甲型肝炎暴发危险因素的病例对照研究

摘要: 本研究采用 1∶2配比的病例对照研究方法 ,探讨一起甲型肝炎暴发疫情的危险因素。共调查 5 6例急性甲型肝炎患者和 112例对照 ,计算比值比 (OR)及OR的 95 %可信限。结果表明 ,夹板虾是此起甲肝暴发疫情的食源性因素。生食夹板虾者患甲肝的危险性是不食者的 19 82倍 ,且呈剂量反应关系。本研究结果提示 ,有关部门应加强近海海产品的卫生管理 ,开展夹板虾中甲肝病毒的监测Abstract: A 1∶2 case-control study was carried out to asses the risk factors of a hepatitis A outbreak. 56 cases of acute hepatitis A and 112 controls were studied. Odds ratios and their 95% confidence limits were computed. The results showed that Jiaban shrimp was the dietary factor of hepatitis A outbreak. The relative risk of eating raw Jiaban shrimps were 19.82 times than that of no eating, and there was a relationship of dosage-reaction in the outbreak. It was concluded that the departments concerned should enhance the sanitary administrating and hepatitis A virus surveil-lance in seafood products.
