纯化布氏菌素人体安全性研究

A Safety Study on Purified Brucellin in Human

  • 摘要: 应用纯化布氏菌素（Ｐ．Ｂ）对布病病人、菌苗接种者和健康人做皮肤变态反应，并以法国参考标准品和我国目前应用的菌素做对照，对纯化布氏菌素进行了安全性观察和标化。结果表明，Ｐ.Ｂ对人体安全，敏感性好，特异性高；最适用量为０．３μｇ／０．１ｍｌ／人；最佳观察时间为注射后４８ｈ；阳性反应判定标准为局部红肿浸润反应均径≥１０ｍｍ。

     

    Abstract: An observation on the safety of purified Brucellin(PB) in brucellosis patients,vaccinated population and healthy people was carried out.The French Brucellin and current brucellin were used as control.The results showed that the PB was safe to human.and had high sensitivity and specificity.The appropriate dosage was 0.3μg/0.1ml per person;the most proper observation time was 48 hrs post injection.If the diametor of the local reaction was ≥10mm,the reaction was judged as Positive.
