昆明市区儿童流感病毒调查分析

Investigation of Influenza Virus of Children in Kunming Urban district

  • 摘要: 目的 为了解昆明市区儿童流感病毒的流行情况。方法 对儿童采取咽拭子分泌物进行病毒分离接种。结果 从509份标本中分离出流感病毒28株,阳性率为5.5％,其中25株为甲1(H1N1)型,乙型3株。结论 2001年1-12月昆明市区流感病毒流行以H1N1型为主。

     

    Abstract: In Order to learn the epidemic status of influenza virus of Children in Kunming Urban district. Children' s throat swab secretion was conducted to isolate and culture the influenza virus. Influenza viurs was isolated from 509 specimen and the positive rate was 5.5% , in which 25 strains Type A(H1N1) and 3 strains type B. Type A ( H1N1) was the main prevalent inflenza virus in Kunming city 2001.
