2018年5月（2018年5月1日0时至5月31日24时），全国共报告法定传染病874 008例，死亡1 696例。其中，甲类传染病无发病、死亡报告。乙类传染病中传染性非典型肺炎、白喉、脊髓灰质炎、人感染H7N9禽流感和人感染高致病性禽流感无发病、死亡报告，其余21种传染病共报告发病336 439例，死亡1 691例。报告发病数居前5位的病种依次为病毒性肝炎、肺结核、梅毒、淋病以及猩红热，占乙类传染病报告病例总数的92%。

同期，丙类传染病中丝虫病无发病、死亡报告，其余10种传染病共报告发病537 569例，死亡5例。报告发病数居前3位的病种依次为手足口病、其他感染性腹泻病和流行性腮腺炎，占丙类传染病报告病例总数的95%。

Summary of National Data of Class A，B and C Communicable Diseases in China，May 2018

In May 2018（from 0: 00, 1 May to 24: 00, 31 May）, a total of 874 008 cases of notifiable communicable diseases were reported in China, including 1 696 deaths. No cases and deaths of the diseases in class A were reported. No cases and deaths of severe acute respiratory syndrome, diphtheria, poliomyelitis and human infections with avian influenza A（H7N9）virus and highly pathogenic avian influenza virus in class B were reported. For the remaining 21 communicable diseases in class B, 336 439 cases were reported, including 1 691 deaths. The first 5 diseases in terms of reported case number were viral hepatitis, pulmonary tuberculosis, syphilis, gonorrhea and scarlet fever, accounting for 92% of the total reported cases in class B.

No case and death of filariasis in class C were reported, and for the remaining 10 communicable diseases in class C, 537 569 cases were reported, including 5 deaths. The first 3 diseases in terms of reported case number were hand foot and mouth disease, other infectious diarrheal diseases and mump, accounting for 95% of the total reported cases in class C.
