用免疫胶体金快速诊断卡初筛粪便中的O157∶H7大肠杆菌

Screening Fecal Samples for Escherichia Coli O157∶H7 by Rapid Immuno-gold-detection Card

  • 摘要: 我们用O15 7∶H7大肠杆菌免疫胶体金快速诊断卡 ,对腹泻患者粪便标本中的E .coliO15 7∶H7进行初筛 ,然后再用免疫磁珠捕获集菌及病原菌的分离和鉴定。结果发现 ,该诊断卡可检测到每卡 70个菌细胞。诊断卡强阳性的粪便标本 ,91 18%可以分离到O15 7∶H7大肠杆菌 (31/34 ) ;诊断卡弱阳性的粪便标本 ,5 47% (7/12 8)可以分离到O15 7∶H7大肠杆菌 ;诊断卡阴性的粪便标本 ,没有分离到病原菌。O15 7∶H7大肠杆菌免疫胶体金快速诊断卡是一种快速、灵敏、简便的技术 ,可用于对疑似病例的早期诊断和对粪便标本进行初筛 ,减少了工作量 ,值得推广。

     

    Abstract: First we screen the Escherichia coli O157∶H7 from the fecal samples of the diarrhea patients with rapid immuno-gold-detection card. Then, we concentratetae bacterium with immuno-magnetic-bead for isolation and characterization. We find that the rapid immuno-gold-detection card can detect 70 bacterium cells per card. Escherichia coli O157∶H7 (31/34) can be isolated from 91.18% of the strong-positive fecal samples, and Escherichia coli O157∶H7 (7/128) can be isolated from 5.47% of the weak-positive fecal samples. Yet,no pathogen-ic bacteria have been isolated from those negative fecal samples. Therefore,the E.coli O157:H7 rapid immuno - gold - detection card is an advanced technique with rapidity,sensitivity and convenience. It can be applied to the eatlier aiagnose of the suspected cases and the pre - screen of fecal samples. It reduces the work hours and deserves to be popularized.
