金湖县1999~2003年狂犬病疫苗免疫效果分析

Analysis on Immunological Efficacy of Rabies Vaccine in Jinhu County from 1999 to 2003

  • 摘要: 目的了解人群接种狂犬病疫苗后机体血清学免疫效果。方法对金湖县1999-2003年狂犬病病毒抗体检测结果进行统计分析。结果狂犬病病毒抗体总阳性率为94.16%,各年间血清学免疫效果不同;注射浓缩苗的阳性率低于注射精制苗的标本;不同季节阳性率不同,春夏季低于秋冬季;不同性别之间血清学免疫效果差异无显著性;各年龄组血清学免疫效果不同,小于10岁年龄组阳性率最高,70岁以上年龄组阳性率最低;青少年组、中年组、老年组三者中,中年组阳性率最低。结论国产狂犬病疫苗质量比较稳定,免疫效果可靠,而且精制苗的保护作用更为明显。

     

    Abstract: Objective This study was designed tO learn about the serological post-immunization effec-tiveness of rabies vaccine among people.Methods Statistic analysis was used for testing results of anti- bodies against rabies virus from 1999 tO 2003 in Jinhu County.Results The overall positive rate of ra-bies antibody was 94.16%.With differences of serological immunization effectiveness each year;concen-trated vaccines had a lower positive rate of antibodies than purified vaccine samples;different positiverates were found in distinct seasons with those in spring and summer lower than in autumn and winter;there were no significant difference in serological immunization efficacy among people at different ages;among each age groups,serological immunization efficacy varied,with the highest positive lying in the group below 10 years old and the lowest in people over 70;among 3 groups of juvenile,middle-aged and senior people,the positive rate in middle-aged group was the lowest.Conclusion Domestic rabies vac-cines have a stable quality and reliable immunization effectiveness and purified vaccines have more con-spicuous protective effects.
