区)为瑞安市、乐清市、温岭市、鹿城区和瓯海区；报告发病率居前5位的县(市、区)为瑞安市、三门县、乐清市、平阳县和瓯海区。职业以散居儿童、幼托儿童为主，占96.48%；年龄以5岁及以下为主，占95.26%。2014年截至9月底，全省累计报告192 330例，重症148例，死亡14例；报告病例中实验室诊断5726例，其中EV71 2028例、Cox A16 1312例、其他肠道病毒2386例。

湖南省： 2014年10月全省报告11 356例，重症69例，无死亡。报告病例数较上月下降5%，较2013年同期上升22%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为长沙、娄底、邵阳、岳阳和怀化；报告病例数居前5位的县(区)为新化县、长沙县、雨花区、桃江县和宁乡县。职业以散居儿童为主，占90%；年龄以5岁及以下为主，占97%；男女性别比为1.60 ∶ 1。

四川省： 2014年10月全省报告10 930例，死亡1例。报告病例数较2013年同期上升59.80%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为成都、德阳、眉山、南充和达州市，占全省报告病例总数的66.12%。

江西省： 2014年10月全省报告5321例，无死亡。报告病例数较上月下降37.44%，较2013年同期上升51.12%。报告病例数居前5位的县(市、区)为贵溪市、章贡区、修水县、安源区和乐平市。职业以散居儿童为主，占99.70%；年龄以5岁及以下为主，占96.32%，男女性别比为1.80 ∶ 1。

河北省： 2014年10月全省报告4246例，无死亡，报告病例数较上月下降37.63%，较2013年同期上升70.39%。报告发病率居前5位的地区为沧州、秦皇岛、廊坊、承德和保定。职业分布以散居儿童为主，占76.02%，年龄以0～4组为主，占90.96%，男女性别比为1.57 ∶ 1。

山西省： 2014年10月全省报告1982例，较上月上升48.24%，较2013年同期上升177.20%。报告病例数居前5位的县(区)为临汾市尧都区、临汾市洪洞县、朔州市怀仁县、太原市小店区、运城市临猗县。2014年截至10月累计报告32 019例。

Measles

Shanxi province: In October 2014, a total of 217 cases were reported, the cases were mainly distributed in Lüliang. By the end of October 2014, 448 cases had been reported cumulatively.

Hunan province: In October 2014, a total of 34 cases were reported without death. The reported cases declined by 58% and increased by 240% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013 (10 cases). At municipality (prefecture) level, Shaoyang, Changsha, Yueyang and Zhangjiajie ranked 1^st－4^th in reporting high case number. The cases were mainly distributed in children outside child care settings. The male to female ratio of the cases was 0.79 ∶ 1. By the end of September 2014, 1242 cases had been reported cumulatively, a decline of 70.05% compared with the same period in 2013.

Hand foot and mouth disease

Zhejiang province: In October 2014, a total of 23 426 cases, including 4 severe cases and 1 death, were reported. The reported cases increased by 5.16% and 203.33% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. At municipality (prefecture) level, Wenzhou, Ningbo, Taizhou, Shaoxing, Hangzhou and Lishui ranked 1^st－6^th in reporting high case number and high incidence. At county (district) level, Ruian, Yueqing, Wenling, Lucheng and Ouhai ranked 1^st－5^th in reporting high case number and Ruian, Sanmen, Yueqing, Pingyang and Ouhai ranked 1^st－5^th in reporting high incidence. The cases were mainly distributed in children in and outside child care settings (96.48%) and in age group ≤5 years (95.26%). By the end of October 2014, 192 330 cases, including 148 severe cases and 14 deaths, had been reported cumulatively. Among the reported cases, 5726 were laboratory confirmed, i.e. 2028 EV71 infections, 1312 Cox A16 infections and 2386 other enterovirus infections.

Hunan province: In October 2014, a total of 11 356 cases, including 69 severe cases, were reported without death. The reported cases declined by 5% and increased by 22% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. At municipality (prefecture) level, Changsha, Loudi, Shaoyang, Yueyang and Huaihua ranked 1^st－5^th in reporting high case number. At county (district) level, Xinhua, Changsha, Yuhua, Taojiang and Ningxiang ranked 1^st－5^th in reporting high case number. The cases were mainly distributed in children outside child care settings (90%) and in age group ≤5 years (97%). The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.60 ∶ 1.

Sichuan province: In October 2014, a total of 10 930 cases were reported, including 1 death. The reported cases increased by 59.80% compared with the same period in 2013. At municipality (prefecture) level, Chengdu, Deyang, Meishan, Nanchong and Dazhou ranked 1^st－5^th in reporting high case number, their cases accounted for 66.12% of the total.

Jiangxi province: In October 2014, a total of 5321 cases were reported without death. The reported cases declined by 37.44% and increased by 51.12% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. At county (district) level, Guixi, Zhanggong, Xiushui, Anyuan and Leping ranked 1^st－5^th in reporting high case number. The cases were mainly distributed in children outside child care settings (99.70%) and in age group ≤5 years (96.32%). The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.80 ∶ 1.

Hebei province: In October 2014, a total of 4246 cases were reported without death. The reported cases declined by 37.63% and increased by 70.39% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. At municipality (prefecture) level, Cangzhou, Qinhuangdao, Langfang, Chengde and Baoding ranked 1^st－5^th in reporting high incidence. The cases were mainly distributed in children outside child care settings (76.02%) and in age group 0－4 years (90.96%). The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.57 ∶ 1.

Shanxi province: In October 2014, a total of 1982 cases were reported, which increased by 48.24% and 177.20% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. At county (district) level, Yaodu in Linfen, Hongdong in Linfen, Huairen in Shuozhou, Xiaodian in Taiyuan and Linyi in Yuncheng ranked 1^st－5^th in reporting high case number. By the end of October 2014, a total of 32 019 cases had been reported cumulatively.
