奎屯农七师幼儿及小学生乙肝病毒标志的阳性率调查分析

An Investigation on HBV positive rate of children and primary school pupils

  • 摘要: 农七师实施儿童乙肝疫苗接种工作 12年了 ,为了解幼儿及小学生抗 -HBs及HBsAg水平 ,于 1998年 3- 7月对农七师十个农牧团场幼儿园及小学的 18876名儿童进行了普查 ,结果表明 ,幼儿及小学生抗 -HBs阳性率平均为 40.09% ,HBsAg阳性率降至 3.2 % ,低于全国普查的平均水平 ,此结果表明 ,农七师实施乙肝疫苗免疫效果显著 ,但在提高儿童抗 -HBs水平工作方面还有待加强.

     

    Abstract: Seventh Agricultural corps has vaccinated children with HBV vaccine for the children and primary school pupils, from March to July in 1998. 18876 subjects from ten farm kindergardens and primary schools in Seventh Agricultural Corps were surveyed. The results showed the average of HBS antibody positive rate of children and pupils is 40.09%, HBs antigen positive rate has reduced to 3.2% which was lower than average level of papulation in the whole nation. The results indicated that vaccination of 7th Agricultural Corps has achieved a good result.
