流行性感冒

河北省:2015年9月全省报告1525例,较上月上升38.89%,较2014年同期下降6.84%。报告发病率居前5位的地市为邯郸、张家口、石家庄、邢台和沧州。职业以农民为主,占82.43%;年龄以20~64岁为主,占74.03%;男女性别比为1.32∶1。2015年截至9月底,全省累计报告15 467例,较2014年同期下降4.03%。

河南省:2015年9月全省报告1417例,较上月上升9.42%,较2014年同期上升29.88%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为周口、商丘、南阳、驻马店和信阳;报告病例数居前5位的县为沈丘、鹿邑、宁陵、民权和商水。2015年截至9月底,全省累计报告12 435例,较2014年同期上升14.86%。

其他感染性腹泻

安徽省:2015年9月全省报告7986例,较上月下降17.21%,较2014年同期上升32.37%。2015年截至9月底,全省累计报告61 072例,较2014年同期上升20.39%。

河南省:2015年9月全省报告4716例,较上月下降11.17%,较2014年同期上升19.00%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为郑州、焦作、洛阳、平顶山和开封;报告病例数居前5位的市(区)为金水区、中原区、二七区、荥阳市和管城回族区。2015年截至9月底,全省累计报告32 551例,较2014年同期上升13.33%。

河北省:2015年9月全省报告4650例,较上月下降24.77%,较2014年同期上升4.54%。报告发病率居前5位的地市为石家庄、邯郸、唐山、承德和廊坊。职业以农民和散居儿童为主,分别占53.33%和27.76%;年龄以25~69岁和3岁以下为主,分别占54.41%和25.76%;男女性别比为1.38∶1。2015年截至9月底,全省累计报告42 484例,较2014年同期上升12.74%。

湖北省:2015年9月全省报告3436例,较上月上升1.18%,较2014年同期上升24.58%。

江西省:2015年9月全省报告2870例,较上月上升3.95%,较2014年同期上升3.95%。2015年截至9月底,全市累计报告21 221例,较2014年同期上升7.71%。

重庆市:2015年9月全市报告2684例,较上月下降1.00%,较2014年同期上升2.25%。2015年截至9月底,全市累计报告20 637例,较2014年同期上升10.19%。

湖南省:2015年9月全省报告2377例,较上月上升10.35%,较2014年同期上升8.44%。2015年截至9月底,全省累计报告18 163例,较2014年同期上升4.83%。

四川省:2015年9月全省报告2216例,较上月下降9.96%,与2014年同期持平。2015年截至9月底,全省累计报告18 272例,较2014年同期上升9.12%。

手足口病

湖南省:2015年9月全省报告12 860例,重症24例,无死亡。报告病例数较上月上升23.57%,较2014年同期上升8.65%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为衡阳、长沙、永州、娄底和邵阳;报告病例数居前5位的县市(区)为浏阳市、新化县、蒸湘区、耒阳市和桃江县。职业以散居儿童为主,占89.49%;年龄以5岁及以下为主,占97.92%;男女性别比为1.70∶1。2015年截至9月底,全省累计报告100 464例,较2014年同期下降46.45%。

江苏省:2015年9月全省报告3932例,重症10例,无死亡。报告病例数较上月下降7.61%,较2014年同期下降69.03%。报告病例数居前3位的地市为苏州、南京和无锡;报告病例数居前5位的市(区)为张家港市、江宁区、常熟市、吴中区及宜兴市。2015年截至9月底,全省累计报告 74 312例,较2014年同期下降41.17%。

四川省:2015年9月全省报告2812例,较上月上升39.35%,较2014年同期下降46.96%。2015年截至9月底,全市累计报告44 512例,较2014年同期下降31.53%。

Influenza

Hebei province: In September 2015, a total of 1525 cases were reported, which increased by 38.89% and declined by 6.84% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2014. In reporting high incidence, Handan, Zhangjiakou, Shijiazhuang, Xingtai and Cangzhou ranked 1st-5th at municipal level. The cases were mainly distributed in farmers (82.43%) and in age group 20-64 years (74.03%). The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.32∶1. By the end of September 2015, a total of 15 467 cases had been reported cumulatively, a decline of 4.03% compared with the same period in 2014.

Henan province: In September 2015, a total of 1417 cases were reported, which increased by 9.42% and 29.88% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2014. In reporting high case number, Zhoukou, Shangqiu, Nanyang, Zhumadian and Xinyang ranked 1st-5th at municipal level, and Shenqiu, Luyi, Ningling, Minquan and Shangshui ranked 1st-5th at county level. By the end of September 2015, a total of 12 435 cases had been reported cumulatively, an increase of 14.86% over the same period in 2014.

Other infectious diarrheal diseases

Anhui province: In September 2015, a total of 7986 cases were reported, which declined by 17.21% and increased by 32.37% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2014. By the end of September 2015, a total of 61 072 cases had been reported cumulatively, an increase of 20.39% over the same period in 2014.

