流行性感冒

河北省： 2015年12月全省报告2838例，较上月上升21.70%，较2014年同期下降28.08%。报告发病率居前5位的地市为邯郸、张家口、石家庄、邢台和衡水。职业以农民为主，占82.03%；年龄以25~64岁为主，占68.15%；男女性别比为1.33 ∶ 1。2015年全省累计报告22 689例，较2014年下降9.23%。

河南省： 2015年12月全省报告2044例，较上月上升18.08%，较2014年同期下降1.26%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为周口、商丘、驻马店、信阳和南阳；报告病例数居前5位的县为沈丘、鹿邑、民权、宁陵和汝阳。2015年全省累计报告17 579例，较2014年上升12.30%。

流行性腮腺炎

湖南省： 2015年12月全省报告1686例，较上月上升55.54%，较2014年同期上升57.28%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为永州、长沙、怀化、湘潭和郴州；报告病例数居前5位的县(区)为宁远县、鹤城区、溆浦县、江永县和浏阳市。2015年全省累计报告13 466例，较2014年上升18.80%。

河南省： 2015年12月全省报告1634例，较上月上升42.87%，较2014年同期上升33.25%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为南阳、永城、信阳、郑州和洛阳；报告病例数居前5位的县(区、市)为永城市、光山县、淅川县、管城区和杞县。2015年全省累计报告18 465例，较2014年上升45.27%。

其他感染性腹泻病

浙江省： 2015年12月全省报告15300例，较上月上升141.90%，较2014年同期下降31.55%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为杭州、宁波、绍兴、湖州和嘉兴。

河北省： 2015年12月全省报告6040例，较上月上升20.18%，较2014年同期上升21.14%。报告发病率居前5位的地市为石家庄、承德、唐山、保定和邯郸。职业以散居儿童为主，占66.67%；年龄以0~2岁为主，占63.48%；男女性别比为1.51 ∶ 1。2015年全省累计报告57 696例，较2014年上升11.21%。

重庆市： 2015年12月全市报告5817例，较上月上升93.71%，较2014年同期上升11.57%。2015年全市累计报告31 574例，较2014年上升5.22%。

湖北省： 2015年12月全省报告4312例，较上月上升25.82%，较2014年同期上升13.62%。

河南省： 2015年12月全省报告4167例，较上月下降50.10%，较2014年同期上升11.30%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为郑州、焦作、洛阳、平顶山和濮阳；报告病例数居前5位的县(区)为金水区、中原区、温县、固始县和华龙区。2015年全省累计报告57 138例，较2014年上升13.10%。

湖南省： 2015年12月全省报告3895例，较上月上升81.84%，较2014年同期下降11.98%。2015年全省累计报告26 362例，较2014年上升1.14%。

江西省： 2015年12月全省报告3259例，较上月上升42.25%，较2014年同期下降23.23%。2015年全省累计报告29 441例，较2014年下降4.13%。

手足口病

湖南省： 2015年12月全省报告12 107例，重症37例，无死亡。报告病例数较上月上升11.40%，较2014年同期上升73.88%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为长沙、娄底、岳阳、常德和邵阳；报告病例数居前5位的县(区、市)为长沙县、娄星区、浏阳市、雨花区和岳阳楼区。2015年全省累计报告135 585例，较2014年下降36.34%。

浙江省： 2015年12月全省报告11 408例，较上月上升12.36%，较2014年同期上升33.19%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为温州、宁波、嘉兴、台州和衢州。2015年全省累计报告100 132例。

江苏省： 2015年12月全省报告9486例，重症20例，无死亡。报告病例数较上月上升38.30%，较2014年同期下降13.03%。报告病例数居前3位的地市为苏州、南京和无锡；报告病例数居前5位的市(区)为吴江区、常熟市、江宁区、浦口区和通州区。2015年全省累计报告95 008例，较2014年下降43.22%。

湖北省： 2015年12月全省报告8436例，较上月上升55.27%，较2014年同期上升96.55%。

云南省： 2015年12月全省报告4484例。报告病例数居前4位的地市为昆明、红河、德宏和玉溪；报告病例数居前5位的县(市、区)为泸西县、盈江县、芒市、官渡区和通海县。

重庆市： 2015年12月全市报告4314例，较上月下降15.26%，较2014年同期下降23.65%。2015年，全市累计报告45 944例，较2014年下降15.40%。

Influenza

Hebei province: In December 2015,a total of 2838 cases were reported,which increased by 21.70% and decreased by 28.08% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2014. In reporting high incidence,Handan,Zhangjiakou,Shijiazhuang,Xingtai and Hengshui ranked 1st-5th at municipal (prefecture) level. The cases were mainly farmers (82.03%). The cases in age group 25-64 years accounted for 68.15%. The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.33 ∶ 1. By the end of 2015,22 689 cases had been reported cumulatively,a decrease of 9.23 % compared with 2014.

Henan province: In December 2015,a total of 2044 cases were reported,which increased by 18.08% and decreased by 1.26% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2014. In reporting high case number,Zhoukou,Shangqiu,Zhumadian,Xinyang and Nanyang ranked 1st-5th at municipal (prefecture) level,and Shenqiu,Luyi,Minquan,Ninghling and Ruyang ranked 1st-5th at county (district) level. By the end of 2105,17 579 cases had been reported cumulatively,an increase of 12.30% compared with 2014.

