Analysis on Surveillance Results of HIV Infection in National Sentinal in Gansu Province in 2002

  • 摘要: 目的　为了解甘肃省吸毒人群HIV感染状况及危险因素和行为特征 ,为预防控制工作提供依据。方法　对榆中、临夏两个国家级哨点在规定时间内的吸毒人群进行行为学调查 ,并采样进行生物学检测。结果　共发现哨点内HIV感染者 6例 ,检出率为 .74 % (6 / 81 0 )。 6例HIV感染者均为榆中戒毒所发现 ,临夏戒毒所未发现HIV感染者 ;静脉注射率为 7.04 % (5 7/ 810 ) ;丙肝阳性率为 25.20 % (63/ 250 ) ,梅毒阳性率为 5.68%(46/810)。结论　吸毒人群中不仅存在因静脉吸毒经血传播HIV的危险 ,还存在因性病及其他血源传染病播散HIV的危险因素 ,我们的预防、干预工作决不可掉以轻心。

     

    Abstract: Objective To explore the HIV infection situation, the risk factors and the behavior characters in drug users of Gansu province in 2002.Method The behaviors of drug users in two national sentinel spots of Yuzhou and Linxia were investigated, and the samples were taken to make biological test. Results There were 6 cases of HIV infection in national sentinel spots, and the rate of HIV infection was 0.76% (6/810). The 6 cases were all found in Yuzhou city. The rate of IDU was 7.04%(57/810), the positive rate of HCV was 25.20%(63/250),syphilis 5.68%(46/810).Conclusion Not only IDU was dangerous for HIV infection,but also other risk factors,such as STD and blood communicable diseases.We should pay attention to HIV prevention and control work.
