中国新疆地区发现脊髓灰质炎Ⅲ型野毒

A Wild Poliovirus Type Ⅲ was Discovered in XinJiang, China

  • 摘要: 最近从新硅地区送检的脊髓灰质炎(简称脊灰)毒株中,94-12株经血清学定型为Ⅲ型病毒,经PCR-RFLP法与SabinⅠ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ株比较明显存在差异,经Pan-PolioPCR和血清型PCR法进一步核实毒株中只含Ⅲ型脊灰病毒,再经Sabin(疫苗株探针检测与该毒株杂交呈阴性反应,同批试验中该探针与SabmⅢ型疫苗株呈强阳性反应。因此定为新疆94-12为Ⅲ型脊灰野病毒。这是国家脊髓灰质炎实验室网络建立以来,从各省送检的1985-1995年毒株中,第一次发现Ⅲ型野毒株,尤其发生在我国Ⅰ型野毒流行得到明显控制的今天,值得重视。该野毒的来源有待进一步作序列分析后,与邻国的Ⅲ型野毒株的基因序列分析比较后,才能得出结论。

     

    Abstract: In May 1993,A two years old boy suffered with acuate paralysis in Xinjinang,China.From his stool a poliovirus type Ⅲ srain was isolated.Using PCR-RFLP test the strain was different from Sabin type Ⅲ,and could not react with Sabin Ⅲ probe.But according to serum nutralization test and Sero-type-PCR,it was really a polio type Ⅲ virus.So it was a wild Wild poliovirus type Ⅲ srain was isolated.Using PCR-RFLP test the strain was different from Sabin type Ⅲ,and could not react with Sabin Ⅲ probe.But according to serum nutralization test and Sero-type-PCR,it was really a polio type Ⅲ virus.So it was a wild Wild poliovirus type Ⅲ srain was isolated.Using PCR-RFLP test the strain was different from Sabin type Ⅲ,and could not react with Sabin Ⅲ probe.But according to serum nutralization test and Sero-type-PCR,it was really a polio type Ⅲ virus.So it was a wild poliovirus type Ⅲ strain.Since 1985 to 1995,more than 600 poliovirus isolates was analysised in China,most of the wild viruses strains were type I. This was the first time to discover wild ploiovirus type Ⅲ.Aplan for controlling the wild poliovirus type Ⅲ transmission has been suggested and discussed.
