2018年3月(2018年3月1日0时至3月31日24时),全国共报告法定传染病566 716例,死亡1 720例。其中,甲类传染病无发病、死亡报告。乙类传染病中传染性非典型肺炎、白喉、脊髓灰质炎、人感染H7N9禽流感和人感染高致病性禽流感无发病、死亡报告,其余21种传染病共报告发病344 124例,死亡1 705例。报告发病数居前5位的病种依次为病毒性肝炎、肺结核、梅毒、淋病以及细菌性和阿米巴性痢疾,占乙类传染病报告病例总数的95%。

同期,丙类传染病中丝虫病无发病、死亡报告,其余10种传染病共报告发病222 592例,死亡15例。报告发病数居前3位的病种依次为其他感染性腹泻病、流行性感冒和手足口病,占丙类传染病报告病例总数的92%。

In March 2018 (from 00:00, 1 March to 24:00, 31 March), a total of 566 716 cases of notifiable communicable diseases were reported in China, including 1 720 deaths. No cases and deaths of the diseases in class A were reported. No cases and deaths of severe acute respiratory syndrome, diphtheria, poliomyelitis and human infections with avian influenza A (H7N9) virus and highly pathogenic avian influenza virus in class B were reported. For the remaining 21 communicable diseases in class B, 344 124 cases were reported, including 1 705 deaths. The first 5 diseases in term of reported case number were viral hepatitis, pulmonary tuberculosis, syphilis, gonorrhea and bacterial or amoebic dysentery, accounting for 95% of the total reported cases in class B.

No case and death of filariasis in class C were reported, and for the remaining 10 communicable diseases in class C, 222 592 cases were reported, including 15 deaths. The first 3 diseases in term of reported case number were other infectious diarrheal diseases, influenza and hand foot and mouth disease, accounting for 92% of the total reported cases in class C.
