手足口病

浙江省：2015年11月全省报告手足口病10 197例，较上月上升42.82%，较2014年同期下降17.78%，无死亡病例报告。全省11个地市均有病例报告，报告病例数居前5位的市为温州、宁波、台州、嘉兴和丽水，占全省报告病例数的71.83%。职业分布以散居儿童、幼托儿童和学生居多，占全省报告病例数的99.72%。2015年截至本月，全省累计报告手足口病88 881例，重症病例24例，死亡1例，实验室诊断3643例[病原构成：604 例为肠道病毒71型(Human enterovirus 71，EV71)，626 例为柯萨奇病毒A组16型(Coxsachievirus A16，Cox A16)，2413 例为其他肠道病毒]。

河北省：2015年11月报告1609例，无死亡，报告发病率为2.194/10万。发病数与上月和2014年同期相比分别下降3.07%和55.26%。报告发病率前5位地区依次为廊坊、石家庄、保定、秦皇岛和唐山。职业分布散居儿童为主(68.05%),年龄集中在0~4岁组 (87.94%),男女性别比为1.54∶1。

安徽省：2015年11月报告5333例病例，上月3998例,环比上升33.39%，2014年同期8907例，同比下降40.13%。报告病例分布在16个市104个县(区)，报病数前5位的市分别为阜阳、合肥、亳州、滁州和蚌埠，合计3046例，占全省总报病数的57.12%。本月报告重症病例19例，无死亡病例。在67例实验室诊断的病例中，EV71 感染22例，Cox A16 感染19例，其他肠道病毒感染26例。

流行性感冒

河北省：2015年11月报告2336例，无死亡，报告发病率为3.186/10万。发病数与上月相比上升13.23%，与2014年同期相比下降23.46%。报告发病率居前5位地区依次为邯郸、张家口、石家庄、邢台和衡水。职业分布以农民为主(83.43%)；年龄集中在20~69岁组(79.49%)；男女性别比为1.30∶1。

其他感染性腹泻

云南省：2015 年11 月，全省其他感染性腹泻报告发病1728 例，报告发病率为3.687/10万，较2014年同期上升13.76%，本期及2014年同期均无死亡病例报告。2015 年11 月其他感染性腹泻发病居前5位的州(市)为昆明市、文山州、曲靖市、昭通市和玉溪市。男性发病1028 例，女性发病700 例，报告发病数主要集中在在0~5 岁。

河北省：2015年11月报告5034例，无死亡，报告发病率为6.865/10万。发病数与上月相比上升20.23%，与2014年同期相比下降9.15%。报告发病率居前5位地区依次为石家庄、承德、唐山、邯郸和沧州。职业分布以散居儿童和农民为主(65.42%和25.86%)；年龄集中在0~2岁(62.28%)；男女性别比为1.50∶1。

Hand foot and mouth disease

Zhejiang province: In November 2015, a total of 10 197 cases were reported without death. The reported cases increased by 42.82% and decrease by 17.78% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2014. The cases were reported in all the 11 prefectures (municipality). In reporting high case number, Wenzhou, Ningbo, Taizhou, Jiaxing and Lishui ranked 1^st-5^th at municipal (prefecture) level, the cases in these areas accounted for 71.83% of the total. The cases were mainly distributed in children outside child care settings, children in child care settings and students, accounting for 99.72%. By the end of November 2015, 88 881 cases had been reported cumulatively, including 24 severe cases and 1 death. A total of 3643 cases were laboratory confirmed, i.e., 604 EV71 infections, 626 Cox A16 infections and 2413 other enterovirus infections.

Hebei province: In November 2015, a total of 1609 cases were reported without death. The reported incidence was 2.194/lakh. The reported cases decreased by 3.07% and 55.26% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2014. In reporting high incidence, Langfang, Shijiazhuang, Baoding, Qinhuangdao and Tangshan ranked 1^st-5^th at municipal (prefecture) level. The cases were mainly distributed in children outside child care settings (68.05%) and in age group 0-4 years (87.94%). The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.54∶1.

Anhui province: In November 2015, a total of 5333 cases, including 19 severe cases, were reported without death. The reported cases increased by 33.39% and decreased by 40.13% respectively compared with last month (3998 cases) and the same period in 2014 (8907 cases). The cases were distributed in 104 counties (district) of 16 prefectures (municipality). In reporting high case number, Fuyang, Hefei, Bozhou, Chuzhou and Bengbu ranked 1^st-5^th at municipal (prefecture) level, there were 3046 cases reported, accounting for 57.12% of the total. Among 67 laboratory confirmed cases, 22 were EV71 infections, 19 were Cox A16 infections and 26 were other enterovirus infections.

Influenza

Hebei province: In November 2015, a total of 2336 cases were reported without death. The reported incidence was 3.186/lakh. The reported cases increased by 13.23% and decreased by 23.46% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2014. In reporting high incidence, Handan, Zhangjiakou, Shijiazhuang, Xingtai and Hengshui ranked 1^st-5^th at municipal (prefecture) level. The cases were mainly distributed in farmers (83.43%) and in age group 20-69 years (79.49%). The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.30∶1.

Other infectious diarrheal diseases

Yunnan province: In November 2015, a total of 1728 cases were reported without death. The reported cases increased by 13.76% compared with the same period in 2014 (no death). In reporting high case number, Kunming, Wenshan, Qujing, Zhaotong and Yuxi ranked 1^st-5^th at municipal (prefecture) level. In gender distribution of the cases, 1028 were males, 700 were females. The cases were mainly distributed in age group 0-5 years.

Hebei province: In November 2015, a total of 5034 cases were reported without death. The reported incidence was 6.865/lakh. The reported cases increased by 20.23% and decrease by 9.15% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2014. In reporting high incidence, Shijiazhuang, Chengde, Tangshan, Handan and Cangzhou ranked 1^st-5^th at municipal (prefecture) level. The cases were mainly distributed in children outside child care settings and farmers (65.42% and 25.86%). The cases in age group 0-2 years accounted for 62.28%. The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.50∶1.
