应用单克隆抗体和免疫斑点试验对B群脑膜炎奈瑟氏菌脂寡糖分型*

Serotyping of Lipooligosaccharides of Neisseria Meningitidis Group B with Monoclonal Antibodies and Dot- blotting

  • 摘要: 本研究使用4种抗B群脑膜炎奈瑟氏菌(Nm)脂寡糖的单克隆抗体(McAb)和免疫斑点试验(dot-blotting)首次对我国不同年代和地区收集的91株B群Nm进行了脂寡糖(Lipooli-go-saccharide,LOS)分型,总分型率为90.11%,其中L3.7.9复合型最多,占63.74%,其次为L1.3.7.9复合型,占12.09%。该结果为确定我国引起流脑发病的B群Nm主要LOS型提供了依据,为筛选本国的B群Nm菌苗菌株及其作为菌苗成分的LOS抗原奠定了基础。

     

    Abstract: The serotyping tests of lipooligosaccharides of Neisseria Meningitidis(Nm)group B with 4 monoclonal antibodies and dot-blotting were carried out with the 9 1 strains collected in different decades and areas. Total rate of serotyping is 90. 1 1% . The 63. 74 % of which was L3. 7. 9 com- pound and 12. 09% wasL1. 3. 7. 9 compound,as the first and the second principal strains. The result provides basis for identifying main LOS causing epidemic encephalitis Nm group B,and lays a foundation for screening test of Nm group B strain and of their LOS antigen.
