2017年2月(2017年2月1日0时至2月28日24时)，全国共报告法定传染病485 649例，死亡1 409例。其中，甲类传染病鼠疫、霍乱无发病、死亡报告。乙类传染病中传染性非典型肺炎、白喉、脊髓灰质炎和人感染高致病性禽流感无发病、死亡报告，其余22种传染病共报告发病278 526例，死亡1 397例。报告发病数居前5位的病种依次为病毒性肝炎、肺结核、梅毒、淋病以及细菌性和阿米巴性痢疾，占乙类传染病报告病例总数的96%。

同期，丙类传染病中丝虫病无发病、死亡报告，其余10种传染病共报告发病207 123例，死亡12例。报告发病数居前3位的病种依次为其他感染性腹泻病、手足口病和流行性感冒，占丙类传染病报告病例总数的94％。

In February 2017 (from 0 a.m. 1 February to 24 p.m. 28 February), a total of 485 649 cases of notifiable communicable diseases were reported in China, including 1 409 deaths. No cases and deaths of plague and cholera in class A were reported. No cases and deaths of severe acute respiratory syndrome, diphtheria, poliomyelitis and human infection with highly pathogenic avian influenza virus in class B were reported. For remaining 22 communicable diseases in class B, 278 526 cases were reported, including 1 397 deaths. The first 5 diseases in term of case number were viral hepatitis, pulmonary tuberculosis, syphilis, gonorrhea and bacterial or amoebic dysentery, accounting for 96% of the total cases in class B.

No cases and deaths of filariasis in class C were reported, and for remaining 10 communicable diseases in class C, 207 123 cases were reported, including 12 deaths. The first 3 diseases in term of case number were other infectious diarrheal diseases, hand foot and mouth disease and influenza, accounting for 94% of the total cases in class C.
