四川省：2014年12月全省报告191例，较上月上升496.88%，较2013年同期上升2022.22%。2014年截至12月底，全省累计报告765例，较2013年同期上升187.59%。
河南省：2014年12月全省报告189例，较上月上升158.90%，较2013年同期上升894.74%。2014年截至12月底，全省累计报告1308例，较2013年同期上升65.36%。
云南省：2014年12月全省报告161例，较2013年同期上升419.35%。2014年截至12月底，全省累计报告421例，较2013年同期下降72.87%。
河北省：2014年12月全省报告98例，较上月上升308.33%，较2013年同期下降10.09%。2014年截至12月底，全省累计报告5386例，较2013年同期上升1313.65%。
流行性感冒
河北省：2014年12月全省报告3946例，较上月上升29.29%，较2013年同期上升39.93%。报告发病率居前5位的地市为邯郸、廊坊、张家口、石家庄和衡水。职业以农民为主，占60.19%；年龄以15~64岁为主，占65.13%；男女性别比为1.45∶1。2014年截至12月底，全省累计报告24 995例，较2013年同期上升18.77%。
河南省：2014年12月全省报告2070例，较上月上升40.91%，较2013年同期上升7.20%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为周口、商丘、南阳、安阳和驻马店；报告病例数居前5位的县为鹿邑、沈丘、汤阴、汝阳和宁陵县。2014年截至12月底，全省累计报告15 653例，较2013年同期上升16.47%。
山西省：2014年12月全省报告1496例，较上月上升126.67%，较2013年同期上升86.53%。报告病例数居前5位的县(区)为泽州县、南郊区、大同市城区、阳泉市矿区和太谷县。2014年截至12月底，全省累计报告8042例，较2013年同期上升36.72%。

安徽省：2014年12月全省报告7572例，较上月上升20.25%，较2013年同期上升40.53%。2014年截至12月底，全省累计报告70 534例，较2013年同期下降5.55%。
河北省：2014年12月全省报告4986例，死亡1例。报告病例数较上月下降10.02%，较2013年同期下降4.59%。报告发病率居前5位的地市为石家庄、唐山、承德、保定和廊坊。职业以散居儿童和农民为主，分别占62.15%和27.20%；年龄以2岁以下和20~69岁为主，分别占60.07%和30.39%；男女性别比为1.49∶1。2014年截至12月底，全省累计报告51 878例，较2013年同期下降7.40%。
湖南省：2014年12月全省报告4425例，较上月上升88.62%，较2013年同期上升23.95%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为长沙、株洲、怀化、邵阳和郴州；报告病例数居前5位的县(区)为雨花区、长沙县、鹤城区、天元区和荷塘区。职业以散居儿童为主，占75.89%；年龄以≤1岁为主，占66.19%；男女性别比为1.60∶1。2014年截至12月底，全省累计报告26 066例，较2013年同期下降13.71%。

江苏省：2014年12月全省报告10 907例，重症19例，死亡1例。报告病例数较上月下降17.25%，较2013年同期上升55.06%。报告病例数居前3位的地市为苏州、南京和南通。报告病例数居前5位的县(区)为常熟市、通州区、宜兴市、崇川区和江宁区。2014年截至12月底，全省累计报告167 340例，较2013年同期上升73.40%。
云南省：2014年12月全省报告8573例，无死亡。报告病例数较2013年同期上升173.72%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为昆明、红河、玉溪、德宏和保山；报告病例数居前5位的县(区)为隆阳区、官渡区、盈江县、五华区和盘龙区。
四川省：2014年12月全省报告8191例，死亡2例。报告病例数较2013年同期上升35.08%。报告病例数居前4位的地市为成都、眉山、南充和德阳，占全省报告病例总数的61.63%。2014年截至12月底，全省累计报告95 693例，较2013年同期上升74.80%。
安徽省：2014年12月全省报告7207例，重症9例，无死亡。报告病例数较上月下降19.09%，较2013年同期下降5.12%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为阜阳、合肥、滁州、宣城和亳州；报告病例数居前5位的县(区)为临泉县、谯城区、颍上县、颍州区和宁国市。2014年截至12月底，全省累计报告150 080例，较2013年同期上升60.85%。
Measles
Sichuan province: In December 2014,a total of 191 cases were reported,which increased by 496.88% and 2022.22% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. By the end of December 2014,a total of 765 cases had been reported cumulatively,an increase of 187.59% over the same period in 2013.
Henan province: In December 2014,a total of 189 cases were reported,which increased by 158.90% and 894.74% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. By the end of December 2014,a total of 1308 cases had been reported cumulatively,an increase of 65.36% over the same period in 2013.
Yunnan province: In December 2014,a total of 161 cases were reported,which increased by 419.35% compared with the same period in 2013. By the end of December 2014,a total of 421 cases had been reported cumulatively,an decline of 72.87% compared with the same period in 2013.
Hebei province: In December 2014,a total of 98 cases were reported,which increased by 308.33% and declined by 10.09% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. By the end of December 2014,a total of 5386 cases had been reported cumulatively,an increase of 1313.65% over the same period in 2013.
