3250名南京部队离休干部常见病调查分析

An Investigational Analysis on Common Geriatric Diseases in Retired Cadres of Nanjing Military Region

摘要: 本文采用随机整群抽样调查方法对南京部队３２５０名６０岁及以上的军队离休干部的现患疾病情况进行调查。结果表明，军队离休干部现患疾病系统分布以循环系统疾病最多，占３３．６％，其后依次为消化系统疾病（２１．０％），呼吸系统疾病（１２．６％）等。冠心病居军队离休干部前十位疾病之首（４９．２％），高血压病（３５．６％）和慢性支气管炎与慢性阻塞性肺气肿（２８．４％）分别居第二位和第三位。因此，军队离休干部的医疗保健工作应把循环系统、消化系统和呼吸系统的非传染性慢性疾病作为预防和治疗的重点。

Abstract: retired cardres over 60 age were investigated by random cluster sampling. The results showed that the major geriatric diseases in elder retired cadres were the circulatory,digestive and respiratory systems diseases. The persentage were 33.6,21.0 and 12.6 respeetively. The coronary arteria heart diseases(49.2%) occupied the first place in the leading ten diseases. Hypertension occupied the 2nd place (35.6%) and the chronic bronchitis and chronic obstructive pnemonectasis were in the third place. The authors suggested that the related medical authority should give the priority to the above noninfevtyve chronic dis-eases.
