支原体与早产、新生儿肺炎关系研究

Study on The Relations between Premature、 Pneumonic Neonate and Mycoplasma Infection

  • 摘要: 目的:了解解脲脲原体(Uu)、肺炎支原体(Wpn)、人型支原体(Mh)、生殖支原体(Mg)、发酵支原体(Mf)5种支原体感染与早产、新生儿肺炎的关系。方法:收集151例正常新生儿(剖宫产98例)、105例早产儿(剖宫产50例)和71例新生儿肺炎者(剖宫产48例)出生24小时内的咽拭子标本,应用套式聚合酶链式反应(nestedPolymerase Chain Reaction, nPCR)技术检测5种支原体的特异性核酸。结果:正常新生儿检出Un、Mpn和Mh3种支原体,阳性率分别为8.6%、3.3%和2.0%;早产儿检出Uu、Mpn、Mh和Mg4种支原体,阳性率分别为44.8%、21.9%、10.5%和4.8%,均明显高于正常新生儿(P均3);新生儿肺炎者检出Uu、Mpn、Mh和Mg4种支原体,其中Uu、Mpn分别为42.3%、25.4%明显高于正常新生儿(P均3)。剖宫产出的早产儿和新生儿肺炎者支原体检出率分别为74.0%和56.3%,明显高于正常新生儿的10.2%(P均3)。结论:Uu、Mpn、Mh和Mg等围产期感染可致早产和新生儿肺炎。

     

    Abstract: To explore the relations between the premature 、 pneumonic neonate and the infections of Ureaplas-ma urealyticum (Uu)、 Mycoplasma pneumoniae ( Mpn)、 M. hominis ( Mh)、M. genitalium ( Mg) and M. fermentans (Mf) . The specimens of the throat swab were obtained in 151 health neonate 、 105 premature and 71 pneumonic neo-nate. These specimens were detected by nested polymerase chain reaction. The results showed that the positive rates of Uu、Mpn and Mh in health neonate were 8.6% 、3.3% and 2.0% ; those of Uu、Mpn、Mh and Mg in premature were 44.8%、21.9%、10.% and 4.8% (P all 3.0);those of Uu and Mpn in pneumonic neonate were 42.3% and 25.4% (P all3.0).These results indicated that mycoplasma infection might be the important cause of the premature、pneumonic neonate.