Henan province: In September 2015, a total of 4716 cases were reported, which declined by 11.17% and increased by 19.00% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2014. In reporting high case number, Zhengzhou, Jiaozuo, Luoyang, Pingdingshan and Kaifeng ranked 1st-5th at municipal level, and Jinshui, Zhongyuan, Erqi, Yingyang and Guancheng ranked 1st-5th at municipal (district) level. By the end of September 2015, a total of 32 551 cases had been reported cumulatively, an increase of 13.33% over the same period in 2014.

Hebei province: In September 2015, a total of 4650 cases were reported, a decline of 24.77% and an increase of 4.54% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2014. In reporting high incidence, Shijiazhuang, Handan, Tangshan, Chengde and Langfang ranked 1st-5th at municipal level. The cases were mainly distributed in farmers and in children outside child care settings, accounting for 53.33% and 27.76% respectively. The cases in age groups 25-69 years and < 3 years accounted for 54.41% and 25.76% respectively. The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.38∶1. By the end of September 2015, a total of 42 484 cases had been reported cumulatively, an increase of 12.74% over the same period in 2014.

Hubei province: In September 2015, a total of 3436 cases were reported, which increased by 1.18% and 24.58% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2014.

Jiangxi province: In September 2015, a total of 2870 cases were reported, which increased by 3.95% and 3.95% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2014. By the end of September 2015, 21 221 cases had been reported cumulatively, an increase of 7.71% over the same period in 2014.

Chongqing municipality: In September 2015, a total of 2684 cases were reported, a decline of 1.00% and an increase of 2.25% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2014. By the end of September 2015, a total of 20 637 cases had been reported cumulatively, an increase of 10.19% over the same period in 2014.

Hunan province: In September 2015, a total of 2377 cases were reported, which increased by 10.35% and 8.44% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2014. By the end of September 2015, a total of 18 163 cases had been reported cumulatively, an increase of 4.83% over the same period in 2014.

Sichuan province: In September 2015, a total of 2216 cases were reported, which was a decline of 9.96% compared with last month and same to that during the same period in 2014. By the end of September 2015, a total of 18 272 cases had been reported cumulatively, an increase of 9.12% over the same period in 2014.

Hand foot and mouth disease

Hunan province: In September 2015, a total of 12 860 cases were reported, including 24 severe cases, no deaths were reported. The reported cases increased by 23.57% and 8.65% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2014. In reporting high case number, Hengyang, Changsha, Yongzhou, Loudi and Shaoyang ranked 1st-5th at municipal level, and Liuyang, Xinhua, Zhengxiang, Leiyang and Taojiang ranked 1st-5th at county (district) level. The cases were mainly distributed in children outside child care settings (89.49%) and in age group ≤5 years (97.92%). The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.70∶1. By the end of September 2015, a total of 100 464 cases had been reported cumulatively, a decline of 46.45% compared with the same period in 2014.

Jiangsu province: In September 2015, a total of 3932 cases were reported, including 10 severe cases, no deaths were reported. The reported cases declined by 7.61% and 69.03% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2014. In reporting high case number, Suzhou, Nanjing and Wuxi ranked 1st-3rd at municipal level, and Zhangjiagang, Jiangning, Changshu, Wuzhong and Yixing ranked 1st-5th at municipal (district) level. By the end of September 2015, a total of 74 312 cases had been reported cumulatively, a decline of 41.17% compared with the same period in 2014.

Jiangxi province: In September 2015, a total of 3878 cases were reported, an increase of 46.36% and a decline of 54.18% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2014. In reporting high case number, Linchuan, Luxi, Anyuan, Anfu and Shangli ranked 1st-5th at county (district) level. The cases were mainly distributed in children outside child care settings (91.13%) and in age group <5 years (96.78%). The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.75∶1. By the end of September 2015, a total of 30 111 cases had been reported, a decline of 41.33% compared with the same period in 2014.

Anhui province: In September 2015, a total of 3726 cases, including 9 severe cases, were reported without death. The reported cases declined by 8.54% and 61.40% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2014. In reporting high case number, Fuyang, Hefei, Bozhou, Huangshan and Xuancheng ranked 1st-5th at municipal level, and Yingshang, Qiaocheng, Linquan, Huoqiu and Yingzhou ranked 1st-5th at county (district) level. By the end of September 2015, a total of 79 463 cases had been reported cumulatively, a decline of 34.95% compared with the same period in 2014.

Henan province: In September 2015, a total of 2828 cases were reported, which declined by 17.02% and 35.69% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2014. In reporting high case number, Zhengzhou, Puyang, Luoyang, Zhoukou and Jiaozuo ranked 1st-5th at municipal level, and Jinshui, Jiyuan, Puyang, Hualong and Zhongyuan ranked 1st-5th at municipal (county or district) level. By the end of September 2015, a total of 77 077 cases had been reported cumulatively, a decline of 35.46% compared with the same period in 2014.

Sichuan province: In September 2015, a total of 2812 cases were reported, an increase of 39.35% and a decline of 46.96% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2014. By the end of September 2015, a total of 44 512 cases had been reported cumulatively, a decline of 31.53% compared with the same period in 2014.
