分离自肿瘤患者穿通支原体体外药物敏感性试验

<I>In vitro</I> drug susceptibility test of <I>Mycoplasma penetrans</I> isolated from cancer patients

  • 摘要: 目的研究分离自肿瘤患者穿通支原体体外药物敏感性。方法选择左旋氧氟沙星等7种抗菌药物对15株分离自肿瘤患者的穿通支原体进行最低抑菌浓度(MICs)和最低杀菌浓度(MBCs)测定。 结果其中MICs以克林霉素和左旋氧氟沙星最低(0.078 g/ml),其他依次为:环丙沙星(0.156 g/ml)、红霉素(0.156 g/ml)、氯霉素(0.312 g/ml)、氧氟沙星(8 g/ml)、庆大霉素(10 g/ml)。MBCs最低的是克林霉素和左旋氧氟沙星(0.156 g/ml)。结论克林霉素、左旋氧氟沙星可作为穿通支原体感染治疗的首选药物。

     

    Abstract: ObjectiveTo study the Iin vitro/I drug susceptibility of IMycoplasma penetrans (M. penetrans)/I isolated from cancer patients. MethodsThe minimal inhibitory concentrations (MICs) and minimal bactericidal concentrations (MBCs) of 7 antibiotics including levofloxacin to 15 strains of M. penetrans were performed. ResultsThe MICs of clindamycin and levofloxacin were the lowest (0.078 g/ml), followed by ciprofloxacin(0.156 g/ml), erythromycin (0.156 g/ml), chloramphenicol (0.312 g/ml), ofloxacin (8 g/ml) and gentamicin (10 g/ml). The MBCs of clindamycin and levofloxacin were the lowest (0.156 g/ml).ConclusionClindamycin and levofloxacin might be the first choice of antibiotics for the treatment of IM. penetrans/I infection.
