北京地区282例疑似军团病例血清学检查结果的初步分析

Preliminary Analysis of the Results of SerologicalExamination from 282 Cases with Suspected Legionnaires' Diseasein Beijing Area in January 1994─August 1995

摘要: 对北京地区各大医院送检的血清标本进行了实验室检查并对结果做了初步分析。发现在送检的282份血清标本中，军团菌抗体阳性率为20%。军团菌感染率按年龄、性别组别和季节无显著的差别。在58例阳性病例中．嗜肺军团菌12型(Lp12)为36%，Lp6型为31%，Lp1型为20%。其余血清型合计为13%。

Abstract: A serological study of 282 serum samples collected from suspected patients with Legionnares' Disease was carried out in Beijing area during the period from Jan. 1994 to Aug. 1 995. It was shown that the positive rate of antibodies against all 1 4 serogroups of Legionella pneumophila was about 20% in 282 serological samples. However ,there was no significant differ- ence of positive rates among age groups ,sex groups as well as 4 seasons. In 58 positive cases ,Lp 12 was 36% ,Lp6 31% and Lp1 20% ,the rest was 13% respectively.
