江苏省1995-2000年伤寒噬菌体分型与耐药性监测

Surveillance on Drug Resistance and Phagetyping of Salmonella Typhia in Jiangsu Province ,1 995 - 2000

  • 摘要: 为掌握伤寒流行规律、为防治提供依据 ,江苏省设立监测点开展对伤寒Vi-Ⅱ型噬菌体分型和耐药监测。结果显示 :44.8株菌分型率 83.71% ,共分出 22个噬菌体型 ,主要流行有D型 ,占 38.67% ,该型中D1、D2型 ,分别占57.79%、40.00 % ,E型占 15.20% ,其中E1型占 77.19%。M1型占 14.93 % ,J1型占 11.20 %。E4型、K3型和 32型分别在国内和省内首次报道。 181株菌对 12种药物耐药率 ,磺胺甲基异唑 95.0 3%、复方新诺明88.95%、红霉素 85.0 8% ,其中12株M1型菌对卡那霉素、氯霉素、庆大霉素耐药株明显减少 ,卡那霉素耐药率8.33 %、氯霉素和庆大霉素耐药率 16.66 %。监测分析认为 :疫情强度与优势流行株以及优势株耐药情况有关。伤寒沙门氏菌对多粘菌素B、丁胺卡那、庆大霉素、氯霉素、诺氟沙星药物敏感 ,其结果可供临床治疗、现场防治用药参考.

     

    Abstract: InordertorecognizetheepidemiologicalcharacteristicsofSalmonellatyphiafeverandmakestrategy forprevention ,severalsurveillanceareasforphagetypingofstrainsanddrugresistanceweresetupinJiangsuprovince . Theresultssuggestedthattherewere 2 2phagetypesinallofthestrainsisolatedand 83.71 %of 448strainsof Salmonellatyphicouldbeentyped ,thepredominanttypewasDtype,whichwasrated 38.67% ,andofwhichD1 and D2 phagetypewere 57.79%and 40.00 % ,respectively TheratioofothertypessuchasE ,M1 ,J1 were 15.20% (of E1 77.17%),14.93%,11.20% respectively. E4,K3,and phagetype 32 were detected in the current study,and E4 was first reported in China,K3 and phagetype 32 were first reported in Jiangsu. The resistance rates agains sulfa-methoxazole, sulfamethoxazole timethoprin (SXT),erythromycin,kanamycin,chloromycetin,gentamycin were 95.03%,88.95%,85.8%,8.33%,16.66% respectively,in 181 strins,the resistance of strains M1,type which against kanamycin,chloromycetin, gentamycin have decreased clearly,all the strains were sensitive to polymyxin B、amikacin、gentamycin、chloromycetin、norfloxacin.It was useful for treatment and prevention. It was in-dicated that the epidemic was related with the main type strain and the situation of drug resistance.
