河北省：11月报告15例，无死亡，报告发病率为0.02/10万。发病数与10月相比上升15.38%，和2015年同期相比上升15.38%。报告发病率居前5位地区依次为石家庄、唐山、承德、邯郸和邢台。职业分布以散居儿童(53.33%)为主；年龄集中在0~1岁组(33.33%)；男女性别比为0.67:1。

流行性感冒

福建省：11月报告722例，死亡1例。10月报告466例，无死亡病例；2016年累计报告9317例，死亡1例。11月报告病例数居前5位的县(市、区)为芗城区、龙海市、云霄县、蕉城区和福安市。2016年累计病例数居前10位的是芗城区、龙海市、云霄县、漳浦县、丰泽区、晋江市、诏安县、仙游县、湖里区和福安市。11月发病人群年龄居前5位的是3~，4~，2~，10~和6~岁组。11月发病人群职业居前5位的是散居儿童、学生、农民、幼托儿童和家务及待业。

浙江省：11月全省报告流行性感冒2544例，较10月上升3.26倍，较2015年同期上升18.72倍，无死亡病例报告。全省11个地市均有病例报告，报告病例数居前5位的市为宁波、金华、台州、温州和杭州，占全省报告病例数的81.60%。职业分布以学生、散居儿童、幼托儿童和农民居多，占全省报告病例数的78.03%。

手足口病

浙江省：11月全省报告手足口病18 080例，报告1例重症病例，无死亡病例报告。报告病例数较10月上升37.13%，较2015年同期上升78.08%。11月全省11市均有病例报告，其中报告病例数居前5位的市为宁波、温州、金华、台州和绍兴，占75.28%；职业分布以散居儿童居多，占63.01%，其次为幼托儿童和学生；发病年龄集中在5岁及以下年龄组，占94.64%，其中以1岁和2岁组较高，分别占26.38%和22.24%。2016年截至11月30日，全省累计报告手足口病173 877例，报告重症病例87例，死亡7例。实验室诊断5289例(其中1330例为肠道病毒71型，1456例为柯萨奇病毒A组16型，2503例为其他肠道病毒)。

广西壮族自治区：11月报告15 310例，死亡1例，病死率为0.01%。报告发病数居丙类传染病的首位，与10月相比上升45.02%，与2015年同月相比下降3.90%。报告死亡数与10月持平，比2015年同月增加1例。报告病例数居前5位的县(区)为隆林县、田东县、大新县、全州县和崇左市江州区。11月报告病例来源为医院报告病例占80.73%、妇幼保健院(所、站)占13.35%、卫生院及社区卫生服务中心占5.08%、其他医疗机构占0.84%。报告病例以5岁及以下儿童为主，占96.88%；其中0~3岁报告13 028例，占85.10%，4~5岁报告1804例，占11.78%。职业以散居儿童为主，占72.08%，其次为幼托儿童，占25.78%。

其他感染性腹泻

河北省：11月报告2738例，无死亡，报告发病率为3.71/10万。发病数与10月和2015年同期相比分别下降20.55%和45.52%。报告发病率居前5位地区依次为石家庄(9.58/10万)、邯郸(4.31/10万)、承德(3.78/10万)、唐山(3.30/10万)和保定(3.11/10万)。职业分布以散居儿童(34.70%)和农民(50.88%)为主；年龄集中在0~1岁组(26.52%)和25~69岁组(48.21%)；男女性别比为1.44:1。

广西壮族自治区：11月报告5688例，无死亡。报告发病数与10月相比下降30.53%，与2015年同月相比上升38.56%。报告病例数居前5位的县(市、区)为贺州市八步区、平南县、柳江县、桂平市和柳州市柳南区。报告病例以0~1岁的儿童(2685例)为主，占47.20%。职业以散居儿童(3324例)为主，占58.44%；其次为农民(1108例)，占19.48%。

Measles

Hebei province: In November 2016, a total of 15 cases were reported without death. The reported incidence was 0.02/100 000. The reported cases increased by 15.38% and 15.38% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2015. In reporting incidence, Shijiazhuang, Tangshan, Chengde, Handan and Xingtai ranked 1^st-5^th at municipal (prefecture) level. The cases were mainly distributed in children outside child care settings (53.33%) and in age group 0-1 year (33.33%). The male to female ratio of the cases was 0.67:1.

