河北省：2016年6月全省报告5788例，较5月上升41.14%，较2015年同期下降19.36%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为石家庄、唐山、邯郸、保定和沧州；报告发病率居前5位地市为石家庄、唐山、邯郸、承德和廊坊。报告病例数居前5位的县(区)为鹿泉区、栾城区、正定县、永年县和长安区。职业以农民为主，占55.96%；年龄以25~69岁为主，占62.68%；男女性别比为1.29∶1。2016年截至6月，全省累计报告 23 384例，较2015年同期下降5.41%。

河南省：2016年6月全省报告4769例，较5月上升25.67%，较2015年同期下降19.63%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为郑州、焦作、洛阳、平顶山和开封；报告病例数居前5位的县(区、市)为中原区、叶县、金水区、荥阳市和巩义市。2016年截至6月，全省累计报告21 580例，较2015年同期上升2.90%。

湖北省：2016年6月全省报告3606例，较5月上升33.95%，较2015年同期上升25.47%。

江西省：2016年6月全省报告2438例，较5月上升7.31%，较2015年同期上升4.10%。2016年截至6月，全省累计报告16 084例，较2015年同期上升21.87%。

重庆市：2016年6月全市报告2420例，较5月上升22.72%，较2015年同期上升14.20%。2016年截至6月，全市累计报告12 711例，较2015年上升25.38%。

手足口病

浙江省：2016年6月全省报告42 891例，重症32例，死亡3例。报告病例数较5月上升50.04%，较2015年同期上升102.07%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为温州、台州、宁波、金华和绍兴。2016年截至6月，全省累计报告101 234例，重症54例，死亡5例。

湖南省：2016年6月全省报告34 999例，重症692例，死亡7例。报告病例数较5月下降7.45%，较2015年同期上升68.54%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为长沙、邵阳、娄底、株洲和郴州；报告病例数居前5位的县(区、市)为长沙县、雨花区、浏阳市、宁乡县和安仁县。2016年截至6月，全省累计报告111 809例，较2015年同期上升74.40%。

江苏省：2016年6月全省报告29 423例，重症155例，无死亡。报告病例数较5月上升44.22%，较2015年同期上升71.89%。报告病例数居前3位的地市为苏州、南京和无锡；报告病例数居前5位的县(区、市)为吴中区、江宁区、吴江区、常熟市和江阴市。2016年截至6月，全省累计报告73 603例，较2015年同期上升33.38%。

河南省：2016年6月全省报告23 785例，较5月下降18.61%，较2015年同期上升66.61%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为郑州、洛阳、开封、信阳和南阳；报告病例数居前5位的县(区)为金水区、二七区、中原区、尉氏县和郑东新区。2016年截至6月，全省累计报告75 345例，较2015年同期上升16.27%。

云南省：2016年6月全省报告16 072例，死亡1例。报告病例数较5月上升60.26%，较2015年同期上升25.41%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为昆明、曲靖、红河、玉溪和大理；报告病例数居前5位的县(区、市)为官渡区、麒麟区、盘龙区、元江县和蒙自市。

河北省：2016年6月全省报告14 494例，较5月上升118.94%，较2015年同期下降14.36%。报告病例数居前5位的地市为保定、廊坊、沧州、石家庄和唐山。报告病例数居前5位的市(区)为任丘市、清苑区、霸州市、高碑店市和三河市。2016年截至6月，全省累计报告23 201例，较2015年同期下降13.43%。

江西省：2016年6月全省报告7314例，重症16例。报告病例数较5月上升10.08%，较2015年同期上升37.20%。2016年截至6月，全省累计报告 24 886例，较2015年同期上升20.46%。报告病例数居前5位的县(区、市)为章贡区、于都县、瑞金市、贵溪市和浔阳区。

重庆市：2016年6月全市报告6229例，较5月上升3.39%，较2015年同期下降28.88%。2016年截至6月，全市累计报告21 360例，较2015年下降16.93%。

Zhejiang province: In June 2016, a total of 7348 cases were reported, an increase of 14.13% and a decrease of 0.46% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2015. In reporting case number, Ningbo, Hangzhou, Taizhou and Shaoxing ranked 1^st－4^th at municipal (prefecture) level.

Hebei province: In June 2016, a total of 5788 cases were reported, which increased by 41.14% and decreased by 19.36% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2015. In reporting case number, Shijiazhuang, Tangshan, Handan, Baoding and Cangzhou ranked 1^st－5^th at municipal (prefecture) level, and Luquan, Luancheng, Zhengding, Yongnian and Chang'an ranked 1^st－5^th at county (district) level. In reporting incidence, Shijiazhuang, Tangshan, Handan, Chengde and Langfang ranked 1^st－5^th at municipal (prefecture) level. The cases were mainly distributed in farmers (55.96%) and in age group 25-69 years (62.68%). The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.29∶1. By the end of June, 23 384 cases had been reported cumulatively, a decrease of 5.41% compared with the same period in 2015.