Mumps

Hunan province: In December 2015,a total of 1686 cases were reported,which increased by 55.54% and 57.28% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2014. In reporting high case number,Yongzhou,Changsha,Huaihua,Xiangtan and Chenzhou ranked 1st-5th at municipal (prefecture) level,and Ningyuan,Hechang,Xupu,Jiangyong and Liuyang ranked 1st-5th at county (district) level. By the end of 2015,13 466 cases had been reported cumulatively,an increase of 18.80% compared with 2014.

Henan province: In December 2015,a total of 1634 cases were reported,which increased by 42.87% and 33.25% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2014. In reporting high case number,Nanyang,Yongcheng,Xinyang,Zhengzhou and Luoyang ranked 1st-5th at municipal (prefecture) level,and Yongcheng,Guangshan,Xichuan,Guancheng and Qixian ranked 1st-5th at county (district) level. By the end of 2015,18 465 cases had been reported cumulatively,an increase of 45.27% compared with 2014.

Other infectious diarrheal diseases

Zhejiang province: In December 2015,a total of 15 300 cases were reported,which increased by 141.90% and decreased by 31.55% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2014. In reporting high case number,Hangzhou,Ningbo,Shaoxing,Huzhou and Jiaxing ranked 1st-5th at municipal (prefecture) level.

Hebei province: In December 2015,a total of 6040 cases were reported,which increased by 20.18% and 21.14% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2014. In reporting high incidence,Shijiazhuang,Chengde,Tangshan,Baoding and Handan ranked 1st-5th at municipal (prefecture) level. The cases were mainly children outside child care settings (66.67%). The cases in age group 0-2 years accounted for 63.48%. The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.51 ∶ 1. By the end of 2015,57 696 cases had been reported cumulatively,an increase of 11.21% compared with 2014.

Chongqing municipality: In December 2015,a total of 5817 cases were reported,which increased by 93.71% and 11.57% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2014. By the end of 2015,31 574 cases had been reported cumulatively,an increase of 5.22% compared with 2014.

Hubei province: In December 2015,a total of 4312 cases were reported,which increased by 25.82% and 13.62% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2014.

Henan province: In December 2015,a total of 4167 cases were reported,which decreased by 50.10% and increased by 11.30% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2014. In reporting high case number,Zhengzhou,Jiaozuo,Luoyang,Pingdingshan and Puyang ranked 1st-5th at municipal (prefecture) level,and Jinshui,Zhongyuan,Wenxian,Gushi and Hualing ranked 1st-5th at county (district) level. By the end of 2015,57 138 cases had been reported cumulatively,an increase of 13.10% compared with 2014.

Hunan province: In December 2015,a total of 3895 cases were reported,which increased by 81.84% and decreased by 11.98% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2014. By the end of 2015,26 362 cases had been reported cumulatively,an increase of 1.14% compared with 2014.

Jiangxi province: In December 2015,a total of 3259 cases were reported,which increased by 42.25% and decreased by 23.23% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2014. By the end of 2015,29 441 cases had been reported cumulatively,a decrease of 4.13% compared with 2014.

Hand foot and mouth disease

Hunan province: In December 2015,a total of 12 107 cases,including 37 severe cases,were reported without death,The reported cases increased by 11.40% and 73.88% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2014. In reporting high case number,Changsha,Loudi,Yueyang,Changde and Shaoyang ranked 1st-5th at municipal (prefecture) level,and Changsha,Louxing,Liuyang,Yuhua and Yueyanglou ranked 1st-5th at county (district) level. By the end of 2015,135 585 cases had been reported cumulatively,a decrease of 36.34% compared with 2014.

Zhejiang province: In December 2015,a total of 11 408 cases were reported,which increased by 12.36% and 33.19% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2014. In reporting high case number,Wenzhou,Ningbo,Jiaxing,Taizhou and Quzhou ranked 1st-5th at municipal (prefecture) level. By the end of 2015,100 132 cases had been reported cumulatively.

Jiangsu province: In December 2015,a total of 9486 cases,including 20 severe cases,were reported without death. The reported cases increased by 38.30% and decreased by 13.03% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2014. In reporting high case number,Suzhou,Nanjing and Wuxi ranked 1st-3rd at municipal (prefecture) level,and Wujiang,Changsu,Jiangning,Pukou and Tongzhou ranked 1st-5th at county (district) level. By the end of 2015,95 008 cases had been reported cumulatively,a decrease of 43.22% compared with 2014.

Hubei province: In December 2015,a total of 8436 cases were reported,which increased by 55.27% and 96.55% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2014.

Yunnan province: In December 2015,a total of 4484 cases were reported. In reporting high case number,Kunming,Honghe,Dehong and Yuxi ranked 1st-4th at municipal (prefecture) level,and Luxi,Yingjiang,Mangshi,Guandu and Tonghai ranked 1st-5th at county (district) level.

Chingqing municipality: In December 2015,a total of 4314 cases were reported,which decreased by 15.26% and 23.65% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2014. By the end of 2015,45 944 cases had been reported cumulatively,a decrease of 15.40% compared with 2014.
