应用免疫磁珠富集法河北省首次从食品中检出O157∶H7大肠杆菌

EHEC O157∶H7 Was Firstly Detected in Food in Hebei Province Using the Technique Immunomagnetic Concentration Method

  • 摘要: 继我市用常规法在牛粪及腹泻病人粪便中检出O15 7∶H7出血性大肠杆菌后 ,今年我们又应用免疫磁珠富集技术 ,在河北省首次从食品中检出肠出血性大肠杆菌O15 7∶H7。从 353份样品中分离出 2株O15 7∶H7大肠杆菌 ,检出率为 0.57% ,提示我市甚至我省存在着O15 7∶H7出血性大肠杆菌腹泻流行或暴发流行的危险

     

    Abstract: EHEC O157∶h7 strains was firstly isolated from 353 samples of food by using the immunomagnetic concentration method in Hebei province 2000. The positive rate was 0.57%. It was showed that there was a signal of EHEC O157∶H7 epidemic in Hebei province.
