我国三个地区性滥者1～14血清型解脲支原体感染状况调查*

A Survey of 1-14 Serotype Infection of Ureaplasma Urealyticum of 275 Prostitutes in China' s Three Districts

  • 摘要: 本文报告了对２７５名女性滥者生殖道解脲支原体（Ｕｕ）感染状况的调查，并应用代谢抑制试验对分离出的１７５株Ｕｕ进行了血清分型研究。结果表明：１．Ｕｕ１～１４血清型的感染在我国均存在：２．不同地区Ｕｕ的优势血清型别差异较大；３．我国尚存在用Ｕｕ１～１４型标准抗血清不能鉴定的未定型Ｕｕ，未定型的Ｕｕ株主要发生在现患淋病、梅毒、尖锐湿疣的性滥者中，其流行病学意义值得进一步研究。

     

    Abstract: The 275 prostitutes from three districts in China were examined of the infection ofUreaplasm urealyticum(Uu),and 175 positive strains were serologically typed by Metabolic InhibitionTest(MT).The results have shown that:1)All the Uu serotype of 1-14 were confirmed in China.2).Each district existed its dominated serotypes.3). There were also some unclassified Uu serotypes inthis survey,especially among those who suffering from gonorrhea,syphilis and condyloma acuminatumand it is signficant to make further study on its epidemiology.
