西华县1985~1995年志贺氏菌菌型分布变化及耐药性监测的研究

A Surveillance Study on Distribution of Types & Antibiotic Resistance of Shigellae in Xihua County 1985-1995

  • 摘要: 为了解河南农村菌痢菌型分布及变迁情况,改进防治措施,对1985~1995年间从西华县腹泻病人粪便中分离的354株志贺氏菌按常规进行了生化及血清学分型,并用K-B法做了耐药性测定,结果表明:354株菌分属于4群17个血清型,B群为主要流行菌群,占68.34%,D群仅占5.93%,B∶D值为11.52,明显高于全国水平,在B群的亚群中F4为主要流行菌型,耐药性测定表明,耐药率较高的药物依次为头孢噻吩;头孢唑啉;红霉素;氨苄青霉素,其耐药呈缓慢上升趋势,大部分菌株对复方新诺明、新霉素、氯霉素敏感,90%的菌株仍对多粘菌素、诺氟沙星及庆大霉素高度敏感。

     

    Abstract: strains of Shigella isolated from feces of diarrheal patients in Xihua County 1985-1995 were identified by biochemical and serological methods.And the antibiotic resistance was detected by using K B method as well. The results indicated that all the 354 strains were identified as 17 serotypes of 4 groups of Shigella.The main epidemic group was group B (68.34%),only 5.93% of the strains were ideutified as group D.The value of average ratio of B∶D was 11.52,it was significantly higher than the national mean level.The main epidemic type of Group B was F4.The result of antibiotic resistance test indicated that resistance rates in proper order were as follows:cephalothin,cephazolin,erythromycin.and amicilin.The antibiotic resistance of the stains were increased gradually.Most of strains were sensitive to cosmz,neomycin and chloramp0honicol.90% of the strains were highly sensitive to polymycin B. ofloxacin and gentamicin.
