广东省非O1群霍乱弧菌对O/129磷酸盐出现抗性的研究

Strain of Resistance to O/129 Phosphate in Vibrio Cholerae non O1 strain Isolated from Patient and Environmental Samples in Guangdong Province

摘要: 广东省１９８６～１９９４年从腹泻病人粪便和外环境标本检出的非Ｏ１群霍乱弧菌１１９株中，有１０．０８％和５．８８％分别对１０μｇ和１５０μｇ的Ｏ／１２９磷酸盐出现抗性，出现抗性最早的一株是１９８６年从海产品中检出的。对１０μｇ和１５０μｇ的Ｏ／１２９出现轻度敏感者分别占４．２０％和３．３６％，抗Ｏ／１２９的非Ｏ１群霍乱弧菌可能会增加。在抗１０μｇ和１５０μｇＯ／１２９的７株非Ｏ１群霍乱弧菌中，有５株同时抗磺胺甲基异恶唑（ＳＭＸ），但仍有２株对ＳＭＸ敏感。在分离鉴定时应加以注意，并需继续观察。

Abstract: Vibrio Cholerae non O1 strains isolated from patients and environmental samples in Guangdong province during 1986-1994,10.08% and 5.88% were resistant to 10 and 150ug of 2,4 diamino 6,7 dilsopropylpteridine(O/129),respectively,4.20% and 3.36% were mildly sensistive to 10 and 150ug O/129,respectively.The early O/129 resistant strain was isolated from seafood in 1986.Of the 7 resistant to 10 and 150ug O/129 Vibrio cholerae non O1 strains,5 strains were resistant to SMX simultaneously.However,two strains were sensitive to SMX.The results indicated that the laboratory professionals must pay much heed to O/129 sensitivisty test in isolation or identification of Vibrio cholerae.