Influenza

Fujian province: In November 2016, a total of 722 cases were reported, including 1 death. In October, 466 cases were reported without death. By the end of November, 9317 cases had been reported, including 1 death, in 2016. In reporting case number, Xiangcheng, Longhai, Yunxiao, Jiaocheng and Fu'an ranked 1^st-5^th at county (district) level, and in reporting cumulative case number, Xiangcheng, Longhai, Yunxiao, Zhangpu, Fengze, Jinjiang, Zhao'an, Xianyou, Huli and Fu'an ranked 1^st-10^th at county (district) level. The incidence was highest in age group >3 years, followed by age groups >4, >2, >10, >6 years. The case were mainly distributed in children outside child care setting, followed by students, farmer, children in child care settings and the unemployed.

Zhejiang province:In November 2016, a total of 2554 cases were reported, which increased by 3.26 times and 18.72 times respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2015. No deaths were reported. The cases were reported in all 11 prefectures (municipality). In reporting case number, Ningbo, Jinhua, Taizhou, Wenzhou and Hangzhou ranked 1^st-5^th at municipal (prefecture) level, the cases in these areas accounted for 81.60% of the total. The cases were mainly distributed in students, children outside child care settings, children in child care settings and farmers, accounting for 78.03%.

Hand foot and mouth disease

Zhejiang province:In November 2016, a total of 18 080 cases, including 1 severe case, were reported without death. The reported cases increased by 37.13% and 78.08% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2015. The cases were reported in all 11 prefectures (municipality). In reporting case number, Ningbo, Wenzhou, Jinhua, Taizhou and Shaoxing ranked 1^st-5^th at municipal (prefecture) level, the cases in these areas accounted for 75.28% of the total. The cases were mainly distributed in children outside child care settings (63.01%), followed by children in child care settings and students, and in age group≤5 years (94.64%). The cases in age groups 1 year and 2 years accounted for 26.38% and 22.24% respectively. By the end of November, 173 877 cases had been reported cumulatively, including 87 severe cases and 7 deaths, in 2016. Among the reported cases, 5289 were laboratory confirmed, i.e. 1330 EV71 infections, 1456 Cox A16 infections 2503 other enterovirus infections.

Guangxi zhuang autonomous region: In November 2016, a total of 15 310 cases were reported, including 1 death.The case fatality was 0.01%. The reported cases, ranking 1^st in class B communicable diseases, increased by 45.02% and decreased by 3.90% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2015. The death number was the same as last month and increased by 1 compared with the same period in 2015. In reporting case number, Longlin, Tiandong, Daxin, Quanzhou and Jiangzhou of Congzuo ranked 1^st-5^th at county (district) level. The reported cases were mainly from hospitals (80.73%), maternal and child health care canter (13.35%), health canters/community health service centers (5.08%) and other medical agencies (0.84%). The cases were mainly distributed in children aged≤5 years (96.88%). In age group 0-3 years, 13 028 cases were reported (85.11%), and in age group 4-5 years, 1804 cases were reported (11.78%). The cases in children outside child care settings accounted for 72.08% and the cases in children in child care settings accounted for 25.78%.

Other infectious diarrheal diseases

Hebei province:In November 2016, a total of 2738 cases were reported without death. The reported incidence was 3.71/100 000. The reported cases decreased by 20.55% and 45.52% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2015. In reporting incidence, Shijiazhuang (9.58/100 000), Handan (4.31/100 000), Chengde (3.78/100 000), Tangshan (3.30/100 000) and Baoding (3.11/100 000) ranked 1^st-5^th at municipal (prefecture) level. The cases were mainly distributed in children outside child care settings (34.70%) and farmers (50.88%) and in age groups 0-1 year (26.52%) and 25-69 years (48.21%). The male to female ratio of the cases was 1.44:1.

Guangxi zhuang autonomous region: In November 2016, a total of 5688 cases were reported without death. The reported cases decreased by 30.53% and increased by 38.56% respectively compared with last month and the same period in 2015. In reporting case number, Babu of Hezhou, Pingnan, Liujiang, Guiping and Liunan of Liuzhou ranked 1^st-5^th at county (district) level. The cases were mainly distributed in 0-1 year old children (2685 cases, 47.20%). The case number in children outside child care settings was highest (3324, 58.44%), followed by that in farmers (1108, 19.48%).
