霍乱弧菌在福州闽江水质中实验室存活观察

Laboratory Survival Observation of V.Cholera Bacillus in the Water Quality of Minjiang River in Fuzhou Province

  • 摘要: 目的观察霍乱弧菌在福州闽江水质中实验室存活状况。方法采集福州市闽江3处不同水域的水样,分装高压后,分别加一定量的O139群和小川型霍乱弧菌,放置于室温,定期观察鉴定,并对在水中存活的菌株毒力基因进行检测。结果霍乱弧菌在福州闽江琯头、亭江入海口水质中实验室存活时间较闽江洪山桥水质中的长,霍乱弧菌夏秋季的实验室存活时间较冬季长,霍乱弧菌0139群较小川型的实验室存活时间长。O139群和小川型霍乱弧菌水中存活后,菌株毒力检测均为阳性。结论霍乱弧菌的存活时间与不同水质,不同季节,不同菌型相关,水中存活后菌株毒力依然存在。

     

    Abstract: Objective The present study was conducted to observe the laboratory survival status of V. Cholera in the water quality of Minjiang River.Methods The water specimens were col-lected from three different water area in Minjiang River of Fuzhou,which was divided into smaller vessels and sterilized,adding an amount of V. Cholera 0139 and V.cholerae serovar.Ogawa to wa- ter specimens,respectively,stonng at the room temperature,being observed and identified termly.The virulence gene of survival strain in water was detected.Results The lab survival time of V.Cholera in the water at the mouth of Guanto and Tingjiang were longer than that at Hongshan-qiao in Minjiang River.The lab survival time of V.Cholera in summer and autumn were longer—than that in winter.The lab survival time of V.cholera 0139 strain was longer than that of V cholerae serovar.Ogawa.The virulence of two strains was all detected after surviving in water specimens.Conclusions The survival time of V.Cholera was associated with different water quali-ty,seasonality and strain type.The virulence remained after surviving in water.
