大肠杆菌O157菌株的噬菌体分型研究

Phage Typing of E. coli O157 Strains Isolated in China

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨O157菌株噬菌体分型在细菌分型诊断中的应用。方法 应用6株大肠杆菌分型噬菌体对30株O157菌株进行噬菌体裂解实验,通过其裂解模式进行噬菌体分型。结果 菌株进行亚分型时噬菌体分型能较好地体现出菌株的地域特征,同一fliC型别的菌株,可以具有不同的噬菌体裂解模式,不同fliC型别的菌株,可以具有相同的噬菌体裂解模式。结论 fliC型别与噬菌体分型可以互相补充。为流行病学调查和疫情控制提供有力的病原学证据。

     

    Abstract: Objective To study the possibility of using phage typing to distinguish isolates of E. coli O157. Method 30 E. coli O157 strains with known flic types were studied for susceptibility for a group of 6 typing phages. Result 14 phage types among 30 E. coli strains were identified, which showed good correlations with the region the strains isolated. Strains with same flic types could have various phage types, and the strains with various flic types could belong to same phage type. Conclusion The phage typing scheme used in this study could be used as complement method for epidemiological investigation of infections caused by E.coli O157.
