麻疹

湖南省:1月报告病例25例,无死亡。报告病例数与上月持平,比2015年同期(75例)减少67%。上月及2015年同期均无死亡。1月报告病例分布在:邵阳20例(武冈市19例、城步县1例),岳阳4例(岳阳县2例,岳阳楼区、屈原管理区各1例),怀化1例(洪江市);散居儿童18例、学生5例、农民2例;0岁组8例、1岁组7例、2~7岁组6例、8~15岁组2例、15岁以上组2例;男女性别比为4:1。

流行性感冒

江西省:1月报告流行性感冒病例731例,无死亡报告。报告病例数较上月增加20.23%,较2015年同月增加5.79%;上月及2015年同月无死亡病例报告。报告病例数居前5位的县(区)为九江县(90例)、鄱阳县(65例)、浔阳区(33例)、玉山县(23例)、余江县(21例)。1月流行性感冒病例职业分布以农民(236例)、学生(212例)、散居儿童(124例)较多,占报告病例总数的78.25%;男女性别比为1.39:1;年龄分布较分散,其中19岁以下人员有399例,占54.58%。

湖南省:1月报告病例957例,无死亡。报告病例数比上月(593例)增加61%,比2015年同期(718例)增加33%,上月及2015年同期均无死亡。1月报告发病数居前5位的市州依次为:衡阳(207例)、长沙(181例)、邵阳(117例)、株洲(68例)和岳阳(65例);报告发病数居前5位的县(区)依次为衡山县(83例),雨花区(56例),天心区(27例),芙蓉区、衡阳县(各25例)。散居儿童(298例)、农民(284例)、学生(205例)和幼托儿童(90例)共占病例总数的92%;0~14岁组发病(555例)占病例总数的58%;男女性别比为1.5:1。

浙江省:1月全省报告流行性感冒1697例,较上月上升307.93%(1697/416),较2015年同期上升47.82%,无死亡病例报告。全省11个地市均有病例报告,报告病例数居前5位的市为宁波(647例)、绍兴(238例)、杭州(193例)、嘉兴(189例)和台州(178 例),占全省报告病例数的85.15%。职业分布以学生(472例)、幼托儿童(276例)、散居儿童(262例)和农民(240例)居多,占全省报告病例数的73.66%。

流行性腮腺炎

云南省:1月,全省流行性腮腺炎报告发病425例,报告发病率为0.9016/10 万,较2015年同期(309 例)上升37.5%,本期及2015年同期均无死亡病例。1 月流行性腮腺炎发病数居前5位的州(市)为红河州(93例)、昭通市(69例)、昆明市(54例)、德宏州(39例)和楚雄州(37例)。男性发病258 例,女性发病167例,发病主要集中0~10 岁人群。

江西省:1月报告流行性腮腺炎病例535例,无死亡。报告病例数较上月减少9.32%,较2015年同月增加46.58%;上月及2015年同月均无死亡病例报告。报告病例数居前5位的县(市、区)为信州区(62例)、乐平市(35例)、吉州区(34例)、鄱阳县(31例)和上饶县(30例)。1月流行性腮腺炎病例职业分布以学生(372 例)居多,占报告病例总数的69.53%;男女性别比为1.48:1;年龄分布以3~14 岁儿童较多,共456 例,占85.23%。

Measles

Hunan province: In January 2016, a total of 25 cases were reported without death. The reported case number was same with last month and decreased by 67% compared with the same period in 2015 (75 cases). No deaths were reported in last month and during the same period in 2015. The cases were distributed in Shaoyang (20 cases), Yueyang (4 cases) and Huaihua (1 cases).The case numbers reported in children outside child care settings, students and farmers were 18, 5 and 2 respectively, and the case number reported in age groups 0 year, 1 year, 2-7 years, 8-15 years and ≥15 years were 8,7,6,2 and 2 respectively. The male to female ratio of the cases was 4:1.

Influenza

Jiangxi province: In January 2016, a total of 731 cases were reported without death. The reported cases increased by 20.23% and 5.79% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2015. No deaths were reported in last month and the same period in 2015. In reporting high case number, Jiujiang (90 cases), Poyang (65 cases), Xunyang (33 cases), Yushan (23 cases), Yujiang (21 cases) ranked 1st-5th at county (district) level. The cases were mainly distributed in farmers (236 cases), students (212 cases) and children outside child care settings (124 cases), accounting for 78.25% of the total. The age distribution of the cases was not obvious, but 399 cases were reported in people aged <19 years. The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.39:1.

Hunan province: In January 2016, a total of 957 cases were reported without death. The reported cases increased by 61% and 33% respectively compared with last month (593 cases) and the same period in 2015 (718 cases). No deaths were reported in last month and the same period in 2015. In reporting high case number, Hengyang (207 cases), Changsha (181 cases), Shaoyang (117 cases), Zhuzhou (68 cases) and Yueyang (65 cases) ranked 1st-5th at municipal (prefecture) level, and Hengshan (83 cases), Yuhua (56 cases), Tianxin (27 cases), Furong (25 cases) and Hengyang (25 cases) ranked 1st-5th at county (district) level. The cases in children outside child care settings (298 cases), farmers (284 cases), students (205 cases) and children in child care settings (90 cases) accounted for 92% of the total. The cases in age group 0-14 years (555 cases) accounted for 58%. The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.5:1.

Zhejiang province: In January 2016, a total of 1697 cases were reported, which increased by 307.93% and 47.82% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2015. No deaths were reported. The cases were reported in all 11 prefectures (municipality). In reporting high case number, Ningbo (647 cases), Shaoxing (238 cases), Hangzhou (193 cases), Jiaxing (189 cases) and Taizhou (178 cases) ranked 1st-5th at municipal (prefecture) level, the cases reported in these areas accounted for 85.15% of the total. The cases were mainly distributed in students (472 cases), children in child care settings (276 cases), children outside child care settings (262 cases) and farmers (240 cases), accounting for 73.66% of the total.

Mumps

Yunnan province: In January 2016, a total of 425 cases were reported with the incidence of 0.9016/100 000. The reported cases increased by 37.5% compare with the same period in 2015 (309 cases).No deaths were reported in this month and during the same period in 2015. In reporting high case number, Honghe (93 cases), Zhaotong (69 cases), Kunming (54 cases), Dehong (39 cases) and Chuxiong (37 cases) ranked 1st-5th at municipal (prefecture) level. In males 258 cases were reported and in females 167 cases were reported. The cases were mainly distributed in age group 0-10 years.

Jiangxi province: In January 2016, a total of 535 cases were reported without death. The reported cases decreased by 9.32% and increased by 46.58% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2015. No deaths were reported in last month and the same period in 2015. In reporting high case number, Xinzhou (62 cases), Leping (35 cases), Jizhou (34 cases), Poyang (31 cases) and Shangrao (30 cases) ranked 1st -5th at county (district) level. The cases were mainly distributed in students (372 cases), accounting for 69.53%, and in age group 3-14 years (456 cases), accounting for 85.23%.The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.48:1.