Henan province:In June 2016, a total of 4769 cases were reported, an increase of 25.67% and a decrease of 19.63% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2015. In reporting case number, Zhengzhou, Jiaozuo, Luoyang, Pingdingshan and Kaifeng ranked 1^st－5^th at municipal (prefecture) level, and Zhongyuan, Yexian, Jinshui, Rongyang and Gongyi ranked 1^st－5^th at county (district) level. By the end of June, 21 580 cases had been reported cumulatively, an increase of 2.90% over the same period in 2015.

Hubei province: In June 2016, a total of 3606 cases were reported, which increased by 33.95% and 25.47% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2015.

Jiangxi province: In June 2016, a total of 2438 cases were reported, an increase of 7.31% and 4.01% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2015. By the end of June, 16 084 cases had been reported cumulatively, an increase of 21.87% over the same period in 2015.

Chongqing municipality:In June 2016, a total of 2420 cases were reported, an increase of 22.72% and 14.20% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2015. By the end of June, 12 711 cases had been reported cumulatively, an increase of 25.38% over the same period in 2015.

Hand foot and mouth disease

Zhejiang province: In June 2016, a total of 42 891 cases, including 32 severe cases and 3 deaths, were reported. The reported cases increased by 50.04% and 102.07% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2015. In reporting case number, Wenzhou, Taizhou, Ningbo, Jinhua and Shaoxing ranked 1^st－5^th at municipal (prefecture) level. By the end of June, 101 234 cases had been reported cumulatively, including 54 severe cases and 5 deaths.

Hunan province: In June 2016, a total of 34 999 cases were reported, including 692 severe cases and 7 deaths. The reported cases decreased by 7.45% and increased by 68.54% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2015. In reporting case number, Changsha, Shaoyang, Loudi, Zhuzhou and Chenzhou ranked 1^st－5^th at municipal (prefecture) level, and Changsha, Yuhua, Liuyang, Ningxiang and Anren ranked 1^st－5^th at county (district) level. By the end of June, 111 809 cases had been reported cumulatively, an increase of 74.40% over the same period in 2015.

Jiangsu province: In June 2016, a total of 29 423 cases, including 155 severe cases, were reported without death. The reported cases increased by 44.22% and 71.89% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2015. In reporting case number, Suzhou, Nanjing and Wuxi ranked 1^st－3^rd at municipal (prefecture) level, and Wuzhong, Jiangning, Wujiang, Changshu and Jiangyin ranked 1^st－5^th at county (district) level. By the end of June, 73 603 cases had been reported cumulatively, an increase of 33.38% over the same period in 2015.

Henan province: In June 2016, a total of 23 785 cases were reported, a decrease of 18.61% and an increase of 66.61% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2015. In reporting case number, Zhengzhou, Luoyang, Kaifeng, Xinyang and Nanyang ranked 1^st－5^th at municipal (prefecture) level, and Jinshui, Erqi, Zhongyuan, Weishi and Zhengdong new district ranked 1^st－5^th at county (district) level. By the end of June, 75 345 cases had been reported cumulatively, an increase of 16.27% over the same period in 2015.

Hubei province: In June 2016, a total of 21 261 cases were reported, a decrease of 15.18% and an increase of 45.08% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2015.

Yunnan province: In June 2016, a total of 16 072 cases were reported, including 1 death. The reported cases increased by 60.26% and 25.41% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2015. In reporting case number, Kunming, Qujing, Honghe, Yuxi and Dali ranked 1^st－5^th at municipal (prefecture) level, and Guandu, Qilin, Panlong, Yuanjiang and Mengzi ranked 1^st－5^th at county (district) level.

Hebei province: In June 2016, a total of 14 494 cases were reported, an increase of 118.94% and a decrease of 14.36% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2015. In reporting case number, Baoding, Langfang, Cangzhou, Shijiazhuang and Tangshan ranked 1^st－5^th at municipal (prefecture) level, and Renqiu, Qingyuan, Bazhou, Gaobeidian and Sanhe ranked 1^st－5^th at county (district) level. By the end of June, 23 201 cases had been reported cumulatively, a decrease of 13.43% compared with the same period in 2015.

Jiangxi province: In June 2016, a total of 7314 cases were reported, including 16 severe cases. The reported cases increased by 10.08% and 37.20% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2015. By the end of June, 24 886 cases had been reported cumulatively, an increase of 20.46% over the same period in 2015. In reporting high case number, Zhanggong, Yudu, Ruijin, Guixi and Xunyang ranked 1^st－5^th at county (district) level.

Chongqing municipality: In June 2016, a total of 6229 cases were reported, which increased by 3.39% and decreased by 28.88% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2015. By the end of June, 21 360 cases had been reported cumulatively, a decrease of 16.93% compared with the same period in 2015.
