我国某地首株O139霍乱弧菌某些特征的研究

Study on the Characteristics of the First Strain of V.Cholera O139 Isolated from a City in Southern Part of China

  • 摘要: 我国某地１９９６年６月从一名腹泻病人粪便中分离出首例Ｏ１３９霍乱弧菌，并将该菌与国内外菌株形态，生化和遗传学特性进行了比较研究，结果表明此菌株与国内外Ｏ１３９流行菌株具有相似的表型特性（Ｐｈｅｎｏｔｙｐｅ），形态，生化特性与Ｏ１群相似，但对弧菌抑制剂（Ｏ／１２９）不敏感，不被Ｏ１多价血清凝集；用已知的几种霍乱弧菌毒素基因探针与被测Ｏ１３９菌株ＤＮＡ杂交，结果显示都具有ｃｔｘ，ｚｏｔ，ａｃｅ基因；ＰＣＲ检测ｃｔｘＡ基因与Ｏ１群霍乱流行株具有相同的扩增产物；ＳＤＳ－ＰＡＧＥ分析外膜蛋白所有Ｏ１３９菌株图谱相似；用１６ＳｒＲＮＡ基因探针与ＢｇｌⅠ酶切的染色体ＤＮＡ杂交，结果表明此菌株与中国及国外菌株分属于不同的核糖体基因型（Ｒｉｂｏｔｙｐｅ，ＲＴ），而且与当年的Ｏ１群流行菌株具有相似的ＲＴ型，推测该菌株可能是Ｏ１群的突变株，对新毒株Ｏ１３９的出现应引起我们高度重视。

     

    Abstract: The characteristics of the strain of V.cholera O139 firstly isolated from a southern city in China was studied in June 1996.The results indicated that there was no significant difference in phenotype,genes of ctx,zot,ace,ctxa and outer membrance protein between the strain isolated from this city and the reference strains except the susceptibility to O/129 agent.There was difference in ribotypes between strains isolated from this city and abroad by using DNA hybridization but was similar to V.cholera O1 isolated from the same city in the epidemic period.
