  • 摘要: 目的 对深圳东门市场野生动物标本中SARS病毒进行监测 ,了解动物携带SARS病毒的情况。方法 对 2 0 0 3年 5月 7日至 12月在东门市场采集的果子狸、貉、鼬獾、猪獾和狗獾等 5种动物标本 ,进行病毒分离鉴定及RT -PCR和SARS荧光定量PCR检测。结果  5月首先从 4份果子狸和 1份貉标本中分离到SARS病毒。 5月至 12月的 12 1份动物标本中共有 5 5份SARS病毒阳性标本 ,阳性率为 45.45 %。 5月份、10月份、11月份和 12月份野生动物标本中SARS阳性率分别为 50%、83.33%、34.78%和 44.87% ,其中 ,果子狸的SARS病毒携带率为 90 %。结论 东门市场售卖的果子狸可能是携带SARS病毒的重要载体之一 ,在SARS的传播中可能起着重要的作用。

     

    Abstract: Objective To survey SARS Coronavirus among wild animals sold in Dongmen Market and to learn the carried rate of SARS Coronavirus.Methods Samples of civet cat,raccoon-dog,melogalemoschata,arctonyx collaris and meles were collected from Dongmen Market from 7th May to December in 2003.SARS-Cov were isolated,and were detect by fluorescence PCR and RT-PCR.Results SARS-Cov were isolated from four civet cats and one raccoon-dog in May.In 121 animal samples,55 were SARS-Cov positive from May to December,the positive rate was 45.45%.In May,October,November and December,the positve rate of SARS -Cov wild animal samples were 50%,83.33%,34.78% and 44.87%,respec-tively. The SARS-Cov caried rate of civet cats was 90%. Conclusion Civet cat sold in Dongmen market was probably one of significant carriers for SARS-Cov and was playing an important role in SARS epidemic.
