疾病监测中捕获─再捕获方法的应用

Application of Capture-Mark-Recapture Method in Diseases Surveillance

  • 摘要: 在疾病监测中病例漏报是不可避免的,由于漏报经常导致所获得的率不准确,所以为了减少病例漏报,世界卫生组织在Ⅰ型糖尿病的监测中推广了一种捕获─再捕获方法对病例漏报进行校正。本文介绍了这一用于疾病监测中质量控制的方法。该方法通过对两个来源的病例捕获和再捕获,可以校正率的差异,并通过计算预计值,可以得到标化率,从而消除了漏报的影响。并进而可以进行地区和国家之间的比较。

     

    Abstract: Underreport of cases in disease surveillance was inevitable and often lead to obtain inc- curacy data. In order to decrease underreport cases , capture-mark-recapture method was used in WHO multinational project for Ⅰtype diabetes surveillance. Review the quality control techniques in disease surveillance was introduced in this paper. By collecting 2 sources cases (capture - mark - recapture) .we can employ the approches to evaluate or correct the difference of rates and the degree of under- ascertainment,and calculate the corrected estimate,to achieve a standardized rate,and make it possible to compare these rates anmony nations and regions.
