河北省1995年循环系统疾病主要死因分析

An Analysis on Major Causes of Death of the Circulatory System Diseases in Hebei Province,1995

  • 摘要: 为了探讨循环系统疾病对我省居民生命危害的现况,本文对河北省城乡疾病监测点1995年报告的死亡个案进行了分析。结果表明,本年总死亡率为500.30/10万,而循环系统疾病死亡率为253.96/10万,占总死亡率的50.76%。其中男性为274.49/10万,女性为232.49/10万。脑血管病死亡率为110.52/10万,占循环系统疾病死亡率的43.52%,男女分别为123.98/10万和96.57/10万,均居死亡疾病的首位。缺血性心脏病死亡率为46.28/10万,占循环系统疾病总死亡率的15.86%,居循环系统死亡疾病的第二位,男女分别为46.31/10万和34.02/10万,城乡男性死亡率和城乡女性死亡率均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。死亡病例年龄中位数:脑血管病为72.07岁,缺血性心脏病为68.28岁,二者有显著性差异(P<0.05)。建议对心脑血管病应采取有效措施,及时进行积极防治。

     

    Abstract: The results showed that the total mortality rate was 500.30/100,000 and the mortality rate of the circulatory system diseases was 253.96/100,000,which was 50.76% of the total mortality rate (Male:274.49/100,000;Female:232.49/100,000).The mortality rate of the cerebrovascular diseases was 110.52/100,000,which was 43.5% in the mortality rate of circulatory system diseases.It was the number one cause in the total causes of death.But there was no difference between the urban and rural areas.The mortality rate of the ischemic heart diseases was 46.28/100,000,which was 15.86% in the circulatory system disease and lied the second place in the circulatory system disease (Male:46.31/100,000;Female:34.02/100,000).There was a significant difference of the ischemic heart diseases between urhan and rural areas,(P<0.01).The median ages of the dead cases of the cerebrovascular diseases and ischemic heart diseases were 72.07 and 68.28 respectively.The authors suggested that it was necessary to take effective measures for controlling the circulatory system diseases in time and actively.
