Abstract: Objective This research was designed tO integrate current various epidemic situation mon-itoring system of infectious diseases and make epidemic reporting data more accurate and uniform under the guarantee of concord between entrance and exit by integrated report card，hence tO achieve the goal of scientifically，rapidly and correctly delivering epidemic information and improve the monitoring effi-ciency and reporting quality．Methods A integrated report card was derived from integration of various reporting cards regarding such infectious diseases as AIDS，VD and tuberculosis etc．tO further normalize reports on epidemic situation．Results Drawbacks concerning multiple-card，system and channel report-ing were eradicated by realizing one—card reporting，which therefore mitigated the burdens of medical practitioners at grass-room and elevated monitoring efficiency and reporting quality．Conclusion The application of integrated report card can enhance our overall ability to administer and monitor the epidem-ic situation of infectious diseases and is of feasibility and utility in the reform and development of national sanitary system．