Influenza
Hebei province: In December 2014,a total of 3946 cases were reported,which increased by 29.29% and 39.93% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. At prefecture (municipality) level,Handan,Langfang,Zhangjiakou,Shijiazhuang and Hengshui ranked 1st-5th in reporting high incidence. The cases were mainly distributed in farmers (60.19%) and in age group 15-64 years (65.13%). The male to female ratio of cases was 1.45∶1. By the end of December 2014,a total of 24 995 cases had been reported cumulatively,an increase of 18.77% over the same period in 2013.
Henan province: In December 2014,a total of 2070 cases were reported,which increased by 40.91% and 7.20% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. At prefecture (municipality) level,Zhoukou,Shangqiu,Nanyang,Anyang and Zhumadian ranked 1st-5th in reporting high case number,and at county (district) level,Luyi,Shenqiu,Tangyin,Ruyang and Ningling ranked 1st-5th in reporting high case number. By the end of December 2014,a total of 15 653 cases had been reported cumulatively,an increase of 16.47% over the same period in 2013.
Shanxi province: In December 2014,a total of 1496 cases were reported,which increased by 126.67% and 86.53% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. At county (district) level,Zezhou,Nanjiao,Chengqu of Datong,Kuangqu of Yangquan and Taigu ranked 1st-5th in reporting high case number. By the end of December 2014,a total of 8042 cases had been reported cumulatively,an increase of 36.72%% over the same period in 2013.
Other infectious diarrheal disease
Anhui province: In December 2014,a total of 7572 cases were reported,which increased by 20.25% and 40.53% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. By the end of December 2014,a total of 70 534 cases had been reported cumulatively,a decline of 5.55% compared with the same period in 2013.
Hebei province: In December 2014,a total of 4986 cases were reported,including 1 death. The reported cases declined by 10.02% and 4.59% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. At prefecture (municipality) level,Shijiazhuang,Tangshan,Chengde,Baoding and Langfang ranked v in reporting high incidence. The cases were mainly distributed in children outside child care settings and farmers accounting for 62.15% and 27.20% respectively. The cases in age group ＜2 years and 20-69 years accounted for 60.07% and 30.39% respectively. The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.49∶1. By the end of December 2014,a total of 51 878 cases had been reported cumulatively,a decline of 7.40% compared with the same period in 2013.
Hunan province: In December 2014,a total of 4425 cases were reported,which increased by 88.62% and 23.95% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. At prefecture (municipality) level,Changsha,Zhuzhou,Huaihua,Shaoyang and Chenzhou ranked 1st-5th in reporting high case number,and at county (district) level,Yuhua,Changsha,Hecheng,Tianyuan and Hetang ranked 1st-5th in reporting high case number. The cases were mainly distributed in children outside child care settings (75.89%) and in age group ≤1 year (66.19%). The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.60∶1. By the end of December 2014,a total of 26 066 cases had been reported cumulatively,a decline of 13.71% compared with the same period in 2013.
Hand foot and mouth disease
Jiangsu province: In December 2014,a total of 10 907 cases were reported,including 19 severe cases and 1 death. The reported cases declined by 17.25% and increased by 55.06% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. At prefecture (municipality) level,Suzhou,Nanjing and Nantong ranked 1st-3rd in reporting high case number,and at county (district) level,Changshu,Tongzhou,Yixing,Chongchuan and Jiangning ranked 1st-5th in reporting high case number. By the end of December 2014,a total of 167 340 cases had been reported cumulatively,an increase of 73.40% over the same period in 2013.
Yunnan province: In December 2014,a total of 8573 cases were reported without death. The reported cases increased by 173.72% compared with the same period in 2013. At prefecture (municipality) level,Kunming,Honghe,Yuxi,Dehong and Baoshan ranked 1st-5th in reporting high case number,and at county (district) level,Longyang,Guandu,Yingjiang,Wuhua and Panlong ranked 1st-5th in reporting high case number.
Sichuan province: In December 2014,a total of 8191 cases were reported,including 2 deaths. The reported cases increased by 35.08% compared with the same period in 2013. At prefecture (municipality) level,Chengdu,Meishan,Nanchong and Deyang ranked 1st-4th in reporting high case number. The cases in these areas accounted for 61.63% of the total. By the end of December 2014,a total of 95 693 cases had been reported cumulatively,an increase of 74.80% over the same period in 2013.
Anhui province: In December 2014,a total of 7207 cases,including 9 severe cases,were reported without death. The reported cases declined by 19.09% and 5.12% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2013. At prefecture (municipality) level,Fuyang,Hefei,Chuzhou,Xuancheng and Bozhou ranked 1st-5th in reporting high case number,and at county (district) level,Linquan,Qiaocheng,Yingshang,Yingzhou and Ningguo ranked 1st-5th in reporting high case number. By the end of December 2014,a total of 150 080 cases had been reported cumulatively,an increase of 60.85% over the same period in 2013.
